i have  purchased many Razer products in the past and have never had an issue until now….i just purchased  this Razer Deathadder v3 Wireless hyperspeed and the wireless dongle does not work, mouse says 0 percent battery but shows it is charging. Has been charging for hours and nothing. PLEASE HELP.

When will we be seeing a restock? I just bought the Basilisk Pro v3 and the puck.

Hello, so I have this issue where where my 6 month old Razer Viper Ultimate keeps disconnecting when the dongle is plugged into the dock which makes it unusable, but it works (with some delay, not optimal for gaming) when the dongle is plugged directly into my computer. It used to work but with some few problems, like it disconnecting for a few seconds every now and then. Now I have to play with it plugged in via the cable. This is really annoying since I bought the mouse to play wireless.. any solutions?

The microphone works perfectly when connected via AUX cable and also when using Bluetooth on my mobile phone.However, when I connect the headset to my PC using the included 2.4GHz dongle, or via Bluetooth, the microphone does not work. I only hear faint static or nothing at all.I have already tried the following steps: Re-pairing the dongle using the official Headset Pairing Utility (twice). Tested the dongle and headset on another PC – same issue. Installed the latest firmware (it was already updated). Reinstalled sound drivers and checked input/output devices. I also noticed that Razer Synapse does not recognize the headset at all.Since the headset works fine via AUX and Bluetooth (on my phone), I believe the issue is with the dongle or PC Bluetooth compatibility.Could you please assist me further? I don’t know if this is the appropriate place to ask this, but I was wondering if I might be able to get any information on if the mouse dock pro is going to be restocked anytime soon in the US and if not if anybody knew what alternatives would work?

Can I assign a button to a specific function? (I use Google Translate) 

whenever I noticed my mouse is about to die, I switch to wired mode. Only problem is, when I unplug it (And plug the wireless dongle back in) it wont reconnect to wireless. So I am forced restart my PC for it to conenct back. I do have Synapse installed and I did my firmware update which is already the latest version.

Hellow Guys, I have an unconventional problem. It's about my old Razer Naga Epic Wireless 2010. I accidentally connected it yesterday with a micro USB-B cable from a Razer Lancehead 2017.Since then, there seem to be problems with the switches. They only react with a delay of approx. 1 second. (this affects all switches). Also those of the 12-button side panel. The lighting has also failed. I know it's an extremely old device but maybe someone can help me anyway? I would be very pleased.

I am resurrecting my Tartarus device. Been unused since my ESO days. Sadly, cannot find my driver/software for this. Does anyone either have, or know where to access this, please? Thank you

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse when attempting to update the firmware using the Razer Synapse software.Issue: The firmware update reaches 99% and then stops, but when I keep pressing the left, right, and scroll buttons, the update continues until it reaches 100%. However, once it reaches 100%, it restarts and loops back to the beginning. If I release the buttons after starting the update, the process stops at 99% and doesn't complete. The "Update Successful" message does not appear, and the mouse's light never turns on. I have repeated this process multiple times without success, and the same issue occurs each time. I have already tried the following steps: Tested different USB ports and cables Performed a hardware reset and firmware recovery process multiple times Attempted the update in Safe Mode, but the issue persists The mouse's light never turns on after the update process completes (or fails). Help please. i have right now Pro click v2 vertical edition. and i have mouse dock pro.  hyperpolling dongleno one can connect by hyperspeed with this mouse. 

I’ve had the mouse for almost a year now, and I have been experiencing this problem where whenever I lift the mouse of the pad it immediately disconnects.I have tried to use the support in the discord (Saiso) and didn’t manage to solve it, What I did notice is that this issue only appears to be on my pc, I have checked if it could be related to power management settings in the usb root hub but it doesn’t seem to be the problem.I have the latest firmware and the latest synapse version, I do not use a usb hub (connected to the usb 3.0 in my motherboard).

Today the Viper V2 Pro USB dongle stopped working, is not detected at all, I trying on 2 different PC, I saw that many people had the same problem.What I have to do? I bought this mouse from eBay on 30 June 2023

it disconnects and reconnects when i move it fast like a flick after letting it afk 

Hello All,Just bought the Naga left-handed specifically for COD6 on PS5, but unfortunately even after mapping the buttons on Synapse 3, and afterwards configuring on CO6 mouse settings with the same mapped keys, when in the game they are not working / being recognized.Any workaround or another to do this, or is just not compatible with PS6 / COD6 game?Thanks.

My basilisk isn’t charging via cable or dock. I have updated all firmware tried different ports and a different cable. Nothing works. It appears as though it is charging, but it will never go up in percentage. 

So i have a raaazer deathadder v3 pro my scroll wheel is like not working it sometimes goes up sometimes not but it used to work fine.                               btw i dont knoww if its still warrentied

Razer Basilisk Ultimate Disconnects When Plugged InHello,I'm having an issue with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse. When I connect it to my PC with a cable, it immediately disconnects and I can't use it, especially when the battery is low or empty.I've tried using different USB ports and cables, but the problem still occurs. I own a Deathadder V2 and while i was simply using my pc and not doing anything special the mouse lights switched off and the mouse stopped working. I tried to reboot my pc, plug the mouse in another usb port and even on another pc but nothing worked and the mouse won't work again. It also doesn't appear neither in the device manager nor in razer synapse, anything I can do?

Hello, I would like to buy a razer pro click, but it is already old and not even in stock + it doesn't even have USB C. Do you know if razer is planning a successor to this super mouse? :)
