I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.

ı have a Razer Opus x Mercury and ı have been use this proudact for 3 years and ı love it so much. its still work so well but some parts have broken. ı can use it but i think its cant go like this forever. ı just want to find some parts but cant .can razer or any one else help me pls? ( as ı said its works, only cosmatic parts are borken. drivers and sound work still almost perfect. )

I just updated Synapse 4 and now a couple of my listed devices are not responding as fast as other LEDs.Lian Li O11 Dynamic: All LEDs in all 3 zonesRazer Chroma ARGB Controller: All LEDsThey are acting like they are playing in slow motion. Despite the chassis controller and the ARGB controller not being the same device, they are both “slowed to the same time,” for lack of a better phrase. They do not update in real time like my Hanbo AIO, and other devices.Video here: youtu.be/w3bPZVU8Gr0I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have restarted my system, I have updated firmware, I even opened up my computer, unplugged the ARGB controller and nothing has fixed it. :(

My Nari Ultimate seems to drop audio quality frequently. It will go from THX Spatial Audio sounds to non-surround sound without a visual cue. This happens even when i switch games or windows. I've tried deleting all extra profiles in case it was profile-by-window/program but had no luck. Sometimes when the headset cuts out the THX Spatial Audio either has A) no programs listed beneath it or B) all programs are grayed out (see screenshot). Usually the best fix for this is to simply switch THX off & then on, however I have had to restart PC a few times to get it fixed. This has been a constantly recurring issue and I would love to get it to just stay in THX and not swap audio quality between programs/screens.

I’ve just recently purchased Razer Blackshark V2 X, and apparently the 7.1 function does not want to work. It properly appears in audio settings, everything is displayed as it should by guides and videos, but there is literally no difference when testing the sound. It still sounds like it’s on stereo mode. All my audio drivers are updated and I even tried deinstalling Realtek HD Audio Drivers and manager to test it. There seems to be no way to get the 7.1 surround working.Apparently when looking around in sound manager settings I found that 7.1 surround driver had a problem starting:Device ROOT\RZSurround\0001 had a problem starting.Driver Name: oem60.infClass Guid: {4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}Service: sRZVADLower Filters: Upper Filters: Problem: 0x15Problem Status: 0xC00000BBDevice install event:Device ROOT\RZSurround\0001 requires further installation. 

Hi, my Razer Basalisk Ultimate door for the USB transeiever seems to not attach anymore, are there replacement doors I can get?

My Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse turns on when I connect it to my laptop via USB dongle and bluetooth. But the mouse does not work. The buttons are unresponsive and the tracker does not work too. The cursor alone drifts slowly to the top left. I have tried updating the firmware version, tried reinstalling synapse, tried updating my windows OS, tried updating mouse drivers, tried changing batteries, everything. Nothing seems to work. Is there any solution for this?

I just got these headphones and I'm not sure if these are fake or not but all I want to know is that if an activation code for 7.1 surround sound is still usable

Hi razer team. i bought a "brand new" blackshark v2x online, upon registration, the code is already registered. i am curious now if this product is legit or clone. i dont know what to do. i have all the proof that i bought it legally, maybe if you could help me. 

I’m trying to follow the fix Razer posted, but the Secure Boot page in my BIOS appears to be read-only, so I’m unable to disable Secure Boot. I also tried setting an administrator password, but that did not change anything. I saw some other people with the same issue but haven't seen any solutions.

It's hard to believe that a 500 dollar chair I've needed to replace 2 bolts in across a couple short years and now the base fully exploded... for 500 dollars? Im well below the weight limit this just doesnt make sense... anyone know of any sort of replacements.

I guess technically it's the tilt and angle mechanism that has broken 3 times now this time un repairable.

I lost the USB C dongle for my Razer Barracuda X Chroma headset. Is it possible to get a replacement ?

Dongle just died like many others. Mouse works when plugged in but nothing recognized the dongle, as if it doesn't exist. Ive tried 2 other PC’s and the device detection tool plus many restarts. The only thing I havent tried is the oven trick ive seen online. Could I please get a replacement before I bake this piece of junk like a cake?

Hello, I got those nice Razer Barracuda X Chrome Phantom Green as a Borthday present from my fiance. Excited i tried them out but after some minutes the spund gets distorted and robotic. I was using the wireless dongle on my PC.Read alot of Problems with firmware, software.Deinstalled everything, updated everything. Used diffrent USB ports, relocated the dongle away from USB3.x. Changed all the wofo to 5gHz.  Even when i am using the Headphones with dongle on my phone the same Audio distortion happens after ~ 2 Minutes pf usage. Is there any solution? All i can find on the internet is "i refunded them got other headphones" really dpnt want to do that so pls is there anything i can do? Refund from Amazon is not possible anymore cause it expired at my birthday so thats a unlucly aswell....
