so my fn keys use to work but now they randomly don't work and i found out by having to press f3 in a game and tried it in other games and sure enough it don't work I've looked at a bunch of stuff tried to update the drives don't work hold fn and spam esc don't work i just wish this can be fixed 

My webcam Razer Kiyo stopped working. I had it plugged in my computer, one day the ring light started flashing and I disconnected it because I wasn’t using it at the moment and didn’t pay much attention to it. I was playing a game that uses the camera for headtracking, and during that time, although the camera was connected and working, I wasn’t using it because I didn’t need the headtracking at that moment. So I disconnected it.I have been trying to use it and now it doesn’t work properly, whenever I try to start using it, it makes a flash and stops working. I was on former version of Synapse 3, with older firmware for the camera. I updated the camera firmware and I still had the same issue. I updated to Synapse 4 and same problem. I tried different USB ports but it still had the same problem.On the synapse app I see that the system recognises the camera, but when I click on the camera to enter camera preview and settings it closes quickly, like if it disconnects or stops being recogn

I’m a huge fan of Razer keyboards and a proud user from Korea.I truly enjoy your products — especially the Tartarus series — but I’d like to share one idea for future development.As shown in the attached image, I’m suggesting a left-hand-only, half-sized keyboard — basically the left half of a standard Razer full-size keyboard (from the ESC key to around the number 5, including the WASD area).This kind of keyboard would be perfect for users who already have a full-size keyboard but want a compact device for macros, skill keys, or quick actions using only the left hand.It would save desk space and be extremely useful for gamers (FPS / MMORPG) or streamers who need fast and comfortable access to frequently used keys.Unlike the Tartarus layout, this model would retain the familiar key arrangement of a regular keyboard, making it intuitive for most users.Thank you for always creating such amazing products!I hope this idea reaches your design team — I believe many gamers would really apprec

Volume knob not working on my Blackshark 2 pro that I just got yesterday. I am only able to adjust volume via computer volume control or vide volume control. I cant contact support when give the option to chat I enter my info but does not go thru the chat window has been showing disconnected. I tried all last night and same thing this evening. Any one let me know how I can contact support. Amazon will not let me return it without paying shipping

I’ve noticed this recently but whenever my Synapse is on/running in the background, my bluetooth will go on and off. I figured Synapse was the culprit when I was troubleshooting (aka turning off background apps in the Task Manager one by one and waiting for which one turns my bluetooth back on) Anyone else having issues?

My mouse keeps disconnecting every few seconds, and the lights keep blinking. Any idea how to fix this? It also keeps showing as connected and disconnected on Razer Synapse. I have several Razer peripherals, but the issue only happens with my Razer Viper Ultimate.

So recently i noticed my viper v3 pro, which i connect via the hyperpolling wireless dongle, started skipping sometimes doesnt even register any movement, it happens when my mouse is idle and turns off then i move it so it turns back on it just starts skipping and especially in a certain area in the mouse pad, the fix for me is restarting the mouse and it just works even on the same part of the mousepad. my firmware for both the mouse and the dongle are updated, i tried on a different pc same issue. i reinstalled the viper v3 pro drivers, the sensor is clean. everything seems fine but for some reason it started  happening, its a simple fix but i wanna know why in the first place its happening. im using 1000hz 800dpi. Also using it wired works fine so it doesnt seem like a sensor issue, i did try also closing razer synapse when the issue happens but it doesnt fix it. It seems like a connection issue when the mouse idles and turns off then turns back on, and my receiver doesnt have anyth

I was moving around my setup a few days ago and thought id unplugged every cable. Turns out I didn't unplug the thin needle cable from my subwoofer for my Leviathan v2 pro to the sound bar and accidently tripped over it and bent the end of the cable (thin needle part) now my subwoofer just blasts bass every time its on constantly. Is there any way i can get sent / buy a replacement cable from razor or even amazon or something please let me know thank you as im unable to use my subwoofer from now on.thank you, Danny.

Hi, As per other threads that were closed with “contact me over DM” I also have this issue. It has been ongoing for months and I just ignored it and switched settings to other options in games. But this is getting more and more difficult. Seems more and more games don’t allow a switch from that setting as potentially they view this as basic mouse functionality… which for my Razer mouse it’s missing.  I hear the mechanical click, the scroll works fine. If Synapse would start I would confirm if in Macro tab I could notice it as activating when clicking there. But it just doesn’t work in games. If I remember correctly, they way I workaround this last time was by setting a different mouse button to do the scroll click from Synapse. Again, I’d like to fix this somehow, rather than workaround it.  Thanks!

