Since my last thread is locked and I received a few PMs regarding my issues I thought I would post and update since I got my laptop back yesterday, and it is just as I feared.

    1. Razer support completely ignored the power button issue which they caused with the previous RMA
    2. There is now a NEW issue...YAY (To be fair to Razer I'm assuming this happened in transport). Regardless this has become ridiculous and I have now requested a full refund. (I wasn't home when the package was received or I would have rejected it once I saw the hole)

    Edit: Removed broken links

  2. We are sorry to hear that, James. It seems that you are liaising with our Support team on this issue and they are in contact with FedEx and investigating this case. We will inform them of your concerns as well, and will arrange for them to assist you to the best of their abilities.

    We can't see the pictures.
Could you provide is with the direct links?

Also, when you get your refund, will you still purchase Razer products?

Oops didn't realize I didn't make the photos public. Since they said I'm out of my 14 day grace period I'm not eligible for a refund. Even if I did, after this experience I'm not sure if I would buy Razer again. I love what they are trying to do with these systems but the QA (or lack thereof) is really making it a pain to own. In just over 2 months of ownership I've RMA'd twice and been without a laptop for half the time.

The 14 day period is for a no specific reason return-refund procedure, but with a case like yours, I think you should be able to get your money back, or a completely new Blade.

How the hell did happen with FedEx? What are they doing with the shipments? They should be responsible for this, and they should pay Razer for a new laptop.

Holy crap, I have never seen damage done like that while in transit. It is now 100% on fedex for damaging that.

I dont even know how that could happen, was someome just stabbing boxes with iron rods?

Its quite clearly Fedex's fault...unless the Razer tech saw my previous thread :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:. I have no idea how it happened but it seems like something heavy and round fell on it.

I'm not mad at Razer about the LCD but I am mad about that the another problem that the unit was RMA'd for was missed!!!! (The power button)

Pretty sure your Blade took a people's elbow from The Rock.

I have a few family members that work for Amazon's shipping department. They constantly tell me stories of how they just quickly chuck packages across the room to meet deadlines. :confused_:

    Hello JamesK,

Sorry to see what happened to your package and to your Razer Blade. If you can PM your case # that you received from our support team or order # for your Razer Blade, I can get someone on our team to further assist you.

Ouch, that's definitely not good. On the up side, Razer does everything right as far as shipping is concerned, I'd expect that it is/was insured for the proper amount. I've never had to deal with something damaged in transit, but I'm guessing you might have to go a bit longer without a laptop... you might need to buy a lotto ticket or something, this kind of bad luck has to break eventually.
