    @PTSinger

    I am glad that it starts working for you. :smile_:
    I doubt changes on the Mac would affect the Windows side, though.

    We are discussing on how to better handle such failures. We did put in some handling so that a single failure would not cause Cortex to shortchange hours of game play, but looks like we still need to improve it further.

    Thank you for helping us discover this issue.

    Did you also try to open the Rewards tab and claim your daily zSilver?

    OK, we would take a look at your logs.

    @Razer|Zoraw I already claimed my daily zSilver for today. I haven't had any problems with that. Also if it's worth mentioning, Cortex registered that I've played 25 minutes of CSGO from the 13th (pretty sure I launched directly from steam) but I've played a few hours of it the last 2 days launching specifically from cortex and it hasn't registered. I also tried turning the gamecaster overlay on and that didn't help.

    Odd...
    Well, I don't any quick suggestions for now.
    Looks like we'll have to wait for the engineering team to dive into the logs.

    Yeah I think I narrowed it down to being somehow related to CSGO. I tried other games and they all acknowledged game time being played. Tried reinstalling CSGO and I reinstalled Cortex twice (I didn't manually delete some of the leftover cortex files the first time so I thought that might help and tried it again). But I downloaded Paladins and it gave me zSilver. Also a pretty nifty game. I'll probably try to reinstall CSGO again since this time it won't even let the gamecaster overlay work (works on other games just not CSGO).

    Edit: Also just tested it with League of Legends and it works as well.

    @Razer|Zoraw I actually fixed my issue and I'm pretty sure it was very specific to me but I'll explain in case by some long shot it ever happens to someone else.

    I remembered that earlier in the week when I went to play CSGO that it wasn't installed on steam. Weird, cause I had played it a couple days earlier. Yolo, click install I'm running out of space on my SSD so install to hard drive library. Fast forward I go to try to reinstall CSGO to see if it will fix my issue and after clearing a bunch of space on my SSD I click install, change setting to SSD it downloaded for less than a minute before it was installed. OHHHH. I realize at this point that it was probably always installed on my SSD and steam was dumb so I installed a second copy of the game in a different place and I think that confused cortex.

    TLDR; Check to make sure you only have one copy of the game installed and not on two different drives at the same time.
