Hi, The dongle for my headset has stopped working, I tried using the pairing utility and connecting the dongle to different ports, but still refused to work. I had the headset for over 3 years now. Is there a way to get a replacement dongle?

I entered the activation code for the 7.1 audio feature of my Razer BarracudaX headset that I bought 2 years ago, and since I formatted my computer, I re-downloaded the app. I want to use the 7.1 audio feature again, but when I log in to my account and install the app, it asks me for the activation code again. When I find the activation code I entered and re-enter it, it doesn't accept it, so I can't use the 7.1 audio feature. Can you help me?

Since the most recent firmware update on my wolverine, it will not connect to the dongle at all and when it does connect it only for a few minutes.i have only had this problem since the newest update, i had no trouble with disconnecting prior to this update, has anyone has had similar issues? If so how did you fix them, im currently having to use my controller permanently wired 

Hello again! So, this is the second one, exact same error. I have had this happen yet again identically since a month after I got it as replacement for my first one but haven't had the energy to reach out for help again.It's so weird, I can play for 4 hours, thrn it suddenly starts disconnecting and becoming extremely sensitive to the dlightest movement.I have never in my life taken this much care in cable management and have eliminated any and all "tugs/yanks"  on the cable. It's so obviously a product flaw as I haven't heard anyone NOT getting this. Latest example: "literally 5 minutes ago my friend sent a party invite, from that moment and until I had joined the party the controller disconnected _6_ TIMES. That's in a  <30 seconds time lapse. Twice I had to unplug/replug the cable or it would not Power On at all (power surge? poor shielding in the contact area?).It has literally ruined Coop Sessions, Boss fights, PvP Duels and m

Good Evening Everyone  I can’t set Eq or use synapse setting  When I plug the usb cable there’s 2 Audio outputs Speakers “Razer Audio Controller Game” Headset Earphone “ Razer Audio Controller Chat”  Thing is the sound runs perfectly loud and clear on headset earphone output device but I can’t use synapse settings like Eq and enhancements  Using the synapse There’s a Box Say “ Default Output Device”  : Set “Razer USB audio controller” as the default output device to configure its audio settings on Razer synapes  This button makes Speakers Razer Audio is the default output but I barely hear anything from it How can I use the headset output with synapse as default out device?  Thanks  

I just got myself the Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition, Leviathan V2 X, and Huntsman Elite to go with my Tartarus V2. All have been working on my Windows 11 setup, except the Huntsman Elite, as when I try to change the Chroma settings, they don’t get applied. I have a razer blackshark v2x ps edition. I cant find activiton code

While placing the ear buds into pairing mode no sound is made from the buds. These do not show up in the available Bluetooth when searching. While using the razor app they will connect but state there is a firmware update which will state that it can't download while the battery is under 75% but the app shows 100%

currently set to Razer US, but I urgently need it to be switched to Razer Global.This limitation is affecting my ability to manage and expand my Razer activities on an international level. I am trying to register my keyboard but Synapse is saying my product number is invalid:I am entering RZ03-04701900-R3U1(Removed picture for security purposes) 

Recently bought the Blackshark V2 Pro wireless 2023 edition. It worked perfectly, but today when I want to use it again, my microphone does not pickup any sound. When I try to use it in Windows to test the microphone it only tells me it picked up like 5% of the voice, and all settings are maxed out and all enhancements turned off.Discord does not pickup any sound and online microphone test tools doesn’t pickup any sounds as well… Already installed the latest firmware from april 2024 and reinstalled Synapse. Still the same..

Hello everyone,I own a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) | RZ09-0409, and unfortunately, my screen has stopped working properly (see photo below). I've already checked all the cable connections to ensure that everything is properly connected, but the issue persists. When I connect the laptop to an external monitor, the display on the external monitor works perfectly, so I don't believe the graphics card is faulty.The internal monitor is a "Sharp LQ156T1JW03". Before resorting to buying a new monitor, I'd like to try replacing the internal LCD cable (the one connecting the motherboard to the monitor, red bordered).However, I'm not sure where I can find a replacement cable for this mode

Hello, exactly a year ago, I bought and started using the Razer Barracuda X headset. I was using it with a Type-C dongle, and I was occasionally experiencing issues with it not connecting, but unplugging and plugging it back in fixed the problem. However, two days ago, I started my computer normally, but my computer detects the Type-C dongle but doesn't recognize it. The green light on the headset is on, but I can't use it. My USB ports also don't recognize the dongle. I've done everything I can to fix it, but it's not work it. Please help. My headset model is Razer Barracuda X RZ04-04430100, (Removed serial number).

I spilled water on the keyboard before. I cleaned the keys and the keyboard without opening it, but when I was putting the keys back on, the spacebar key was showing a different color light. The next day, the spacebar key started to press very slowly. It is working, but I don't know if this is a mod of the keyboard or if it is related to the liquid I spilled. Please help.

I have had my mouse for more than a year and it worked great as wired and wireless. For the last few weeks everytime i try to use my mouse wireless, there is a white light keep blinking every 15 mins or and it disconnects. With wired it still works tho. I tried:-different ports-reinstalling synapse-different usb ports, resetting usb hub from device managerNothing worked so far and it disconnects more and more frequently

Hi,Iv got a Razer Kraken v3 Pro headset, i had it a few years and its obviously out of warrenty which is fair enough, My question is ever since day one in razer synapse under sound i always used THX SPATIAL AUDIO. Last week i noticed the audio quility had hit rock bottom and sounded horrible. No bass even with bass boost on. The mids sounded too low and the volume had dropped massively even turnt all the way up.  Synapse nows says “ requires razer synapse “ on the EQ on THX AUDIO.  done some digging and seems alot of people are having the same issue.  ANy advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks
