I purchased a 300 razer gold ecardPlus 21.58 activation fee. I sent it to  friend as a gift. When he  went To redeem it ,it was already redeemed. I contacted gcsupplysWhich i bought it from they referred me to you. They wont refund my money or give me another ecard. I am senior citizen on a fixed budget. Can you help me .

so i’m having a problem where my headset is not showing up as an output for audio but its showing up and working just fine as a mic. the only thing i know that was changed is that it got connected to my sisters phone at some point. i have the barracuda x mercury edition and ive tried factory reset and pairing utility.

After trying to use the support system for a week I keep receiving the same error saying it's unavailable and after looking for other ways to contact razer support in the UK it keeps leading me back to the same issue I had originally 

Whenever I put my computer to sleep or shut it down, when I return, my mic is no longer working. I check in Razer Synapse, and see that the mic has been switched off. I switch it back on, do my thing, then shut down the pc, and when I return the next time, it’s once again switched off. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse, but it hasn’t worked. Does anybody know the solution?

My Razor Kiyo Pro has suddenly stopped connecting to my computer. It has worked perfectly up to now on the same computer and port/cable.  My PC is an Alienware Aurora R13.I’ve tried 3 different USB ports and cables, and a laptop too. It doesn’t work on any of them.    P/No RZ19-03640100.When I plug it in, Windows 11 pops up a notification saying “Power Surge on the USB port. Unknown USB device needs more power than the USB port can supply.”A window also pops up, below. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?Thanks  in anticipation!

Hi I have a RAZER BLADE 14 2023 - P/N RZ09-0482XWM3-R3W1.I was using it the other day when the screen just went black.  The screen just seems to have died??I have tried turning it off and on and nothing. The laptop turns on and the key illuminate but nothing on the screen.. power light is green and is slowly blinking.I have connected to an external monitor and that works so Laptop seems to be working just the inbuilt screen is black.Could someone please help or have any ideas.Thank you in advance

My Razer Blade Pro 17 keeps overheating the AC adapter until it no longer works. I am now on my third one, the AC adapter itself gets ridiculously hot. I’ve tried keeping it in open air and with a fan to let it stay cool but eventually it gets to a point that it will not charge, the light on the adapter just blinks and then turns off.

I purchased both a Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse and Razer Huntsman V3 Pro keyboard on Amazon. Both were eligible for an in game Battlefield 6 soldier skin. Amazon only sent me a single code and it was invalid. I reached out to support and spent over two hours talking to 4 different support reps. They were unable to reissue another code to me and offered a small store credit for compensation. I still want this promotion skin if possible. Has anyone else experience this issue? If any Razer employees are monitoring these posts can you help me? I can provide all relevant info.Thanks for everyone's help in advance.

I ordered a Razer Blade 18 and it said it came with an Intel Holiday Bundle (including Battlefield 6) and the BF 6 override skin. I have not received the codes yet and they were not in the box the laptop came in.

If I buy the death adder v4 green edition do I automatically get the mat that comes with? It doesn’t show in cart.

Just bought my first pair of Razer headphones, they are the Kraken Kitty V2 BT, they connect with no problem to my PC and to my phone (didn’t run into any problems with the mobile app). Installed Razer Synapse and Chroma, and the device showed up, unfortunately, when the headphones disconnected because I moved far away from the computer, the device disappeared from the app. I reinstalled it and the device showed up again, but disappeared after they disconnected from the PC.I don’t want to keep reinstalling the app everytime I open my computer, is there any way to fix it?PS: They are connected to the computer, and the sound works just fine, even spatial audio (which i cannot use as it also makes it so the device stops showing up in other apps).

Hello I purchased a razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 black edition about a year ago and it was working fine, recently I have been having charging issues , I have tired different USB Ports , tried charging with my pc , different cables but none of them make the blackshark v2 pro charge ( even though I see a solid red light ) I also noticed I can use it while charging it as in having a USB type c  cable plugged in and then turning it on.I have tried to submit a support ticket but i can’t find my serial number since I removed my sticker and synapse 4 is showing my headphone as alwasy powerd off so I can’t get my support code form there either. I am at a loss and need help, any replies are very much appreciated
