My Razer Basilisk Ultimate stopped working on wireless. When I plug the dongle to the laptop, it works fine for about 2 seconds, then turns off. Then after a few seconds turns on again and this goes on and on. I tried to remove all the drivers and firmware, then reinstall everything, then update all possible firmware. Also used the pairing tool. The pairing process was successful, but the problem still persists. Nothing worked. Only when wired with the cable works fine. Can anyone help??

As in the title, i got gifted a mouse from a friend and I want to ask, is there any way to purchase a docking station and a wireless dongle for Razer Viper ultimate mouse (in pink)?

Someone was messaging me on here about this but has not replied in a week or so , so i am reposting. I have just purchased the razer kiyo v2 quarts, I plugged it in and it does not appear in the razer synapse app, when going to device manager it is there, i updated drivers to USB camera, restarted my pc and it still doesn't show. I downloaded the firmware updater and it says to plug in the camera. The microphone on it is working, when i test audio through windows setting and select it as microphone it plays back audio. No led showing on camera to indicate its on or anything. It works perfectly on another computer. All my usb ports work with other devices such as mic, headset, keyboard, mouse. 

Got my razer edge back from a friend that forgot his email and didn't log out before resetting. I figure razer could fix for me easy but no response. Any help?

The USB stick appears as Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed under devices and the mouse as HID-compliant mouse.   Mouse appears in the app tho and is completely configurable. It works fantastic and is the smoothest mouse I've ever owned, but I am a perfectionist and I feel there is still a tiny constant micro stutter when moving a camera in games very slow on my 120hz TV, barely noticeable on fast movements, but on slow it is constant stuttery, like as if the 1000hz and G-Sync doesn't work well together, unlike if I move the camera with the right stick on a controller, that is completely 100% buttery smooth at all speeds. I had the same with my former run-of-the-mill mouse, but i was hoping this would be gone with a high quality mouse.Anyway, is this correctly installed? 

I just bought Blade 16 2025 version with 5080 in at beginning of this month, but the new blade 16 with intel chip and thunderbolt ports as well as a better screen released just after that, is there anything I can do to upgrade or exchange it with some money added? It’s so frustrating to get a older version just before the new one release 

Hello. Similar to this post: my basilisk V3 pro got bricked and I can no longer use it in any way. I tried to reinstall drivers in device manager but nothing works. It happened when trying to pair by BT to a new device. I think the problem is software related and the mouse got bricked. I can not send it to warranty to the place I bought it from as it offered only one year of warranty. Is there any way you could help me? Thank you. [removed by moderator] .

Hallo Razer Support. Ich habe mir vor einigen Jahren einen Razer Enki gekauft und musste bereits innerhalb der Garantie schon einmal den Gas Lift austauschen lassen. Die Garantie ist jetzt nicht mehr vorhanden und ich habe auch keine Garantieverlängerung. Ich möchte mir jetzt ungern einen neuen Stuhl kaufen da ich nicht genug Geld habe um dies zu stemmen. Daher meine Frage wie kann ich den Gas Lift austauschen? Bietet Ihr an dieses Ersatzteil bei euch zu kaufen? Welche Größe und Daten benötige ich um den Gas Lift auszutaschen  Danke schonmal im vorraus

Hi i recently purchased the blackshark V3 pro’s for PlayStation 22/3/26 and i have no light indicator lighting up on the headset it wont show blue for pairing or green when its on i have updated the firmware on both the dongle and headset and also tried a factory reset and still no light on the headset although the headset seems to be working is this a software bug or is it faulty 

After 11 months’ use of my first Book 13, the laptop screen panel starts to black out out of sudden. When the lid is open above certain angle, the screen panel backlight will go off. When I close the lid a bit more, the screen panel will work again.  However, the workable agnle is very small and unstable. The whole laptop is totally unusuable unless it is plugged into a monitor. Since my first Book 13 is within warrenty, I got an official replacement of a brand new machine. This machine also had some BSOD issues, which was resolved by ANOTHER replacement of the motherboard. However, after one year’s use of the replaced replaced laptop, the screen is Failing again. The screen will not work after the lid is opened over 35 degrees. The panel is 99% black. The laptop is again unusable. So, if you have the same issue, please try HALF open the lid. Hello,My Razer Viper V3 Pro wireless mouse has stopped working.I own two Razer devices—a mouse and a headset—and each uses its own dedicated Razer receiver. Hello, I purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset last year. Initially, I was using it with the Type-C adapter, but it stopped working; it ceased functioning on my desktop computer. I tried it on another computer, but it still didn't work. I am currently connecting via Bluetooth, but the sound quality is very poor. Hi all, Recently im having 2.4ghz connection issue on the Deathstalker V2 Pro Keyboard. I have tried moving the 2.4ghz dongle to other usb ports, and also plugging it into the provided razer hub, and placed it next to the keyboard to no avail. I have updated to the latest firmware and still facing issue of it not registering pressed keys. Sometimes it register a key or two, sometimes there are delays and at times doesn't register at all. I also noticed the light at "1" LED indicator loses light then comes back on. While on wired mode, it works flawlessly. Please advise Thanks!

Tried on MANY different pcs and laptops, it seems like it's, just dead, I was using it at a gaming cafe, and I attached it to the front of the case, since they do not allow anyone to plug or unplug anything directly from the motherboard. and suddenly it just stopped working, after that I tried it on different pcs, and it just seems dead.the only hope I have is that the “DPI stage” button light is like blinking and i can barely see like absolute 1 ray of red light deep in the sensor of the mouse. other than that, it would seem dead completely. Any thoughts on this?MOUSE: razer viper 8khz model: RZ01-0358

Hi All I notice that the if we enable Cortex Game Booster with "Enable Game Power solutions", the PC's power plan will be automatic switch to "Razer Cortex Power Plan", there is no problem with that However, it seems this plan has a fix settings every time we turn it on through Cortex, any changes made in Windows power plan settings will be readjusted to the default. The problem is, I'm using a Barracuda Pro wireless headset, if the "USB selective suspend settings" is enabled with the power plan, the headset will be disconnected after about 40 mins use, and the USB in the device manager will show an error as "USB device descriptor request failed", I had to restart the PC every single time to fix the problem. So is there any way we can change the Cortex power plan Configurations, specifically the "USB selective suspend settings", every time I change the setting to disable and restart the Game booster, this part goes back to enable again. P.S I tried to look it up in all ini configu

Hi, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate model RC30-030501 with dongle model DGRFG6. The dongle seems to have stopped working as the mouse still works plugged in via USB, but the dongle doesn’t work in two separate PCs. How can I buy a replacement?

Yesterday I received a mouse I bought on Mercado Libre, but when I connected it, Synapse 4 didn't detect it, and Windows only detected it as "USB GAMING MOUSE" or "HDI-Complaint mouse." So I'd like to know if it's a counterfeit so I can request a refund for piracy, since it seems strange that it's not detected as a Razer device.
