So I have been using a Razer Chroma Naga Epic for about the last year and a half and was recently gifted a Razer Deathadder Chroma from a friend. I plugged in the Razer Deathadder while keeping the Naga docked since I thought I could make it my editing mouse and the Deathadder could be my gaming mouse. When I did this I found that Synapse no longer would open and failed to do anything. It wasn't until I unplugged my Naga that I was able to edit my settings and more with my Deathadder. I can't be the only person who uses 2 Chroma mice on one rig am I? Why does it do this?

Note* I also have a Kraken 7.1 Chroma and Blackwidow V1 Chroma on this device.

I can plug in a Mamba Chroma, Ouroboros and an Orochi Chroma all at the same time without any issues

I saw this MMO youtuber (idk his name but he lost his left pinkie) who had 3 blackwidows, 3 nagas, and an orbweaver

That seems like a very strange issue... Maybe it has something more to do with your rig's specs than the multiple devices? Are you sure your PC meets the requirements for both mice? Take into account that they need to be added. I don't know if it matters or not, but could be a factor.

  5. It could be an issue with Synapse itself, try reinstalling Synapse and also, contact our Support team at http://rzr.to/help and let us assist you with this. Thank you.
