Hello, I just got my razor ornata v3 yesterday. I use the caps lock key to sprint in some games, but it sadly doesn’t work while pressing w and space. The space key doesn’t do anything in that situation and I already tried a lot. 

hi just bought a pair of black shark v2 from amazon  { new used } description box opened , got it really cheap not complaining at that , but someone has registered it on their name then sent it back , screws up any warranty i would  have i would  imagine ,anyone got any advice

Hi Team, It seems this is an issue others have run into here, but I haven’t been able to find an actual solution to this yet. When I boot up my Razer Blade 15 with secure boot, it gives the following message:“Secure Boot ViolationInvalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in setup.”I have turned off secure boot, which allowed me to access my computer again, but I don’t want to keep using it without secure boot. I did some digging, and it seems like this might have been triggered by Windows Security Update (KB5077181), but I’m no expert so I could be wrong. Would appreciate any help in getting this working again.Thanks!

New here, specifically signed up in hopes that someone could help me with my device. I’ve had this controller for about a month now, and I don’t say this lightly, I still cannot find myself to use it for longer than say an hour…I’ve debated time and time again, if I should just give up on it and return it but then I watchyoutube reviews and everyone is praising it, (hence why i got it to begin with) so i tell myself it’s me…convince myself that I only need to play with it more and it’ll pass…. a whole month man -_- please tell me there’s a fix for the latency, lazy or delayed sticks? i’ve searched everywherei’ve used the synapse app even downloaded the mobile app in hopes that somwhere i could find how to remove the latency or at the very least make it so the sticks feel actually linear and nothing ironically this is my last option, it should have been perhaps the first place to come looking for a resolution but, well that’s my fault. please someone help me D:Setup information - Only p

Hello everybody. I have been suffering with the "low battery" sound since December 18th, 2024. About a hour ago, I found out all I needed was a factory reset. It's genuinely insane to me how I can still hear the "low battery" sound play inside my head whenever I turn on my headphones, done gave me PTSD💀 Moving along, You want to have your headset completely and totally powered off. Now, press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds straight without letting go, you will see a purple-ish light flash and your headset will power itself off. You should be good to go afterwards. If you still need help, PLEASE contact support. I don't want you to suffer like I did. Lmfao, even started making "low battery remixes" inside my head like some asylum patient💀

Need replacement dongle for Blackshark V3 XBT wireless headphones. May have accidentally tossed it in the garbage.

i have a razor huntsman mini and a razor basilisk v3 and whilst i have razor synapse open my devices profiles wont open so i am unable to use the remapping function for my mouse however when i close the app the on board profiles load which is frustrating as i need to have it open as some features are unable without it has anyone run into this and have you found a solution.

Bluetooth paring doesn’t seem to work.  I tried to pressboth left + right + wheel scroll button for 10 secs, no luck Both side buttons and wheel scroll button for 10 seconds, no luckBoth side buttons and first DPl button for 10 seconds, no luck Can anyone suggest what I should do next?  Thanks in advance. 

ive had my razer viper ultimate for a couple years, haven’t had any issues with it until the past week. now its skipping and its near impossible to play fps games with. ive tried deleting my drivers like a forum here said, clean reinstalling synapse, updating the firmware, cleaning the sensor, etc. it works perfectly fine when wired, i only have issues when trying to use it wirelessly via the dongle. ive also tried using other ports on my pc, nothing has worked

I've had my headphones for two months, the cable keeps fraying on its own, rendering it unusable, and today, for no reason, my microphone stopped working. I want a refund. 

One of the welds connecting a wheel to the base of my Enki X chair failed, and now the wheel has come off and cannot be re-attached. Is there any way to order a replacement base since it doesn’t seem like this can be fixed myself as it was welded piece. Thanks!

I wonder why this headset mic processing is so bad, even if I turn off all effects there is a still an underline processing that kills the mic performance sounding terrible like I am with the flu all the time and this is very bad because I cant use the mic is is terrible and it is a very expensive headset with a good hardware and the software is just killing it.

Hello I have a Blade 15 RTX 2070Part number:RZ09-03017W01-R3W1When trying to turn on it fails multiple times, eventually it will turn on. It has lost the time in the bios and I assume it cmos battery will be causing the issues.Apparently Razer uses rechargeable cmos batteries so I assume it’s failed. Any ideas where I can buy a replacement as I don’t wanna order it and have to wait to reassemble in between.

In addition to that, the headband is already peeling, even though the headset has been used less than five times.I bought this microphone very recently, around Christmas, so it’s practically new. Hello, I just bought the product, i connected the led strip to my phone on gamer room app. The problem is its not detected from my pc. I use ethernet cable, is this a problem? I tried everything that i think of but i couldnt find a solution. Im using synapse 4, i redownloaded it but still didnt work. Any ideas please?Thanks.

I have had my rgb controller for a good few months now and it worked perfectly fine with synapse 3 but now with synapse 4 when starting up it turns off all fans rgb and I have to adjust the brightness in order to get them to turn back on, could someone please assist.
