Good evening, recently ive been playing battlefield 6 quite a bit. anytime i close the game to watch youtube or simply another game my mouse will lag on my home screen, in game my mouse works fine. unsure of what to do, ive updated the drivers and such but my mouse still lags pretty hard, Mouse is a Razer Viper V3 Pro, any help is appreciated. 

Pls held did not have 7.1 activation code  

My Razer basilisk v3 stopped working without using it, it's a shame a brand new product not working i still don't believe it such a good brand it's new new and doest work after the firmware update it's blinking forever. I lost money in this new mouse

I just intalled the surround sound program and I activated it. It worked perfectly fine for the first time. Then i turned on my pc a few hours later and my audio was stuck at the same volume even if it completely muted. I was able to change the audio if i go back into my old speakers and then go back but that takes a long time. Does anyone know if this is a bug or just a glitch for me?

Hi everyone,I'm looking for some help with my Razer Freyja haptic cushion, which has suddenly stopped working.Here's what happened:The mat was working perfectly fine. About a month ago, I needed to pack it away, so I unplugged it from the wall and stored it safely in its original box.Today, I unpacked it, plugged the AC power adapter back in, and now it seems to be dead.These are the symptoms:1. The power button on the mat itself does nothing. It won't turn on, and no LEDs light up.2. The moment I plug the AC adapter into the mat, it briefly appears in Razer Synapse for about 2-3 seconds.3. After those few seconds, it disappears from Synapse, which then shows it as "disconnected" or "offline."I've already tried:• Plugging the power adapter into a different wall socket.• Making sure the power cable is seated firmly in the mat and in the power brick.• Restarting my PC and replugging the HyperSpeed USB dongle (though this seems irrelevant if the mat itself won't power on).It seems like it

I’ve seen some people have this problem aswell. When the device is plugged in it lights up then boom absolutely nothing. I don’t even know how it happened or why it happened but I can’t seem to find a solution somewhere nor know how to reach support. Can somebody help?

Hello, The left-click on my Farmin is disabled. Even after uninstalling the device from Device Manager, I’m still having the same problem. 

I tried to forcefully software update my razer edge android from android 12 that is on, through the developer options in settings. However i’m now stuck in fastboot mode device state locked. I’ve tried recovery mode and it doesn’t work doesn’t even go on it. I’ve tried holding down the power and volume buttons to try factory reset and nothing happens. Please help what should i do in stuck.

For some reason, my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense has had issues with Razer Synapse 4, with the software defaulting to THX Stereo instead of THX Spatial Audio upon software reboot. It also randomly disables the Haptic Intensity settings for whatever reason. I’ve tried everything from a fresh install to reinstalling my drivers and repairing corrupted files, but nothing worked, so I eventually threw in the towel and reverted to Synapse 3, which so far has had no issues. I’d like the Razer team to investigate this as it seems not everything with the new Synapse is fully backwards compatible.

Hello.I understand that Synapse 2 is going to be discontinued and will not receive further updates. Currently i am using a Tartarus v1. What’s the solution to keep the macros working?  While I understand the need to discontinue the software I can’t see why the last version of the software will not be able to be used from now on. I don’t need the updates, i just need my hardware device to function in the way it was projected to do so. @ Razer support what’s your solution for this?Cheers!Radu

Hi, I’ve had this headset for awhile now and seen multiple people have this issue but no one has been able to figure out a resolution. My headset will need charging and will give me the ‘low battery’ notification. I then charge it fully, as shown by my PC, Razer Synapse and the Razer app on my phone. Yet it will keep giving me the ‘low battery’ notification around every 5-10 mins. It’s incredibly annoying knowing it’s fully charged yet basically can’t use it because my audio is being interrupted constantly by a notification that shouldn’t even be there. I’ve tried multiple things such as factory resets, physically and through razer synapse but I have no custom settings so it’s not a problem, and while the factory resets solved the issue maybe the 1st or 2nd time, it hasn’t worked since. The only thing that stops it is turning my headset off for DAYS and then it’ll stop, which is inconvenient.  Has anyone got any advice or things they do when their headset does this? Hello Razer Support Team,I’m writing about my Razer Pro Type keyboard. I’ve run into two issues and would appreciate your guidance: Lost 2.4GHz USB Receiver I misplaced the USB dongle and can currently use only Bluetooth. Can I purchase a replacement HyperSpeed/2.4GHz USB receiver for the Pro Type? If yes, what is the process and cost in the Philippines, and how do I pair the new receiver with my keyboard? “D” Key Misbehaving The D key intermittently double-types or fails to register. I already checked Razer Synapse (remapping/macros are off) and tried the steps below, but the issue persists: Reinstalled/updated Razer Synapse Reset settings to default (no macros, Gaming Mode off) Tried the keyboard on another PC/device and different USB ports Cleaned the key/switch area and reseated the keycap Tested over Bluetooth (same behavior) Could you advise on next steps to isolate whether this is a software/firmware issue or a hardware switch issue? It force installed the new version of synapse restarted my pc, now my nommo V2 don’t have any sound with synapse thx or stereo -Force restarted the speaker by unplugging for 3m-Reinstalled synapse-Only having sound when synapse is uninstalled or I turn off the window audio enhancement wich is désactivating synapse thx -tried beta of synapse wich is also not working

Hello, after updates Windows 11 and Razer Synapse 4 on October 15th-16th, THX Spatial Audio stopped working. At first, the sound would just randomly change volume, but after reinstalling all the drivers and programs, including Realtek drivers, it stopped responding to the equalizer in Synapse 4 altogether. After reinstalling several more drivers, the problem returned to its original state: the volume would change randomly with a distinctive clicking sound, as if you were plugging a cable into the audio jack and hearing crackling and popping sounds. However, after disabling the audio enhancement feature in Windows settings, the volume stabilized completely and the clicking disappeared, but I lost the THX feature. Upon further investigation, I noticed that in the Windows Device Manager, under the "Sound Processing Objects" tab, in the THX Spatial Audio Effects Component properties, under the "Events" tab, the following is stated: "Device SWD\DRIVERENUM\THXAPOComponent... requires further

I am not sure if the key is either dead or just unresponsive. I’ve had this Razer Huntsman Mini Keyboard for a while, and yes, the “b” button is the only one that doesn't work. The way I am typing it out is by copying and pasting it. I play games and have my execution button set as “b” I tried factorying or whatever it's called, resetting the keyboard no use. I need help with this problem. Unless it’s a dead key, what keyboard should I get so I can swap the Keyboard switches over to the other keyboard? 

Hello,I have a Razer Blade 16 2024, recently the Q key on my keyboard is not lighting up correctly. It seems to be that the Green color does not work only on the Q key. What can I do to fix this issue?

I have had this headset for less than a year. I use it on my xbox and for some reason it keeps disconnecting or shutting off, but when it does work my friends say it sounds like im underwater. Please help
