So I recently updated the BIOS on my 2021 Razer Blade 14 to v1.08_v3. However, since I hadn’t updated my bios prior to this update, my EC version is still 1.02. I believe that the latest EC version for this model is 1.03, but I’m not sure how to go about updating it since the v1.08_v3 BIOS updater doesn’t seem to update the EC. Any help is appreciated!

i have use the mouse pad for close to a year. around 8 months into use, i noticed the light intensity of the glow weakens. i didnt think much of it and simply increase the brightness under setting. now under max setting, only the small portion glows near the connector. 95% of the rest of the mat has almost no glow at all. checking online gave me replies of many with same issue and seems theres no fix nor replacement for this. so it is normal and the lighting effect is basically one-off? kindly advise.

Hi, I just bought the Nommo V2 x speakers and would like to connect them to PS5 Pro via HDMI to my monitor which is a Alienware AW3225QF. I have tried connecting speakers to the USB out on monitor but no sound coming out? not sure if I’m missing a setting somewhere?If I can’t connect to monitor, how can I connect directly to PS? I have tried this and played with settings and still nothing coming out? So, I would prefer to connect to monitor to keep a usb port free on PS, but will do anything to get them to work. Please help me, I’m now stuck? Hi everyone, i have this issue ragarding the page tab for my Kraken V4 on Razer Synapse.Basically, in the “Synapse Tab” in section “Devices” it shows all my Razer devices (headset, mouse and webcam), when i click, it shows normally the dedicated tabs for all of them except for the headset Kraken (the page is all black).i didn’t always have this issue, only in the last month. Maybe it can be a bug for the new Synapse update?   PS: i have updated all the devices and i tried to connect it in wireless and cabled mode, reinstalled the app and repared it with no result.Thanks

I am getting the same error on my razer blade 14 (2022), that other people have already reported for their razer blade 15 (2021).When I boot up my Razer Blade 14 (2022)  with secure boot, it gives the following message:“Secure Boot ViolationInvalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in setup.”Only option at the moment is to disable secure boot. hello, my chair armrest fell off and i need a new one, however the warranty has expired, and i dont have a plan. Im willing to pay, i just need to know if this is possible. Serial: (removed for security purposes) Product number: RZ38-03720300-R3U1 I would be willing to fix my own armrest, but it came off like this, so i cant unscrew anything to get to the screws to be able to screw it back in to the arm. perhaps a whole new arm including the armrest would just be easier/faster to install 

I’m stuck in some stupid loop with the AI, and it won’t start a conversation with an agent. I was chatting with one already, but a local storm caused enough of a disruption to power to cause the lights to flicker and restart my modem. Now, I can’t get past the AI to be able to chat with an agent again. 

Hey guys,  I would like to discuss undervolting topic.  I’m very satisfied with my Blade 14. Finished BG3, KCD2 on it. Not sure but pretty positive that my GPU temperature is around 83-87 degrees when fully loaded from the very beginning. The chassis gets extremely hot in the area up the keyoboard. The back is lifted about 1cm above my desk.  So I was just thinking that for better longevity of my 4070 it would be better to sligtly alter the Voltage curve.Does anyone have some kind of ideal curve which is stable and drops down the temp a bit without affecting performance too much? Cheers and happy gaming David

Dear razer support.I cannot connect the device to synapes 4 which leads to not detected mouse,cannot optimize my mouse and most importantly my poling rate is 125 hz and i cannot change it to 1000hz for better gaming. Do you have any solution or giving the synapes 3 download, bacause google said razer essential rz01-0385 can only be used on razer synapse 3.

When I register my headphones, I get a “This product is already registered”I don't know where to write it on the website.

I have just purchases the razer kiyo v2 quarts, I plugged it in and it does not appear in the razer synapse app, when going to device manager it is there, i updated drivers to USB camera, restarted my pc and it still doesn't show. I downloaded the firmware updater and it says to plug in the camera. The microphone on it is working, when i test audio through windows setting and select it as microphone it plays back audio. No led showing on camera to indicate its on or anything. 

I recently bought my Raiju V3 controller, but it has a problem in charging where it wont charge even with the included cable, it only show a yellow light for a split second and gone. The only way it shows charging is when its connected to my PS5, but after leaving it overnight, the battery power is still the same as last night.

I have a Wolverine V2 Pro and the only time I can get it to work is when it is in wired mode and it is connected by wire to either my PS5 or PC. I can’t get it to work wirelessly with the Hyperseed dongle. On the PC side, it sees the dongle, and sees that it’s for the controller, but no inputs from the controller is detected. I have updated the firmware on both the dongle and the controller and it still isn’t working. I’ve checked to make sure that the settings are correct in the back of the controller, still no help.Does anyone else have this issue or had this issue? Any fixes that anyone knows? Thanks!

Hello I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headset and I'm having a problem. In certain games that make my PC run harder than usual, the sound cuts out. The only way to get the sound back is to turn the headset off and unplug and replug the dongle. I'm plugged into the back of my PC. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance

I would like guidance on how I can either activate TFA or use my wallet balance safely.Thank you for your help.

When I try to launch the 7.1 surround sound software it tells me that my account does not have it enabled though I have registered my peripheral, please look into this matter as resolve it quickly. I really want to experience the headphones to the fullest

After i installed the razer synapse 4 update, i have issues with the mic being muffled, its up to a 100% but it keeps going down to 93, then 58 then 40 and so on, until its almost down to 10, people i talk with say they cant hear me proper because of this and i constantly have to put it back to 100, but then a few seconds after it starts going down again, its like it dont wanna stay on 100, ive tried everything and other people has tried helping, we are out of solutions now and its very frustrating as i keep getting muffled when i talk and it ends up with people not hearing me. Does anyone else have this issue or is it any way to fix it?Below you can see its supposed to be on 100% but it keeps going down all the time, sometimes it stays on 100 and everything is fine, and then it starts going down again and people cant hear me. All the other settings are no issues with, its just this one, ive tried to fix it any possible way i can or know of but it keeps happening. 

I’ve had my Razer Blade 15 for quite a while and it auto updates drivers every once and awhile  (along with windows updates) but my WIFI is no longer working and it looks like the BIOS has never actually updated -  I disabled secure boots and turned off Windows 11 Core Isolation -but when I run the latest updater, it says there is nothing to update - Do I need to step through each BIOS Update from 1.0.0 ? There are only 2 updates (1.1.2 and 1.1.3) available from Razer Support pages.  When I run either as an admin user, they both give the same message “Detected Components are up-to-date”Any help would be appreciated !
