    I bought my Razer Blade just over a month ago now and after a few complications it’s now doing as expected. Apart for the medium to high level fan noise under load this computer is powerful, lightweight and compact. Realistically if you are gaming you will probably be wearing headphones or using a goo set of speakers. Under normal load the computer makes very little noise like you would come to expect from any computer really but there are options to help with fan noise if you do find them slightly to load in minimal use.

    What I really want to talk about is Razer Support. When buying anything from a website especially technology with a price I always worry about the support available and it’s competence in dealing with problems.

    Out of the box my Razer Blade had a very annoying fan issue that would occur both under load and not, which resulted in one of the fans spinning to greater than full speed, hearing this from one end of the house to the other. Being my very first laptop, the biggest one off purchase I had ever made and not buying from Razer before this made me very doubtful of my over $2500 AUD purchase.

    I got on to Razer and the community as soon as possible to determine the problem but even supplying videos no one had any idea what the problem was. After this I was shocked to see an email requesting shipping information as Razer had requested me to send my device in for repair. Log story short the fan had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. Dispatch was fast and I had it back within a week or less.

    I can’t say that I was very impressed by the problem especially seaming it was a brand new computer but then technology does break. Non the less I was very impressed by Razer and their support in responding to this my problem and gives me a lot of confidence for the future. If you are considering buying a Razer product especially if it’s online and not from a retailer than I can assure you that Razer Support are on to it as soon as possible unlike I’ve hear of other companies. You can assure that Razer takes all its customers and their concerns seriously and I feel that I was personally looked after until the very end.

    Great support and very friendly would recommend them as the best support experience I have ever had. Gives me great confidence in Razer.
