Yesterday I got my first Razer Trinity with synapse 3. I logged onto WoW after setting up my keyboard functions to the mouse buttons and everything was going great. This morning I logged on to find when using a mouse bind there’s about a 2.5 second delay on spells. If I use the keyboard it’s instant. Obviously unplayable.

I’m not great with this kind of stuff , is this a common problem or does anyone know an easy fix.

    Same problems here.
I bought my Razer Naga Trinity less than a week ago and so far I have experienced the following problems:
    - Lagging 12-key thumb pad, 2-3 seconds not uncommon.= not usable at all in WOW (or anywhere else for that matter).
    - Left click goes bananas and clicks on everything I move the cursor over.
In combat in WOW it targets everything I move the cursor over (enemies, friends, my own totems and... you name it....) = not usable at all.
The problem is not that the left click is sticking, it is very fast multiclicking, many clicks per second (maybe Razer has invented a new acronym CPS = clicks per second).

I had the same problem with my former Razer Naga (1:st gen, 5-6 years old) and I thought my mouse was broken.
When I bought the new Razer Naga Trinity, I unistalled everything concerning my old mouse and did a clean install for the new mouse.
You could tell I was more than a little disapointed when the problems remained.
After a few atempts of reinstalling, uninstalling everything and another clean install, several community tips and tricks tried, I have had it with this mouse.
I have seem so many complaints at various communities about Razers Synapse 3.

So Razer, excuse my french but it's about f-ng time you fix this!
I have payed a whole lot of money for my Naga Trinity and I expect it to work properly.

It is extremely bad customer care to release a gadget and still 6 months after the release date only supply a beta driver for it.
    Shame on you!

I do want to point out that Synapse 3 is still in Beta, so there's bound to be bugs. It's incomplete because of the fact that it's in beta.

No. It's not even in alpha in this state.

yes, it's absolutly unbelievable whats going on there. Bugs happen everywhere, but I never have seen such a chaos in software design and development in a well known company like here. And for such a long time !?
Really, for me it looks like company is not capable of employing an experienced developer team, may be tight of money ? Hard to find an explanation.

It is a shame Synapse is currently in a terrible state. For some people, it works perfectly. For others, it's broken. At this point all we can do is way (especially for mac release...).

Anyone remember the shitstorm that happened when Razer took over the software portion of the n52te from Belkin? It was supposed to work like the original Belkin n52, but they fucked that up colossally and you ended up with a game pad that lost one of it's primary keymaps and the dpad never quite worked correctly. Ultimately the n52te ended up being a downgrade from the original Belkin n52.

Apparently I didn't learn my lesson and I bought the Tartarus 2. I thought that Razer would have hired a competent development team this time around. Instead they seem to have outsourced the coding portion of Synapse 3 to first year programming students at the online University of Phoenix.
