My eyes are being assailed by the LED Indicators. If there would be a way to patch in a disable feature for the LED Indicators in synapse that would be much appreciated.

Just as the title says. I made a YouTube video showing what is going on and seeing that Synapse is NOT saving the adjustments you make. As mentioned in the video, even pressing FN + Tab to adjust on the fly will still default to 1.2mm instead of whatever adjustment you made. Looking around online, I’ve seen a few posts on Reddit and on here discussing the issue, but there has yet to be a fix for it? The only thing that is being recommended is to reinstall Razer. Hello, I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro Full sized keyboardModel #: RZ03-0468S/N (date): IO2528FI was setting it all up and everything seemed to work great. I left the Lights for the Media Keys for last. Well…. If you number them from left to right 1, 2, 3, 4 to identify them for clarity. In chroma studio if you put the color blue in the studio key #1, it turns Keyboard key #4 blue. In chroma studio if you put the color Green in the studio key #2, it turns the keyboard media key #3 green. The same happens for studio Key #3 changes the color for keyboard media key #2, and of course studio key #4 changes keyboard key #1.I then put a slow wave on those 4 keys. In the studio if the wave goes from left to right, the keyboard media keys go right to left. If the studio wave goes from right to left, the keyboard keys go left to right. I recently purchased a BlackWidow V4 X keyboard. I downloaded Chroma, but the visualizer function isn't working; it automatically turns off shortly after I enable it. Is it possible that this specific keyboard model doesn't support this feature? Or could there be a corrupted file from the download? I tried repairing the Chroma app, but the issue persists—I still can't get the visualizer to work.Sorry, my English isn't very good, so I used a translator for these sentences.

My "3" key stops working when I run the Razer Synapse, but it works normally when I close the app. How can I fix this issue?

I’m having problems with three keys. They keep registering infinite clicks and are physically stuck/sunken. It’s probably a switch issue. I can’t find anywhere to get the keyboard repaired, and I need to have it fixed. Do you provide official technical support or repair services?

When I play Valorant, the S key feels like it is lifting up. It is very loose and wobbly.

I use macOS, and my laptop is fried and therefore will not update to 15.0 macOS which is required for synapse, and the web version doesn’t identify my razor hunstman v3 as a connection. How can I enable rapid trigger for gd?

Hi Razer Support Team,I am hoping someone might be able to assist me with a back-stock hardware request. I have a Razer Turret Wireless Mechanical Keyboard & Mouse (for Xbox One / PC), but the proprietary 2.4 GHz USB unified receiver dongle has unfortunately been lost.I know this model has been discontinued and standard HyperSpeed dongles are not compatible with this specific unified setup. My device is authentic and I just registered it to my account. I am looking to see if I can purchase one directly from Razer.  Any help you can provide world be great. Thank you!

O teclado ficou travado quando tentei subir o firmware acabei subindo o firmware do blackwindown ultimate 2016 agora as teclas nao acende a luz e quando acente só 15 % das luzes e tudo errada. Eu so quero o arquivo para instalar correto no meu teclado e recuperar por favor.🙏🏻 

Not very happy. Paid a lot of money for this gamepad and now I'm having issues with the thumbstick. I cant go left anymore and sometimes going forward doesn't work. I've tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it and still nothing. I've had this less than a year and not impressed at all

I picked up a BlackWidow V4 Pro Full Size about a month or two ago. About 2 weeks ago, my left shit key stopped working fully and now only works every 1 out of 4 presses or so and even when it does work, it will stop working about 50% of the time. Nothing has been spilt on it and I have removed the key to see if something was stuck under it but I didn't see anything. I also have an issue with certain keys activating twice with one click like my N and my S key, but that's not as much of an issue as the shift issue.Does anyone know how to either fix it or am I going to have to sadly replace my keyboard as I use my left shift key all the time?

I managed to get one of the recently released Razer Artisan Keycaps but the stem mount is too short I think compared to BlackWidow V4 X keycaps for the stem. The keycap falls off so easily. Is there a permanent way to help it stay on sturdily? 

