I have been using my Razer Ouroboros mouse for over 10 years now any no matter how often I tried to replace it with a new one I just couldn’t. I love this mouse and now sadly after all these years the mouse wheel button does not work any more. Has anyone maybe a solution to this problem or a comparable alternative product?
I have strange sound while scrolling up, it sounds creaky, physical process of scrolling up is not smooth as scrolling down. Scrolling down is good. I replaced recently with another one(this video is new mouse), still same sound. Is it defective or good?https://youtube.com/shorts/t0uS5b_gD9w?si=PaQrb0CPazLGCiWF
Hi guys,I’ve made a post 2 month ago about my problem with my Razer Naga Pro V2 and its incompatibility with WoW. I’ve tried running it through steam or lutris and with different compatibility layers (proton-10, latest, ge). This new thread is more about finding people actually playing WoW on a linux OS with the same device and maybe compare our configurations give me clue where to search..I’m a little desperate as I don’t want to use Windows anymore as I really try to avoid GAFAM but this bug makes WoW unplayable without switching to a normal mouse.. which I will not as I use it since so long now.Any clues ?
(Removed photos for security purposes)Hello,My mouse appears to be broken. It cannot charge properly and shows no response at all.Best regards,Allan
Hi, today I got a problem with my Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless Receiver, right now I can’t connect to the mouse anymore without wired cable. Since there is no bluetooth built in, I need a replacement for the Receiver ASAP.Right now I'm in Indonesia, and my local Razer Reseller couldn’t even help me for ordering me the Razer Receiver.Could anyone help me or anyone in Razer Support Team could help me? I would appreciate it alot.Sincerely,Thank you.
Hi everyone,I’m a long-time fan of Razer gear and I’ve spent years trying to find a Razer Turret V1 (RZ01-0133). I finally managed to get one recently, but unfortunately, the mouse is not working.I’ve already checked the battery with a multimeter and it’s healthy, so the issue seems to be with the mouse PCB itself. Razer's local support in Brazil is no longer available and when I try to contact them, they simply redirect me to the official global support. Since this is a legacy product, I haven't been able to find anyone locally who can fix it or provide parts.I really want to get this kit working for my setup. Does anyone know if there is a specialized repair service that accepts international shipments for out-of-warranty repairs? Any leads or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Does anyone know how to fix this? When charging or even sometimes when wireless. I have the num pad on the side bound to Num Pad buttons. But in-games it always inputs as normal Number Row keys. Which makes it completely unusable. Tried resetting/removing profiles. Removing drivers, etc. Nothing seems to fix it. I can only sometimes fix it in wireless mode if I turn the mouse off and on again.
Hello Razer Support Team,I am writing to report persistent and serious issues with my Razer Naga Pro mouse.Device Information:Detail Value Product Razer Naga Pro Serial Number 632125H16201418 Firmware Version 2.3.2.0 UI Version 1.0. [removed by moderator] Synapse Version 4.0. [removed by moderator] Issues:Bluetooth disconnections: The mouse frequently loses Bluetooth connectivity and fails to maintain a stable connection. "Device Not Recognized" on wired connection: Even when connected via USB cable, the mouse randomly shows a "USB Device Not Recognized" error — the issue is not limited to wireless mode. Reproduces on multiple PCs: Tested on multiple different computers — same issues on all, confirming a hardware defect. Minimal usage: The mouse has had very light usage, yet problems still appear, indicating a quality/reliability issue.Purchase History: This is my 5th Razer mouse purchase. Every year, after a short period, strange issues appear that render the mouse unreliable and fo
Hi everyone,After about 4 years of loyal service, my Razer mouse is finally starting to show some battle scars. The rubber grip under the side buttons has developed a small worn spot and a bit of peeling. To be fair, considering the amount of hours this mouse has seen, I can’t really complain — it actually held up pretty well. That said, I’m curious about something:Is there any way to replace just this rubber grip piece, even outside of warranty? For example, does Razer sell replacement parts, or is there any official grip kit designed for this area?I’ve seen some universal grip tapes online, but I’m not sure if there’s something closer to the origina
I've owned a fake razer viper mini and it sucked. The sensor was blinding red and the side buttons didn't work. Now I wanted to get a real one without breaking the bank and I got the deathadder Essential. What I can say about it is that it's absolutely incredible, super high quality, beautiful led light and even mechanical clicks! It also has an infrared sensor (I think) and the sensor light is invisible to the naked eye. The tracking is good too! I have worried a bit about the weight but guess what? It improved my aim! My aim isn't shaky and it's light enough to move it around fast. In my opinion it's the budget king! What do you think?
Hello Razer Support / Community,I have a Razer Viper V3 Pro (Serial Number: PM2513H32100089, EU Packaging). In Razer Synapse (latest version), in the Calibration tab:- I have enabled the checkbox "Enable Asymmetric Cut-Off".- But the two sliders are NOT independent: - When I try to move the lower slider (Landing Distance), the upper slider (Lift-off Distance) moves with it automatically. - If I move the upper slider, the lower one jumps to be 1 unit lower or follows it. - I cannot set different values (for example: lowest Lift-off and Landing on 13) to fix cursor jitter / spazzing / skipping pixels when lifting the mouse and placing it back down quickly.I have already tried:- Reset Surface Calibration in Synapse.- Hardware reset of the mouse (hold left + right buttons + scroll wheel for 7-10 seconds while powered off).- Full clean reinstall of Synapse (uninstall, delete leftover folders, reinstall from official site, restart PC).- Update mouse firmware via Synapse.- Multiple PC resta
I own an original series basilisk and over time the rubber grips on the sides have begun to peel off and I've had to glue them back on.So I'm wondering, does the basilisk v3 still have this issue if I were to purchase it?The rubber grip appears different but Id wanna know if it is still just glued on with a cheap adhesive like the first.
