Hey, brand new to Razer here. I purchased the razer basilisk and the razer blackwidow tournament edition chroma v2. Installed Synapse 3 and it prompted me with “No network connectivity detected”. My pc has windows 7. My boyfriend and I went in and uninstalled all drivers, then reinstalled. We tried to roll it back, we’ve made exceptions on our antivirus and firewall. We were still prompted with “No network connectivity detected”. I went to Razer support, they didn’t know and transferred me to someone else, they asked for my logs and I sent that and they literally said “well it looks like you and your boyfriend know what you’re doing” and couldn’t help any further or give much else for suggestions. Last night we downloaded synapse 3 onto my boyfriends pc and it worked perfectly fine on the same network and let me log in. What else can I do? Is it because I have windows 7? Literally all I want to do is change my lights .

May sound obvious, but did you try reinstalling Synapse?

Yes, we’ve tried about five times now. By uninstalling all drivers and synapse itself and reinstalling. It was the first thing we did try.

Really weird. Could be a Windows 7 issue. I doubt the devs actually took notice to make it run on Windows 7, but it should run on it regardless. However, Synapse is still in Beta soo... :/

Actually, seems that Windows 7 should be supported by Synapse 3

Hello there. Do you have an Anti-Virus Program installed? Also, please check your Firewall settings as it might also be the thing blocking Synapse from connecting to the server.

  8. Hi, i have the same problems with detection

after an update today my Tartarus v2 is no longer recognized by synapse. Always asking me to plug a compatible device. Tried to reinstall several times. No effect. Tried different USB-Ports. No effect. Tried to install Synapse 3 ... not possible (can download pre-installer bit can´t choose anything the installer winddow).
    Please help.

States In my first post I already tried that. A very kind razer support helped me through that process a week ago and it didn’t work.

Oh. I see. Can you PM me the case number?

What version of Synapse were you using before? Also, have you tried to do a repair on Synapse?

Just an update,Razer was no help. I did pm the person who started this thread and their problem was resolved by buying another computer.I am not willing to do that.
