Can anyone tell me how to remove my optical purple switch from my razer hunstman v2? i dont wanna ruin my whole keyboard trying to remove 1 specific switch, the thing is i play geometry dash all day and i smash that specific key, so now its tilted to the left and makes a terrible sound.

Hi! I’ve came across an issue recently that razer synapse doesn’t detect my keyboard. I have tried everything but it doesn’t work like: uninstalling razer synapse and reinstalling, restarting pc, deleting my drivers and installing them again, uninstalling riot vanguard and Valorant. My keyboard is Razer Huntsman Mini .  Is there any other method i can try?  

Hi have a Ornata Chroma V2 for a couple a years now and some time 2 years ago, I had the same issue I’m currently having with it. For some reason, the keys: num lk, /, *, -, 4, 5, 6, and + on the numpad tend to not work. It’s a come and go issue, meaning that when starting the pc, I’m playing roulette with it…I’ve tried uninstalling the keyboard, synapse and razer central for a couple of times now and still the same behavior. Took out keys, cleaned the keyboard and same situation. Like I said, it happened a couple of years ago, stopped for about 2 years and now started again all of a sudden. Really hopeful someone can give me support on this.

Hello! I own a Razer BlackWidow V4 Low Profile and I'm looking for an official English + Russian shine-through keycap set. If such a set doesn't exist, could you tell me whether these keycaps are manufactured by Razer or by an OEM partner? Is there any official replacement part or part number available?

Synapse running: pressing E produces no "E" input. The E key pressure/analog detection works normally in Synapse. Remapping E to another key (for example C) works correctly, so Synapse can detect the key press. No Hypershift is enabled. I deleted all profiles and tested with the default profile. Hello everybody,I have been using Tartarus Pro for a while now, and it has become a pain to remember all the mappings I have used for more than a few programs.Tartarus is not a usual keyboard, so there is no muscle or visual memory for the keys for a long time.Not using your specific layout for a few months - now it’s gone, you need to check all keys again and remember them. During the gameplay, there are always a lot of reminders, like “Use E for healing” or something. But the problem is that there is no reverse compatibility with Tartarus and Game, the game does not know that you remapped key 01 to key Y for example.  So everyone and I are making pictures with all mapping reminders, like this: This is where my question arises:Can Razer dev make a utility that will show mappings at the keyboard in some UI layout? For  about  the  past 2-3  months  or so  my Razer Blackwidow V4 %100  keyboard has  been double  typing keys  for no  reason. I’ve had  this  keyboard since late  last  year. At fiirst this  problem only  occured  with  the: F,  T, O and  P  keys. Now  it’s  efffecting the:  Space, I,  and multiple  other  keys.I’ve ttried everything I  could think  of, or  saw on  fourms/dicussions,  such  as takiing  the keys  ooff  and cleaning  the board,  uninstalling/reinsttalling the  synapse  app, unplugging/replugging the  keyboard  in,  reinstalling  the drivers,  updating the drivers, decreasing the polling rate etc.  And  nothing has worked yet. I’m only making  this post as  a last ditch  effort to get some  actual  help with  an actual solution because  I have some very  important projects that are password protected, not  to mention in order  to  get  into my  computer I  must  put  in  a password. So  Ii assume you can understand how ffrustrating tthis can  be when a  problem like this

I have 3 Razer Tartaruses (Tarari?) and after the windows update that rolled out last night Synapse 3 would no longer display any of my razer devices.  I stopped and started razer services, turned off core memory isolation in windows security, tried different USB ports and nothing worked.  I updated Synapse to 4 which I really didn’t want to do.  Now my Naga Pro Wireless is appearing but my Tartarus is not.  Windows 11 Version 25H2 Build 26200.8875AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT 8-Core Processor (3.90 GHz)Memory 32GBRTX 5060 Ti (16 GB)  

Hi, My keyboard is almost new, i own it about 3 months. Today my battery dropped to 10% so i decided to charge it. However, at first it didn’t charge at all, then synapse showed me 100% battery level while connected by wire, then i unpluged it and the level dropped to 10% again. I already tried updating firmware, re-installing synapse, checked the wires, dongles and etc. Nothing helped.

My keyboard battery life drop very fast, just got it for almost 1 week. How can i extend my RAZER BLACKWIDOW V4 PRO 75% battery life? While the ads say it has a 2100 hours of battery lifetime on Power Saving Mode. And also on my 2nd charge, it only show 5% charging and no change.

I was saving up to buy the keyboard but i checked to day and saw that it was out of stock do collabs get restocks or do i have to go to a reseller

Where can I buy a full sized BlackWidow v4 keyboard in UK layout with orange switches? It’s frustrating to be able to buy everything in US layout but extreamilty limited in UK format. Does anyone else fine this to be an issue? I don’t want to jump ship to another brand with MX Brown switches (or equivalent) but I may have to…

Hi, as in Tittle, keyboard doesn’t light properly. Only Left side of keyboard lightning in all colours to letter F. All that part. I cant change it through Synapse 2 and 3, my Pc even read it as Bw Ultimate 2016. For 8 years everything has been good. Evrything started since my pc started read my Keyboard as Razer Bootloader. I tried to fixed in my own and now I have Blackwidow Ulitmate 2016 xD.  Please help me I am starting loosing my mind

So as a razer fan boy i bought this keyboard to add to my collection. Well this is by far the worse keyboard i have ever owned. The Keyboard gets about 3-7 hours of use a week, max Question ***  Its beeen ovver a year from my purchase, and i was hoping i could maybe replace the switches?yes i tried cleaning, contacting support, updating software , switching USB ports and telling the kyboard (cmon man!) nothing has changed, but growing frustrations when i get canceled mid sprint playing Tarkov.) ^ (thats how it works lol, playing games on this keyboard is a headache, or writing emails to my boss)  HALP  GL HF GG

Hey, i got my Blackwidow v4 75% about 2.5 years ago. I recently stepped on my wristrest on accident. Is there any way to just order the wrist rest? Or am I forced to buy a new keyboard for 200€?  Perhaps there is someone in the community willing to sell me theirs/knowing a reseller. Thanks in advance.

So my black widow v4 stoped working out the blue.no light no key is working. tried to hock it to my girls pc without razer-no sign of life.made windows update and closed all razer apps too