All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.

I will preface this post by listing everything I have done to troubleshoot this issue, including buying a brand new Pro AND THEN having that pro replaced with another pro after contacting customer service:Previous tartarus v2, then new Pro AND NOW replacement Pro have experienced unplayable lag when keymap swapping for several months now, starting any time a game is launched. Issue requires unplugging and reinserting the device every time after starting a game for it to return to a properly functioning state. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Issues are actually worse with the pros, if that’s believable! The pros sometime outright wipe my current keymap after games start.I have attempted (in rough order)-Bought a new device-Different usb ports.-Deleting profiles and creating new profiles.-Disabling its recognition as a 360 controller so steam no longer recognizes it as such (with a computer restart after disabling it)-Disabling various parts and combinations of its drivers and restarting the computer

Hello, last time i encountered that issue i created a new account which let me start the software, good enough for me, i recreated my macros, job done .This time, no luck with the same method, i do not care about anything online, all i would like is to be able to access the configuration page for my tartarus, why it needs to be connected to the internet for that is something i just cannot grasp, anyway …i already uninstalled and reinstalled, opened my firewall (never needed to do that), all those operations didn’t help.All of this is happening on an Intel mac running Ventura 13.7.8thx in advance

Made the mistake of buying a razer huntsman keyboard which by itself, is a good keyboard. But the software for that keyboard is so unbelievably bad and buggy the first week I got it, it would randomly hit escape without me ever touching it mid game constantly. I looked up everything to fix it, from unbinding escape and binding it back, reinstalling, and everything under the sun. Then randomly yesterday, my keyboard wouldn’t read any of the inputs I was doing at all. THE KEYBOARD RANDOMLY PUT ITSELF BACK INTO DEMO MODE. I then had to figure out how to get it out of demo mode, and then immediately just got rid of the razer software and no it’s no longer randomly hitting the escape button anymore. So now, the keyboard finally works normally but I cannot use the lighting effects because I need the software downloaded, and I can’t use the other features that you can do with the keyboard. You have one of the worse software for keyboards I’ve ever seen, the amount of stuff that runs in the ba

I need to to function keys to be primaly function keys not multimedia keys. i cant install synapse on work pc, how can i switch to f1-f12 for good? fn+ escape doesnt help

I’m interested in the upcoming Razer Artisan Keycap Triple-Headed Snake. The Support and FAQ page states it fits any “cross-stem (MX-style) switch”. The problem is, I’m not sure if this includes low-profile keyboards like the Deathstalker V2.Will the upcoming triple-head snake keycap work on a Deathstalker V2? Is there an exhaustive list of Razer keyboards that’ll work with this or other custom keycaps? – Dave

I have been using this keyboard for quite a while and it was fine until it started double typing some keys. Now everytime i click most keys just once it will type it 2-3 times. I have tried cleaning the keyboard fully (taking off the keycaps) and i have also tried updating firmware, reinstalling synapse, closing all razer apps, and using it wired. I also plug dongle/cable into motherboard usb port directly. Please help.

since Huntsman v3 pro has aluminum top plate material it sometime shock my finger while im gaming does anyone else have this problem with their huntsman v3 

I’m experiencing the same kind of HyperSpeed input reliability issue with a new Razer Joro.My setup: Razer Joro Joro firmware: v1.03.00_r1 DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed + shared multi-device dongle DeathAdder/dongle firmware: v1.02.00_r3 The keyboard intermittently misses individual key presses completely when connected over 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed. There is no specific key or typing pattern involved — even something as simple as Ctrl+C can occasionally fail because one of the key presses is not registered.The issue is reproducible on both Windows and Ubuntu, so it does not appear to be related to Windows or Synapse.Wired mode works normally. I’m actually using the keyboard wired now because I don’t consider the 2.4 GHz connection reliable enough.The keyboard is only 4 days old, fully charged, and the dongle is connected directly to a USB port on my Razer Blade with no hub involved.I reported this to Razer Support as case #260815-000033.Since Joro + DeathAdder V2 X multi-device HyperSpee
