Ok so i just bought a razer kraken v4…I come from a razer nari ultimate.Now the weird part is… when i open up razer synaps i have a bar with a slider on it to choose game/chat balance…but when i click the side "more chat" the cursor jump to the "more game" side at the exact increasement i clicked in more chat… even weirder is when i use the kraken v4 game/chat button on the headset,  when i then start to turn the volume wheel the slider in synaps moves the other way again… and when i hit maximum my headset says “maximum chat” yet the slider in synaps is at maximum game.And ofcourse everything is vice versa aswell(when i click game it moves to chat etc...)it's like its upside down or mirrord or something… this must be a major fault in synaps programming or something.can i get more info in this ? cause im starting to doubt why im staying in the razer brand cause everything seems to have issues these days.kind regard Benny

when im playing games the charge goes not charging charging repetitively and eventually loses battery life and affects performance only fox is to uninstall the battery drivers and restart my laptop but just does the same thing again whats the fix for this?

So, my viper was working perfectly fine 4 months ago before I moved. I took my laptop out to use on the airplane and that's when I realized my mouse suddenly is not working wirelessly anymore. I am only able to use it wired. I have tried searching far and wide these past 4 months for a solution but I have not been able to figure anything out. My only hope of getting it to work wirelessly again is to attempt a firmware update...HOWEVER anytime I press update, it goes to 40% and then stops and just shows me the “an update is required” message. The damn mouse will NOT update.I don't know why!! there are no answers on the internet either. I did what was recommended and uninstalled all razer related applications, redownloading them, restarting my PC , attempting to reset the mouse...NOTHING worksI’m not very knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot things like this so I have no clue what else I could do...I haven’t even had this $140 WIRELESS mouse for very long and its not wirelessing anymore…

I have several razer mice: basilisk v3 pro and basilisk v3 pro 35K. 35K bought few days ago after my basilisk v3 pro started glitching ( randomly cursor lagging turning off and on with no reason). But unfortunately with 35K same problem. It is going like cursor laggs then it turns off for 1 second loses chroma settings and then after "click" sound it turns On. This kind a problem only on radio mode 2.4 Ghz in wired mode all is working fine. The problem started about 2 weeks ago. Plz help. I dont know what to do... //// synapse 4, windows 11

I received account activation emails but not the one for the 7.1 surround activation code. When I request a new code it says it sent to my email address but nothing comes through. I checked the spam folder and everything. 

I’ve used the Basilisk V3 Pro successfully with my Macbook for a few weeks now, with no issues whatsoever via Bluetooth. However, now it was disconnected for a few days and suddenly the mouse can’t be found anymore – despite being in pairing mode. Logo blinking blue, but it simply does not show up in the Bluetooth device search. Connecting it via cable works, so it seems to be an issue with the Bluetooth connecting of the mouse itself. Anyone having any tips or how to solve this?

Every time when I turn on my  headphones, the sound is very quiet, but when I change the EQ everything is fine. The same problem occurs when switching to bluetooth mode by double pressing the EQ button. The firmware is updated to the latest version, I did it several times. I also reinstalled Razer Synapse several times, but the problem remained. What should I do?

Last night my speakers worked perfectly. This evening on trying to turn them on they do not turn on at all unfortunately. I followed advice around power cycling, unplugging for 3-4 minutes and also trying different USB ports / power sockets. The confusing and hopefully good thing is if I put on my head phones while holding the power button on the right speaker, I can briefly hear windows register that a new device has been connected at the same time the speakers light up (after holding the power button for a while) but then they disconnect instantly and on letting the power button go the blue light above the volume button flashes for a while, the speakers cycle lights for a while, then they just turn off. Any ideas? The speakers are only 15 months old and have not been heavily used.

So I’ve been using this mouse for the last 2-3 years now and I’ve noticed that on the 12 button side panel my 4 key is having problems.Sometimes I will notice that when pressing it there is some kind of dead spot where when fully pressed the key will just not respond, but if moved slightly in one direction or another the press will register. So I came to the support page on a similar problem where it tells you to clean the contacts with isopropyl alcohol, I did this and still the problem persists. I’m assuming that there is some problem with the button itself be it the contact or the switch itself.I see on the website that you cannot buy replacements straight from Razer and I feel like buying a used side panel is counter productive since it might also have the same problem or will likely in the future. Hello, I’m facing an issue that I just can’t figure out. My Razer device, which has Windows 10 Pro installed, starts having problems after some time. The Windows activation in Settings freezes, and after a while, it crashes out of Settings entirely.What’s worse is that this happens immediately after installing Razer Synapse. I thought it might be an issue with updating to Synapse 4, but even with version 3, the problem persists. I’ve checked both the SSD and RAM, and both are fine.The Windows installation itself is official, downloaded directly from Microsoft and made bootable. Even using DISM gets stuck at 62.3%, and SFC always reports missing system files.All of this started only after installing Razer Synapse; before that, my system had no problems at all. I’d really appreciate any help, as this has been driving me crazy for a month now. I can’t play any games or run programs without worrying about this issue. 

It was working perfectly fine until my volume keys suddenly stop responding but the rest of the keyboard was still working. I tried uninstalling the driver, and did a driver clean reset. When that happened all of a sudden the keyboard no longer responds to any inputs that I press. It still lights up perfectly fine, when plugged in it registers that it is plugged just fine, I checked device manager and see that it is functioning properly it says. Every key I press is a ripple effect, I even tried hard reseting the keyboard it still does not work after doing so, I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse multiple times, deleted profiles, and folders, and other razer apps, even synapse 3 and 4 does not work. I don’t know why this is happening, I even tried it on another PC and it still does not register any inputs, just lights up with ripple effects.

Gas cylinder has gone out of my ISKUR chair and I would like to replace it.  I have tried to contact support MANY times but can get no response.  I just want to buy the part so I can replace it. do I find and purchase it?  Thank you.  Bought it in 21 and at the time I first tried it was STILL in warranty; now it’s not.

I bought this headset from a trusted company, not repackaged or second hand, and when I try to register it, it says it has already been registered. I truly don’t understand why. I’m trying to get an email for the 7.1 surround sound, because it didn't come in the package.

I can’t connect to THX Audio. I bought Razer BlackShark V2 headphones, but there was no THX activation key in the box and no USB connector. Please help.

When will we receive an update for a product you are still selling for $19.99. There have been many games you have added that do not have profiles because the last update was September last year. Also we should receive the new 7.1.4 upgrade. 

Unfortunately, I cannot update my razer kiyo using the firmware update software (v2.3.2_r2).Once I open it I get the words, “To proceed with the update, please contact,” and the update button turns out not to be clickable.(On the bottom left it says the latest version is 2.3.2 but my device is still at 1.0.1)

Hello, I registered the headphones, I received the code, I put the code in the application and it doesn't work

I'm probably not the only one with this problem...The headset constantly turns off and resets when switching from different applications (Discord, games, browser, etc.). After a long search, I found out that I need to update the drivers of the headphones themselves, that is, the firmware. But I can't update these drivers in any way. I follow the instructions strictly, the dongle has been updated, everything is ok, but in the next step, when I need to connect the headset via USB to the computer, nothing happens. No matter what I do, the computer and the program do not recognize that I have connected the headset via USB (the headphones are just charging), and the next button in the update application does not light up, preventing further action accordingly. I have windows11pro with all the latest updates. I tried updating the driver on another computer with windows10pro, the same problem. I also use The New Razer Synapse, but this does not play a role here since synaps closes when updati
