Hello, I own a Razer Ripsaw HD (Serial Number: 541909L02200336).After a recent firmware update, the audio output became much quieter than before.Is it possible to roll back to an older firmware version to restore the previous output level?

I have a Razer Kraken X headset. I lost the original 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Unfortunately, I no longer have the purchase receipt or registration details, as this headset originally belonged to a close friend who passed away in May 2024.if anyone can help me get the activation code. I would be grateful 

doesn't show up on any of my devices as a device in the settings nor does it turn on or give off any sign of life whatsoever when plugged in. The last time it was at all active would be when it would turn on the ring light when the pc got turned on sometimes it would turn off for a bit and they turn back on. Eventually when I did try using it for OBS it was never picked up as a device I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it would show up in the settings as a device but the moment I tried using it for the camera app it would disappear again. I've already entered the product serial number but it says it is out of warrantee look I'm willing to fork over cash to have razer fix it but i see no options to get a hold of any technical member to ask for it am i just out of luck and they wont help me or tell me to buy a new one?

Hi, so one night I was updating things on my computer and got notification that the old Synapse will stop working. I dowloaded the newest version and after that things stared updating. I went to the kitchen (3 meters away) and the headphones made a wierd noise and then they turned off. Since that point computer does not recognise the dogle at all. Additionally I checked and tried to connect the headphones to the other devices via Bluetooth but I was unable to do it. I really like the headphones and I don’t want to give up on them and would like to use them without the cable. Is there any solution that I missed?

As it happens I am migrating to a new and better PC.Some weeks ago I noticed that “Gold With Your Friends” was unplayable as the mouse fires events left, right and center. Positioning works though. It sends something that is not a mouse click and tons of them relating to mouse movement.I thought this was an error in my old PC, but it is fully present on the new PC.I replaced the Deathadder with an old Targus mouse and the problem went away.So something in the combination of Deathadder V3, drivers and Golf With Your Friends does absolutely not work.Razor  Cortex is loaded, if this has any significance.

Heyy,recently moved to another country, and while moving I lost the USB dongle to the headset.  I don’t have a RazerCare protection plan, but am willing to pay (if reasonable) for a replacement USB dongle. My microphone stopped working. In the Windows indicator, the microphone level moves when I speak, but in all other applications and in recordings I can’t be heard

Hello here, big problem :) I have Windows 11 24H2 and the newest Chroma App and Synapse 4. When my Windows is starting the Chroma gives effect to USB devices (keyboard, mouse), but cant give the efect to the ARGB devices connected to the RGB RAZER Controller. When i open Chroma App manualy the everything is starting.. When i untick the “minimize after start on tray” option, the Chroma App is opened on the pulpit and everything is works. Can You help me please?

Hi everyone,I’m based in Portugal and bought a Razer Basilisk V3 through Amazon EU. The mouse is still under warranty, but the side buttons (4/5) stopped working.When I contacted Razer Support, I was shocked by the “solutions” they offered: Option 1: Cut the USB cable of my mouse (rendering it unusable) before they send a replacement. Option 2: Pay the full MSRP upfront as a “deposit” and wait for a refund after I return the defective unit. Neither of these conditions are mentioned anywhere in Razer’s official warranty policy (link). In fact, EU law (Directive 2019/771, implemented in Portugal by DL 84/2021) clearly states that consumers are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and without significant inconvenience. Requiring prepayment or destroying the device in advance is neither free nor convenient — it’s unlawful.To make matters worse: I received contradictory answers (first “cut cord,” then “deposit”), proving inconsistency. Hello,I’m having an issue with both Razer 7.1 Surround and Razer THX Spatial Audio. At first, only THX wouldn’t start, so I tried reinstalling everything. After several attempts, now neither 7.1 Surround nor THX will open at all.Both apps used to work fine before, but now I can’t get them to start no matter what I try. My osd is stuck on osd lock everytime I touch it

I loaded Synapse 4 and stopped after 30 minutes there are to many issues, I would rather play Diablo 4 instead of running down problems. I deleted Synapse 4 and to my knowledge I removed everything. I loaded Synapse 3 and retrieved my Synapse 3 profiles. Since this point Synapse 3 is not working correctly. The keybind to mount a horse will not work, I have changed the internal Diablo value to something different and changed the Tartarus to match Diablo and it doesn’t matter the command will not load or remove the mount, while the keyboard (Razer Blackwidow X Chroma) will work correctly. I have several other keybinds that work the same way and in each case the keyboard works correctly. I can move the keybind to another key on the Tartarus and it will not work. I have reloaded Synapse 3 several times removing everything and reloading with no effect. I reloaded Diablo 4, that didn’t improve anything. I created a new Diablo 4 profile changed the name used by the Tartarus and my Naga mouse

Just as title says. Have serial number, can take pics of dongle and headset. Headset works fine when connected via Bluetooth, but through dongle, the only app that can hear it is Synapse itself.

meadowlarkacres 9 minutes agoIve got a razer v3 rz030354. My cat walked on it and no matter what key I press all i get is a clicking noise. I'm using an online keyboard. Is there a fix?Thanks.
