I purchased the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro in late October. The volume wheel stopped working shortly after, and now the headset Bs v3 pro has stopped working, have done updatesThis has been extremely frustrating, especially given how recently I purchased it. I expected better durability and reliability from this product. On top of that, the warranty support process has been very disappointing.I would like assistance with resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Hello!Can the Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro gaming mouse be used in wired mode while charging, even if the dongle remains connected to the computer with an additional wire? That is, use two wires at the same time: one for charging the mouse, and the second for the dongle?Best regards.Yurii

my razer blackshark powers on when i have a charging cable attached but when i remove it it powers off. it has charge so yea idk

Hello, I require serious help with my device. I have a Razer Blade 14 AMD version from 2021. I have this issue where whenever I try to run a game, the device runs the game for a bit and then turns off. The keyboard light is usually still on, however, it appears to be in sleep mode or something where the light on the bottom keeps fading in and out. Usually, I have to hold the power button to restart my device. It doesn’t seem to be a heating issue either as I have an external fan that I also  use in case. The laptop I am using is operating without a battery as well, so there’s no battery swelling issue. I even factory reset the device, reinstalled my softwares, and tried to run Overwatch but it shutdown again. Before today, when I tried running Genshin impact, it shutdown again after freezing for a bit and said, “your device ran into an error.” When checking event log, I found these errors:- A fatal error occurred when attempting to access the TLS server credential private key. I got this controller as a Christmas present last year and it was working until I got to college in August. Now whenever I’m playing games on my ps5 it randomly disconnects. Its up to date with updates so im not sure what the issue is

Hi, my mouse stopped working, no lights. I reset pc, pluged mouse to diferent usb, usb 2 and usb 3.Make the reset to the mouse, and still the same error. My pc detects the mouse as a USB pendrive.I think i need the firmware. I am experiencing intermittent connection issues with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023).At times, the audio briefly cuts out or disconnects for a moment and then reconnects.When this happens, the sound level may suddenly change, and I occasionally hear brief static or distortion.I have already tried the following:- Clean installation of GPU drivers- Removing SteelSeries GG and other third-party audio software- Disabling Windows audio enhancements and exclusive mode- Testing different USB ports and positions for the wireless dongleThe issue still occurs.Please advise on further troubleshooting steps or whether this could be a hardware-related issue.

i have deleted the local files and installed new one.i tried to update my windows software.i removed everything from task manager, allowed firewall for the app, run on start up disable on start up everything. still the app wont open

I’ve just received my Razer Core X V2 and was excited to get it hooked up to my laptop only to find it wouldn’t power on. When I turn the PSU on, the fan on the eGPU does a quick spin before shutting off, and there are no visible lights anywhere on the unit. When I turn the PSU off, the fan briefly spins again.I’ve troubleshooted to the extent that I can. I’ve tested multiple PSUs, made sure the GPU is good, reseated the GPU, and disconnected and reconnected everything. No change. I’m not ruling out a dumb mistake on my part (because it wouldn’t be the first time), but I can’t help but think I got a defective unit.I was going to contact support via the live chat, but the chat button is grayed out no matter the device or browser so I’m unable to do so. Hoping my issue gets seen here. Thanks in advance.

Hello, my Razer blade 16 2025 isn’t starting up properly, it’s only 2 weeks old and freezes when booted up, I am unable to reset it as that fails.  please help

This morning when I turned on my computer, my keyboard started typing on its own: ‘t5gk5gk€€€5g€€€€t5gk€t5gk€gknt5gkt5gkgknt5gk5tgkt5t5gk5tgkt5gk€ng€€€k’ until I disconnected it and it stopped typing. When I connect a different keyboard, I have to press the ‘alt gr’ key to be able to type normally.I thought it might be a problem with the Synapse software, but after uninstalling, restarting, and so on, the problem persisted, so I tried it on another PC and it still does the same thing. I tried resetting it with FN + ESC but it doesn't respond, and when I put it in demo mode with ESC + CAPSLOCK + SPACE BAR and then take it out, it's still exactly the same.Any idea what might be happening? 

im not sure how the issue happened, I set Macro on my Tartarus V2 which didnt work as I wanted which I then deleted but after deleting the macro the 1 key didnt work. I set to finding a solution which includes restarting Synapse, reinstalling Synapse, and various other lvls of new installs. All instances fixed the issue on uninstall and then reappeared after reinstalling Synapse. I currently have uninstalled ALL Razer app and software and have a unlit dark keyboard… I would like to continue using Razer products and RGB features but I do not have a solution that allows Synapse to be installed. Hopefully that explained my issue and I hope there is a solutionThank you.

Just to start this out I thought it was my mouse at first until I got a brand new one today. Same problem… Basically out of nowhere my scrolling will just randomly stop when im on for example: Minecraft I just cant scroll down or up to move to the next item because it randomly stops out of nowhere and then like 20-30 seconds it goes back to normal and I wont have to worry for another 10-15 mins until it does it again. So its not a specific mouse issue its a genuine problem with something else. Who knows it might even be my computer. Im just trying to see if anyone could help me solve this problem or if someone else out there is experiencing the same issue. Please help me or else I might have to switch to a different mouse and I really like this mouse.

I have Razer Wolverine V2 Pro, using it with PS5. Once I have updated dongle and gamepad firmware to 01.04.01 version, after that wireless mode is not working at all. Not on PC, not on PS5. Wired mode works normally, bluetooth connection to android app works normally. PC is recognizing dongle and gamepad at the firmware update app. Is there any solution for this problem? Can i downgrade firmware back to 01.02.03?

I got my 1st head set In May 2023 They lasted me about 1.5 week before the Brackets just fell apart. I RMA them ofc and got the new ones. . . they lasted me about 5 months until now… bcs they broke again. Like the Quality of the plastic is not very good so to speak. 

Hi. so im using my Blackshark v2 hyperspeed via BLUETOOTH. but whenever i use the built in microphone the sound completely changes while playing a game its like an old radio sound coming out of the headset.after disabling it the built in mic back the sound of the headset goes back to normal. have anyone experience this issue with the blackshark v2 hyperspeed?
