I am the proud owner of Razer Blade 16 (2023) RZ09-0483x with BIOS v2.02 and have been trying to update it to v2.05 but fails every time.  I have disabled ‘Windows Hello’ as per on screen instruction whilst running the BIOS updater program.  It seems to work and re-boots the PC, but still just boots into windows and doesn’t update the BIOS. Please help and advice.  Thank you your input.

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Blade 15 (2020 model) and recently noticed that the battery seems to expand after using the laptop for about 3 hours. When this happens, the lid does not fully close, but after the laptop cools down for a few hours it closes normally again.From what I’ve read, this might be a swollen battery. I saw that Razer recommends having the battery replaced by their service team, but I live in Nebraska and I’m not sure what the process is.Does Razer offer mail-in repair in the U.S., or are there any authorized repair centers near Nebraska? What should I do in this case?Thanks!

Hi, I used my Point for A $25 GameStop card…I live in the US.. after redeeming my point I got a email from Razor Gold Company and in the email was a Voucher # and Security Code #…… none of those can be used on GameStop.com THEY DONT NEED A VOUCHER NUMBER NEEDS A GIFT CARD AND A 4 digit Pin… so confused how to claim the Voucher code that was sent??? Cus no where on the web site can you use a Voucher # it is not considered a promo code I check. Voucher Code and Gift Card are 2 different things.no accurate information or instructions to redeem a VOUCHER for a $25 Gift Card….-_-

For some reason my drivers are showing as unavailable under my bluetooth settings. I have reset drivers and downloaded the new updates, but it still shows “driver is unavailable”

The keyboard is otherwise in great condition, and I really enjoy using it.I was wondering if it would be possible to receive a replacement foot. Hi everyone,I’ve been struggling with this issue for months now and would really appreciate some help.I have a Razer Blade 14 (2022), and the battery optimizer just doesn’t seem to work. In both Razer Synapse 3 and 4, I can see the battery optimizer option. Even when I enable it and set the charge limit to 80%, the laptop still charges all the way to 100%.I also tried changing the battery charge limit in the BIOS. The setting is visible, and I can save it successfully. But after restarting the PC, that specific battery limit setting gets turned off automatically. Strangely, all other BIOS settings I change remain saved — only the battery charge limit resets.Could this be a CMOS battery issue? I’m not sure, because if it were, I would expect all BIOS settings to reset, not just this one. I’ve also reset the laptop and reinstalled Synapse, but the problem still persists.Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I don’t really know when it started happening, but my Razer Huntsman stopped working properly with Synapse 4. The first thing I noticed, is that my keyboard is detected, but the profile I have for it isn’t showing under the name: When I try to check the onboard profiles, they just load endlessly:​​​​​I’ve tried uninstalling Synapse 4, making sure all temp folders and so on have been deleted, reinstalled it, made sure my peripherals had the most recent firmware, tried creating a new profile but that didn’t work either. I literally can’t use any extra features the keyboard came with.Any advice?

It seems to happen most often when things get “spammy”.  Various side buttons become unresponsive, or will get stuck on.  Just testing in Notepad I witnessed the 2 stop working, then the 3 stopped working, then the 2 got stuck spamming.  This happens while wired and wireless.  Also happens when Synapse is open or closed.  The mouse is less than a month old.  Drivers and firmware are up to date.  Replugging or switching it on and off usually clears the issue.

I recently got the DeathAdder v3 Pro and have begun using it with my KVM between a Windows PC and a MacBook Pro.I can use the mouse wirelessly on my Windows machine, switch to MacBook and still use it wirelessly without trouble, but if I try to switch from Mac to Windows, the mouse will not work unless I unplug and plug it back in. So it seems Windows → MacOS works, but MacOS → Windows does not. If I used the mouse wired, there’s no trouble at all.Is there a setting on Windows causing this? I don’t see why the mouse would be fine to connect when switching to Mac but unable to connect when switching to Windows.IMPORTANT: I am able to switch flawlessly back and forth with another wireless mouse I have. So I don’t believe the issue is the KVM. For the DeathAdder, I’ve tried wireless with and without the adapter.Thanks!

I bought a new razer kraken kitty v2 pro, registered the device on my account, but didnt get the code, checked spam, and junk, tried to follow the help guide to request a new code and it says its been sent to my email, but i still didnt receive it anywhere, spam, junk, or normal folder, checked again after 10H and still nothing 

My Razer Barracuda X (2022) Wireless keeps turning itself off and I'm not sure how to fix that. I've tested it while it's dying, and also while it's fully charged and it's just doing the same thing. I can be mid game or mid movie and it just turns itself off. What do I do?

Please help I can’t find a fix to this I have been trying all day. everytime I try to open the razer synapse installer nothing happens, then an error file appears.

As the title says, I installed about an hour ago synapse 4 and it removed THX and surround sound 7.1. I had it working since I bought my laptop in 2024. It came as a promo for buying the laptop. Now it says I have to put an activation code for each. What? What a ripoff. And no there is no email with activation codes on my spam folder.Will going back to synapse 3 fix it? I want both back on my system without having to pay.

My new headphones arrived 5 days ago. I had been using them normally, but today when I went to play, they wouldn't connect. They only work via USB and Bluetooth, but not with the dongle. I thought it was a problem with the dongle's configuration, but when I connected it to the phone, it worked perfectly.It's a problem with my PC, but I couldn't find any way to make it recognize it.

This week I bought some Razer products from the collaboration with ZZZ. I've already registered my keyboard and mouse using the serial numbers. But the mousepad doesn't have a serial number (I think)... so I guess it doesn't need to be registered...?

So I have THX Spatial Audio with my Blackshark v3 pro. But when I uninstall the spatial audio app, the feature also stops working. So how do I get this app to stop asking me to activate it without losing the functionality?

Hello, I have a Razer Kiyo X product number RZ19-04170100-R3U1, and I’m unable to update the firmware. Every time I use the firmware update software for the regular Razer Kiyo it’s unable to detect the webcam. There doesn’t seem to be any firmware update software for the Kiyo X according to the page here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5678I saw a few other threads with the same issue, but just wondering if there is any resolution to this. Thank you!

I got a blackwidow mini keyboard and the Fn keys stopped working. the lights still turn on like it’s working but when i try to use it nothing happens. having synapse opened or closed does not affect the issues.I have tried resetting kb software “esc+caps+space” tried also deleting driver from device manager both only worked until my kb started to light up with the synced effect I have on synapse 

I tried mapping my Wolverine v3 pro and now the wireless capability doesn't work at all.The cable works perfectly in any port.
