I bought a product today on the official website, and the money has been charged, but I haven't received the order ID in my email. What should I do? How long should I wait?

i bought a hyperpolling wireless dongle on 1/20/26. it got delivered yesterday and ive been having issues with it with stuttering whenever i turn the polling rate higher than 1000hz. i decided i want to return it but the return page is telling me it doesnt recognize my order number which i just copied from my email and there are no other return options that i am finding. is there any other way i havent seen yet that would let me return this?

My old number is registered with me; a code is sent to that number when changing numbers, and because two-factor authentication is enabled, the number cannot be changed.

I bought Razer blackshark v2 x headphones, wanted to register the product, filled in everything correctly. It says that the product is already registered, bought a new one.

Hello, im experiencing some problem with my black shark v3 hyperspeedWhen I tried to turn on my headset, it doesn't show it turns on and when I tried to plug in a charger, the charging light doesn't come on. I brought the headset recently. 

My headset said low battery,  so I charged it last night over night. (6ish hours)Today red power light is there as normal when it is off but it will not power on. I've tried different charging cables and different charging ports, as well as verification that the cables and ports all work for other devices. How do I fix this?

Hello, I just lost the USB dongle for my headphones. Is there a way to get a new one and connect it to my current headphones?I've seen other posts about this, but they all continue via private message, so I'd like to ask myself.

Hello Everyone, I have a Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2019). On intense gaming session it shuts off suddenly but it is not consistent. Sometimes it goes well but sometimes it shuts off on its own. Currently I'm running it without any battery because its swolen Should I buy a new battery or is it a thermal issues that needs paste replacement?

battery wont charge on my sons razer viper v3 pro ( stuck on 3%) , the dongle also won't work. I have requested an RMA from razer but I've to supply evidence that the store ( unauthorized vendor) refused my replacement which i have.The store is a massive store chain in Northern Ireland and England and i had no clue it was unauthorized! Am i better off just buying him a new mouse or is there any chance I'll actually get a replacement ?

My basilisk v3 wired mouse is not recognized by synapse and won’t fully connect. It flashes red when plugged into my desktop and the cursor starts to glitch. I’ve had this mouse for around 4 years and never had this problem before. I am also on razer synapse 4 and have repaired all the apps countless times.I’ve uninstalled Valorant and its anti-cheat. I’m not sure if it is fully uninstalled.I also can’t run the firmware update for my basilisk model. Is someone able to help fix this problem?

Reload the page and try again.".I'm Brazilian, I've changed browsers, put private mode, tried also on my cell phone and nothing worked.

My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro constantly and randomly disconnects for a couple seconds and then reconnects. Mouse movement stop completely then I can hear an audible click from the mouse and its reconnected. Everything is up to date. I’ve attempted to turn off all razer apps from the system tray and still same results.I’ve read people cutting the the free wheel ribbon cable but that can’t possibly be the only solution. I’ve also heard of people saying the dongle is a failure point. Any suggestions on how to narrow down where the problem actually is and resolve this once and for all? 

I have switched from a Razer Kraken V3 to BlackShark V3 Pro (PS), and have noticed a significant volume decrease at the same volume level on PC.The issue seems to mitigate while wired, but on wireless usage it’s really really low.I do not know if they are malfunctioning, but at least I cannot find a reasonable explanation for why this would be desired.No options in Razer Synapse seems to modify it.

Recently i bought a mouse razer basilisk ultimate and i've been using it and everything was okay, but now i can't use it cause it says thats its turned off in razer synapse and it's not reactibg at all. I've tried to reinstall drivers, synapse, connected dongle to pc and then to dock station andnothing seems to help. What should I do to fix it

Good evening:I have a Razer Naga Trinity mouse that I bought in 2020.I always play MMORPGs. I recently started playing Ashes of Creation (which was eventually canceled), and I started playing World of Warcraft again today.In Ashes of Creation, I started experiencing an issue where, when I pressed the right mouse button, the cursor on the screen wouldn't disappear (which is what it was supposed to do) or it would flicker, preventing me from rotating the camera correctly. It was supposed to disappear from the screen immediately upon pressing the button. I initially thought it was a game issue, but the same thing is happening in World of Warcraft, so it's definitely a problem with the mouse, not the games themselves. It's not a physical defect in the button itself, as it works perfectly in Windows; it only happens in games, specifically these two. I suspect it's a software issue, as this particular mouse is no longer being updated. I've noticed this since switching from Synapse 3 to Synap

I’ve had my Viper v3 pro since may 2025. I really like the mouse and how light it is.Recently while playing it went from 85% charge to 0% or 2%. It can’t seem to make up it’s mind, but either way it won’t turn on while being used in wireless mode. I’ve updated to the latest drivers, did a factory reset in Synapse, I’ve tried using the mouse on a different computer, I’ve tried plugging it into a wall charger, I’ve tried using different cables even though I always use the one that came with the mouse. Nothing is working.Another weird issue is that I’ve tried holding the DPI button until the light turns white at about 15 second, but my mouse seems unable to do that unlike in videos that I’ve seen.

Hi Normally i was not using Razer Products because it was expensive in my country last year i bought a Razer Cobra mouse i feel the difference definelty its deserving that money but the problem is the first Razer Cobra’s Scroll wheel was like jumping up and down like crayz and i was not able to use that mouse like that and 1 year already passed so i just ordered new one on this year at 16.07.2024 on Amazon there was no problem at the begining but last 2 days i have same problem like the first Razer Cobra mouse its annoying and and it should be have the warranty i dont know how the system is working but i want to change this one with new one.

Every time I start my computer my Razer Kraken Ultimate’s microphone doesn’t work,along with the physical “button” not doing anything even tough the red outline(OFF) disappears.To sort of “fix It” I have to open Synapse 4,go to the Headset’s settings-mic and switch the microphone manually from there,but even then sometimes It just does not work.I’ve been stuck with this problem for at least 5 to 6 months with no solution found.I would appreciate some help regarding this problem.Thank you in advance.

I’ve just replaced the gas cylinder for the second time (which is fine and expected with most gas cylinder chairs). Whilst it has helped, it’s not solved the issues I'm having.I think the problem is a combination of poor product design and use over time. I think that given the lumber support isn’t adjustable, I’m not sitting as far back in the chair as I should be which will put more strain on the front of the cushion base. Hi all,I have a Kiyo Pro camera, Razer pushed a firmware update to it and now it has a flicker at the bottom right side of the video.   How can I undo the firmware update, or is there another solution to stop the flicker?

I recently buy Black Shark v2 x, and the mic is capturing all my PC system sounds (even when the mic is muted from the button). It's recording everything (e.g., sound from YouTube), whether it may be on Discord or another application or any other device.

Razer 14, 2022, enters preparing automatic recovery. Even if I press F1 to enter the BIOS the laptop will automatically restart and re-enter the preparing automatic recovery loop. I have fully disconnected the batrery, and am using only AC cord to power on. Even if I unplug the AC power and door hold down the power button for 10 to 20 seconds or 30 to 40 seconds and try to restart the process the laptop will continuously cycle the preparing automatic recovery. The laptop does not stay on long enough to go through any of the F1 through f12, or delete keys. 

I recently bought a Razer Naga Hyperspeed, having several issues wit Synapse, contacted support several times and Ive heard NOTHING back, its been more than 3 weeks  ! Why have “Customer Support” if you just ignore the customers ! I should have listened to people when they told me “anything but Razer” !
