Hello, last time i encountered that issue i created a new account which let me start the software, good enough for me, i recreated my macros, job done .This time, no luck with the same method, i do not care about anything online, all i would like is to be able to access the configuration page for my tartarus, why it needs to be connected to the internet for that is something i just cannot grasp, anyway …i already uninstalled and reinstalled, opened my firewall (never needed to do that), all those operations didn’t help.All of this is happening on an Intel mac running Ventura 13.7.8thx in advance
All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.
I m using the Ornata v3 X. An option I'd really like is using the sleep mode on the keyboard, but when I press the combo the the pc just like turns off, no amount of key pressing turns it on. Even tried the power button and it did nothing. I cut the power supply off my pc on the back of it and thats how I could start it and it loaded back up into the things I had opened. Did I not read something or what's happening? Thanks for any comments/replies.

Im using Huntsman v3 pro tkl 8hz. It was working fine 10 minutes ago but it suddenly stopped working. I tried to unplug usb and reconnect it but it shows up red lights on A and D key. The volume nove is working but all the keys are not working. I tired every method on this insider Even deleting driver and restarting it. I bought this one from seattle razer store like month or 2 ago.
Someone please help me . I just got a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL and it said it needed a firmware update so i followed the instructions and downloaded the updater. But when i press update ut goes up to 60% then stops and then shows a pop up saying “unable to proceed with this update”My device version is 1.01The current latest is 1.04 Also my volume knob doesn’t raise or lower the volume, it just makes the windows volume pop up.
I just bought my very first (and most definitely my last) Razer product - Ornata v3 X. I was unable to try it before buying it, but I figured that it should be good considering the brand. Big mistake! Unfortunately I can't return it due to the store's policy, so I guess I'll be stuck with it for a whileThat thing feels and sound cheap as hell. The box says “silent membrane switches”, but guess what! There's nothing silent about this keyboard. While it doesn't make the typical “mechanical keys” noise, it still makes annoying “cheap plastic keys” kind of noise while typing. Another bummer is the software that’s supposed to let you customize it. It was pain in the backside to install the Synapse and the Chroma stuff with constant “failed to install” error messages. Eventually they got installed and even though I was able to run them, none of them had any effect on the keyboard. They “see” it, but wouldn't apply any changes I made. Hello.I’ve got my Razor Blackwidow Elite for many years, but i while ago my armrest broke…I know it sounds weird, but the stuff inside got flenched up by a knife while i was unboxing some gear.Do any know if Razor sells them with the magentic in? Just as the title says. I made a YouTube video showing what is going on and seeing that Synapse is NOT saving the adjustments you make. As mentioned in the video, even pressing FN + Tab to adjust on the fly will still default to 1.2mm instead of whatever adjustment you made. Looking around online, I’ve seen a few posts on Reddit and on here discussing the issue, but there has yet to be a fix for it? The only thing that is being recommended is to reinstall Razer. Hello,I am using a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8K keyboard and I would like to report a possible issue with the CapsLock key actuation.In Razer Synapse, I have set all keys to an actuation point of 0.1mm.Most keys respond correctly at 0.1mm.However, the CapsLock key behaves differently: In Synapse, CapsLock is also set to 0.1mm In actual use, the key only registers input at around ~2.0mm This behavior persists even after rebooting, changing profiles, and saving to onboard memory Because of this, there is a mismatch between the UI setting and the actual behavior.I would like to ask: Is the CapsLock key intentionally limited by firmware design? Or is this a known issue (bug) with Synapse or the keyboard firmware? Is there any fix or firmware update planned for this issue? Additionally, I would like to respectfully request the following:If this limitation is intentional, would it be possible to allow advanced users to disable or override this restriction?In my case, CapsLock is not used

First my brand new BlackWidow V4 couldn’t handle 3 profiles and me switching them manually. It kept resetting.Then couple days ago it just turned off for 1-2 minutes for no reason couple times. Reconnecting usb did not help only waiting. Then it went black completely. I did hard reset by holding Spacebar+CapsLock+Esc before plugging in. It worked for a while. Today after turning on PC it kept resetting non stop. I reinstalled synapse, drivers, checked on other PC, reinstalled newest firmware. Keyboard works if there is no synapse running and keeps restarting when synapse is on. So my question is: Which mechanical keyboard with macro keys and fully programmable buttons should I get once I get a refund for this junk.

Hi! I have a fantastic Razer Blackwidow v3 Pro, but my volume rocker broke. I needed a replacement for it. While we’re at it, the palm rest would also be a nice replacement, since it’s showing some signs of wear.How could I get those? Thank you!
Yesterday it worked just fine, today it just stopped working, neither the lights or the keycaps work, and they are not even showing im Synapse, i have tried everything, hard resetting, trying other devise, disabling synapse, nothing worked, it was working just fine last night :(
I recently got the razer blade 14. Unfortunately I spilled a drink on it and the rubber dome under the spacebar key disappeared with that the spacebar is now unusable because it is basically stuck in one place and doesn’t go back up with that some other keys are also taking a bit before getting back up now I don’t really know what to do to fix this major issue I hope to get a response quick as I will need the laptops spacebar in 4 days for something work related

Why are there so few new keyboards available with Nordic Layout?I’m looking to replace my BlackWidow Elite with orange switches and nordic layout, but there are no new Razer products available with that config…BlackWidow V4 75%… nope, no nordic layout.BlackWidow V4 75% Pro… nope, no nordic layout.Even the full-size BlackWidow V4 Pro is missing this layout with orange switches…I’ve waited almost a year looking for a new keyboard. Preferably 75% but I could do another full-size. Soon I’ll have to go a different route and but from another manufacturer. And that’ll mean I’ll also replace all my other Razer gear down the line (mouse, speakers, webcam, enclosure, etc).There used to be a nordic layout option for all (or most) keyboards. But maybe Razer no longer care for customers outside the US :-/And yes, I’ve looked for other keycaps to replace but there are no good options.

Hello everybody,I have been using Tartarus Pro for a while now, and it has become a pain to remember all the mappings I have used for more than a few programs.Tartarus is not a usual keyboard, so there is no muscle or visual memory for the keys for a long time.Not using your specific layout for a few months - now it’s gone, you need to check all keys again and remember them. During the gameplay, there are always a lot of reminders, like “Use E for healing” or something. But the problem is that there is no reverse compatibility with Tartarus and Game, the game does not know that you remapped key 01 to key Y for example. So everyone and I are making pictures with all mapping reminders, like this: This is where my question arises:Can Razer dev make a utility that will show mappings at the keyboard in some UI layout? It worked fine for a few months then only certain keys would work. All the lights are on, the pc recognizes it, and now none of the keys work. I have tried to reset and nothing. Tried to update firmware and it won’t work. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Can you please help?
I’m new to Synapse 4 but switched from D-Pad (4way) to Analog movement (8way) in the application but no game seems to register it. D-pad seems to work but not analog setting with any game.
Hello Razer Support,I am experiencing an issue with my Cynosa V2 keyboard where the volume keys no longer support holding to increase or decrease volume after updating to Windows 2026 Preview Build 26200.Details: Keyboard: Cynosa V2 Firmware version: 1.0.2.0 Synapse version: 4.0.86.2601201054 Windows build: 10.0.26200 Problem description: Pressing the volume keys works for single taps, but holding the key no longer produces continuous volume changes. I have tried remapping the volume keys in Synapse, adjusting Windows keyboard repeat settings, and checking all Synapse profiles. The issue persists. Other keyboards on the same machine work normally. This indicates the problem is likely related to Cynosa V2 + Synapse interaction with Windows 26200, rather than Windows itself.