Hi everyone, I’m having a problem with my Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed headset. The headset blinks blue in pairing mode, and the Razer Hyperspeed dongle is recognized by my PC, but they won’t connect to each other. I’ve already tried the following: Tested different USB ports on my PC (directly on the motherboard, no hub) Restarted the headset multiple times Activated pairing mode several times Restarted my PCHas anyone experienced the same issue or have tips on how to get the headset and dongle to connect?

So, I bought the Kraken V3 X headphones either earlier this year or late last year, and had no idea that you had to go download and register everything just to use the surround sound. Today, as I’m finally trying to download the surround sound feature, I find that i cant because I no longer have the receipt needed to get the activation code. I might be able to go to the store where I believe I bought them at but its a long drive and an unnecessary trip when I have the serial number and bought them brand new.I’m just hoping to get the activation code I need without needlessly wasting time and gas.

Like the titel says. I use the Razer Naga Lefthanded Version and i use the Razer Synapse App to switch the left and the right mousebutton. When i start Fortnite it somehow overrides it or “disables” it and i cant use my mouse like i normally would. I tried everything that came to mind. Reinstalling all Razer softwares, reinstalling fortnite, starting everything as admin, creating new profiles in the app but NOTHING works. I hope someone has the same problem and found a solution and can help me. Edit: I tried it with both app variants aswell synapse 3 + 4 Greetings to you.

I’m posting here to bring a potential firmware issue to Razer.My Basilisk v3 wired mouse has been acting strange. I found that when briefly activating the optical sensor by either tapping it on a surface or waving my finger over it, it scrolls up or down.To be clear, I updated the firmware, made sure the drivers were up to date, and did a Wireshark USBCap to confirm that it wasn’t a physical issue. Through Wireshark, I found that rapidly triggering the sensor sent URB packets through the USB with the same HID data, but different IRP IDs. This tells me that the firmware on the mouse decides to send the same data to the driver when rapidly engaging and disengaging the sensor as it does when using the scroll wheel.I can’t find any solution online, but I have seen a few other people mention the same issue, and I’ve considered creating a custom driver that filters the issue out, but I really don’t want to do that and I don’t know how yet. ive got new pc  and  my razer hunsman mini keyboard doing this. It's particularly bothersome in games, when there's those already annoying quick time events, and it requires you to spam a particular key very quickly, be it spacebar, e, or what have you. My keyboard seems to arbitrarily limit the amount of key presses it registers, so if I mash a key too quickly, it stops registering it for a time, resulting in death/bad consequences.Is there any solution to this out there? i tryd evry solution nothing works like disable filter keys and sticky keys i try change usb port nothing changes even reset my keyboard ESC + CAPS + SPAC no fix at all pls help me any solution  ??? 

I have multiple Synapse 4 profiles for my Tartus Pro set to various applications. About two months ago all of these profiles stopped working. Regardless of the software it only uses the default keys for the Tartus Pro and not any of the key binds set up in the synapse 4. No pending Windows updatesNo pending Razer updatesI’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 4I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Tartus ProNo improvement Exported key bind profiles, Reset, and re-imported key bind profilesReset, re-created key bind profilesNo Improvement Razer Chroma correctly changes the colors of the Tartus Pro, however they key binds have not worked in any situation. Repeatedly searched the internet for possible fixes, none suggested online have worked, many are obviously outdated. Giving up trying to fix this myself and coming here for expert advice on things that can be done to fix this and get my device to work again.

I installed the new Synapse beta since all my Razer devices were listed in the supported devices (including Raptor). Both DP and USB-C cables are connected to my PC. Somehow Raptor is not being detected by Synapse although anything that I connect through its USB ports seems to be functioning properly. Another strange behavior is, when I play Diablo 4, Raptor’s lights also turn to red just like the rest of the Razer devices, although it is not shown in Synapse. Thanks in advance for any kind of support. PS: Latest firmware is already installed and I’m using Windows 11, which is also up-to-date.
