*Well. Hello there. before I start talking, I'm a new member to the Razer Community. I have a Razer Ornata Chroma and the a few months later, I got a Razer Deathadder Chroma (it still uses the old razer logo) And with being new to a community, there is always new norms to be settled with. So bear in mind that I'm not very familiar to how people do things here.. anyways, onto the problem*

The Deathadder Chroma that I said was the problem I'm currently facing for Synapse 3. It seems it only recognizes my Ornata Chroma and not the Deathadder. I tried restarting and plugging then unplugging the cord on it. which didn't work.

I also have uninstalled Synapse then reinstalled but. It didn't fixed it at all. Since this community have some wise minds, I'm pretty sure that someone might get why this is this case for my mouse.

Razer released the latest Synapse 3.0 Beta version that supports Ornata Chroma a day ago. I believe Deathadder Chroma's not supported yet. I, too, have an Ornata Chroma and it took Razer 2 months to release a new update and support for existing peripherals. Please see the link below to know which devices are currently supported.

Yeah, I noticed that the Deathadder wasn't supported on the Synapse 3 at the moment. but I took it more of a "some disabled features for the mouse and stuff" but, can't wait to customize the mouse in my personal taste.

Synapse 3 seems to have a bit of a disastrous launch when it comes to having it stable and not bugging out. but since its still in its Beta phase. I can't really blame it because Betas are obviously bugged at first before having the problems hammered out by community reports.

The latest update are so bugged right now. I remember trying out Synapse 3.0 4 months ago to try out the "onboard memory" on my Lancehead TE. It never had any major bugs back then but I had to uninstall it since it didn't support Ornata Chroma at the time. Now that it does, I got rid of Synapse 2 and opted for this beta. I'm currently experiencing 4 issues with this new version compared to just one from Synapse 2. Well, it is what it is. I just wish they'd update/fix the issues people have been reporting. I wanna move on from this huge mess I'm in.

Well. The community always reports on problems that might be found in the Beta so I'll expect the whole issues on the Synapse 3 to blow over in a couple of weeks or months. I can live with out having to configure my Deathadder Chroma at the moment at least.

If you install Synapse2 it will manage your Deathstalker. Both versions of the software can be installed at the same time.

I did test it using my Ornata and Deathadder. However it only recognized my Deathadder. I unplugged and plugged in my Ornata several times to no avail.

Synapse3 will continue to claim the Ornata, if you want Synapse2 to control all your devices you will have to remove Synapse3 completely.

I uninstalled Synapse 3 completely before. And then installed Synapse 2. It only recognized my Mouse however. The keyboard wasn't recognized even though I plugged and Unplugged it several times. So the best bet is that I'll wait for Synapse 3 to finally support the Deathadder Chroma.

Unfortunately the uninstaller for Synapse3 has been known to leave traces behind. I refer you to this thread.
