This Christmas I got some new pc parts and while upgrading my pc, I forgot to remove the usb for my Kraken v3 hypersense pro that was connected to my pc.I ended up laying my pc down right on top of it, breaking it.Will any new usb work? Where do I get a new usb? How do I connect a new usb to my headset?If anyone can help it would mean a lot, please and thank you.

I am using Synapse 4. The Keyboard cannot properly store any profiles locally. Every time when I restart the PC, profiles might not work or snap tap might be disabled. Then I need to open Synapse and press on using Synapse over the keyboards settings. When I select to use the keyboard settings and look at the profiles, it seems very suspicious that always the ISO DE specific keys never store the changed actuation points and possibly this could result in the entire profile not syncing? Other weird things are that the keyboard always stays on 99.27% storage space and this never changes. And a lot of times the syncing of profiles is stuck at 20% in Synapse. Is there anything I can do to have the keyboard remember the local storage and sync properly with Synapse?

I got a new Cobra Pro last night and set it up, and I’ve found that it does charge when placed onto the Mouse Dock Pro (though it takes a bit for Synapse to update it does at least charge and starts doing the breathing lights). The breathing lights keep cycling between standard lighting and the breathing, which I’m not sure if it’s meant to be doing or not. Either way, it continues doing the breathing yellow lights after the PC is put to sleep or turned off, so it seemingly still has power, but after the mouse goes to sleep it appears as though it just stops charging. I’m not sure how to fix it. It’s frustrating because my mouse charges partially, about 10-20%, then stops.

Hellomeine Maus spinnt seit gestern rum.sie hat aussetzter wo sie nicht mehr funktioniert und auch die auf der unter Seite liegende BT Funktion, geht garnicht mehr und blinkt blau.im 2,4 Modus funktioniert sie nur bedingt. Kann sie kurz bewegen dann geht sie nicht mehr. I have a problem and I contacted you, but you haven't resolved it. The problem is that I want to make a purchase using my Razer account, but it's asking for 2FA. When I request the code, it doesn't arrive in my Gmail. I've tried repeatedly, but no message has been received. I've tried to find another way to authenticate, but there's no option other than Gmail and contacting support. Please authenticate my account because I want to purchase games.

I plug in the mic, it works and then synapse needs to be downloaded. I do that,  did all the light settings and made mic fun and now it doesn't pick up voice. My computer reads it as a mic and sees its existence but no audio. I have uninstalled synapse about 9 times, reinstalled and restarted drivers about same amount, restarted my computer same amount. I have been googling and trying everything that has been said. I finally try it on someone's computer and it works like a dream. Try it on mine again, doesn't work. Nothing makes sense. My computer is Nitro 5 AN515-57 and should run this. The permissions are granted, the computer sees the mic but it doesn't actually work audio wise., It lights up and is super pretty but no audio is picked up. When I do a mic test online, it says it cant because a program is using or blocking it, but i cant find anything happening. Do same test on other computer, works like a dream. There is something the microphone doesn't like about my computer. 

i’m looking to buy the Kraken V4 and I was wondering if it’s compatible with ps5 since there’s no playstation version of it like there is with the V3 lineup, I’ve watched a review video of its compatibility with ps5 but the reviewer mentioned that spatial audio is not something that’s going to be enabled if you’re connected to ps5, is this true? if so, can it be programmed through a pc to enable the spatial audio then be used on ps5 with the spatial audio? thanks!

I bought a Razer Deathadder V2 mouse back in 2021. I noticed the grips were wearing out and now there are indents where my fingers hold the mouse. The indent from my thumb is so bad, I can see the plastic the grip adheres to. How can I go about replacing my grips? The limited warranty says they don't cover this, and i've had the mouse for so long it's not even under warranty. Are they really expecting me to replace a $150 mouse just because the grips are worn out? I've looked online for 3rd party grips, but from what I've seen these are all grips you adhere over top the OEM grip.

My New Keyboard Will Allow Me To Attempt To Connect My Keyboard Through Bluetooth But Ultimately Fails. When FN + ALT + Any Profile Number Is Pressed It Will Flash The Number Blue Twice And Then Stop Flashing Immediately. This Means It’s Not Able To Pair To My Laptop.

Hello, I have the BlackShark V2 Headset and love the headset. However my cat recently chewed the mic and it has started making a horrible buzzing sound when I speak. I’ve looked on the razer website and cannot find an official replacement mic from Razer. I’ve seen off brand ones on amazon but am afraid of a quality difference. Is there anyone that can help? Hi Purchased Blackshark V2 X from an authorized reseller. Tried to activate the 7.1 Surround. However, product already registered upon keying in all details. Reseller unable to provide the code. What do I do?