A few weeks back I my dongle started acting up, it started disconnecting from time to time until one day it suddenly lost all connection and can no longer be detected by any razer software. Since my mouse is out of warranty (bought it back when it first came out, i think) I bought a knock off dongle replacement. Now here is where the problem starts, the razer pairing software recognizes both device but is asking for the original mouse cable to pair it. I mean a bought a wireless mouse for a reason so I no longer have it. Is there anyway to pair the mouse and the new dongle? Thanks in advance.
The cable of my Razer DeathAdder V3 wired mouse seems to be damaged, so the connection keeps cutting in and out. The warranty period has already expired, so I can’t get it repaired through A/S. I would like to purchase the connector and USB cable separately. Is there any way to do that?
Hey guys! I am trying to enter gaming, and I bought a 5070 ti gaming laptop and the mouse I picked is the Razer Viper V3 Pro. In the manual I received it says that if I register my mouse, I can get up to 2 years of warranty. I just registered my device to this website, but I did not see a pop up saying that my mouse has warranty, is there a way for me to check if I did get the warranty or do I already have it? Thank you in advance for your help.
hey! firstly sorry for my english, its not my native language. so ive got a razer basilisk v3 mouse, and yesterday when i hopped on valorant, my mouse just started frequently left click in game by itself. i thought that i maybe accidentally installed some virus and it was a aimbot because it mostly happened when i looked at the enemies but after the game i tested it in 1v1 against my friend and it clicked by itself whenever it wanted. i tried all the troubleshooting tips, closing synapse, updatinh drivers, literally everything but only thing it did was that it wasnt so frequent but it still leftclicked sometimes. i also noticed it happened when i clicked multiple keys for example: moving on my keyboard, zooming with my gun and shooting, flicking the mouse etc. so im trying to figure out whats wrong with it. every help will be appreciated!

Hi, I’m new to Razer and I had just bought the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K White Edition. I’m wondering what the latest firmware version is? Mine is currently at version 1.0.4.0. I tried downloading the firmware updater for the Basilisk V3 Pro (non-35K) nut it doesn’t seem to work with my mouse. Appreciate your assistance regarding this. Thank you in advance,
I would like to ask for a warranty with my razer viper v3 pro. Which I cannot use with a wireless receiver and only works using a type c cable.
Hi there,The Bluetooth functionality of my ProClick mouse stopped working for no reason. When I move the bottom switch to Bluetooth mode, the LED starts blinking in pairing mode (on, on, pause) but the mouse cannot be detected by any Bluetooth receiver (neither on Windows nor on Linux) The behavior is the same on all three Bluetooth channels (blue, green ,yellow)Mouse works fine in 2.4 GHz (with dongle) and wired mode.Firmware is on version v1.02.00_r1The purchase date was in 2020 so I fear that it is out of warranty. Still it’s pretty disappointing that such an expensive mouse suffers from such a malfunction.Any chance to resurrect Bluetooth functionality? Any tips are welcome.
I can no longer pair my pro-click-mini with my laptop/pc.I tried many laptop’s and pc’s, all work fine with other bluetooth devices, they all fail to see the pro-click-mini.Currently I have to use the usb dongle to use the pro-click-mini, but I need that usb-a slot for other devicesAnybody know how to get the bluetooth working again? Is there a trick to reset the pro-click-mini….For anybody who points to the faq and the manual, or the firmware upgrade ..been there done that, it’s still not working.
Razer Pro click refuses to go into pairing mode / cannot be detected by any devices to perform a pair.Currently:It is impossible to pair it with another new device or previously used device. There is no option hard reset the mouse.Firmware has been updated and is up to date as of today.Flashing previous firmware does not fix the issue or reset the mouse. One of my laptops can connect to the mouse, the behavior is really strange.Upon turning on the mouse - it does not connect. After holding the pairing/switch button for 3 seconds, it connects to the laptop instead of going into pairing mode. Moreover, this happens on all three BT slots, meaning that regardless of which BT slot (blue, green, yellow) I try to enable pairing on, the mouse get connected to the laptop on that slot. This is cursed behaviour, especially from a premium product from a premium brand, that has been on the market for over 4 years. Some Razer engineer screwed up big time here, so please provide a firmware update as soo
I am using a Pro Click Mini for almost 2 years but recently, it was unable to connect to any Bluetooth Devices that have already been paired. I tried to remove the mouse from all my devices and re-pair all of them, however, none of my devices (3 Windows PC and an Android phone) were able to detect the mouse. Connection via the dongle is fine, but I can’t get the Bluetooth to work. Any help?
I have a Razer Goliathus Chroma, and I would like to know the best way to clean grime and build up over time where the mouse is located on the mousepad surface. I currently have inverted the mouse mat, so the top is at the bottom lower right vs normal of top on upper left. I've tried normal alcohol wipes like for cleaning keyboard but no success on the mousepad. What do you recommend other than purchasing a new mousemat?
I am just wondering whether there will ever be a practical deathadder again. The new deathadder models are cool and all but i would much rather have a 2.4GHz connector slot in the mouse and additional bluetooth connection (like the cobra pro) and with good battery life than things like 8k polling rate.So my question is...will there ever again be new deathadder models that offer such functionality?
