Hi I play warzone and was trying to enable loudness eq but i cant find it and i think it is because my kraken comes up as speaker in the sound settings. Help :)

I bought a Wolverine v3 pro joystick but not from the official website! I want the Battlefied 6 skin! Could someone from support contact me? It seems unfair that it's not delivered to me. I bought one of your products and because of the difference of living in another country or another store, I'm being penalized. But I bought your product and I want my skin.

Recently bought the Blackshark V2 Pro wireless 2023 edition. It worked perfectly, but today when I want to use it again, my microphone does not pickup any sound. When I try to use it in Windows to test the microphone it only tells me it picked up like 5% of the voice, and all settings are maxed out and all enhancements turned off.Discord does not pickup any sound and online microphone test tools doesn’t pickup any sounds as well… Already installed the latest firmware from april 2024 and reinstalled Synapse. Still the same..

Hello everyone,I own a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) | RZ09-0409, and unfortunately, my screen has stopped working properly (see photo below). I've already checked all the cable connections to ensure that everything is properly connected, but the issue persists. When I connect the laptop to an external monitor, the display on the external monitor works perfectly, so I don't believe the graphics card is faulty.The internal monitor is a "Sharp LQ156T1JW03". Before resorting to buying a new monitor, I'd like to try replacing the internal LCD cable (the one connecting the motherboard to the monitor, red bordered).However, I'm not sure where I can find a replacement cable for this model. If anyone could provide guidance on where to purchase this specific cable or any advice on the replacement process, I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello, exactly a year ago, I bought and started using the Razer Barracuda X headset. I was using it with a Type-C dongle, and I was occasionally experiencing issues with it not connecting, but unplugging and plugging it back in fixed the problem. However, two days ago, I started my computer normally, but my computer detects the Type-C dongle but doesn't recognize it. The green light on the headset is on, but I can't use it. My USB ports also don't recognize the dongle. I've done everything I can to fix it, but it's not work it. Please help. My headset model is Razer Barracuda X RZ04-04430100, (Removed serial number).

I spilled water on the keyboard before. I cleaned the keys and the keyboard without opening it, but when I was putting the keys back on, the spacebar key was showing a different color light. The next day, the spacebar key started to press very slowly. It is working, but I don't know if this is a mod of the keyboard or if it is related to the liquid I spilled. Please help.

I have had my mouse for more than a year and it worked great as wired and wireless. For the last few weeks everytime i try to use my mouse wireless, there is a white light keep blinking every 15 mins or and it disconnects. With wired it still works tho. I tried:-different ports-reinstalling synapse-different usb ports, resetting usb hub from device managerNothing worked so far and it disconnects more and more frequently

I recently purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 X and when I went to register the product to get my surround sound activation code, it told me that my device was already registered. I did not register it. Please help

Hi,Iv got a Razer Kraken v3 Pro headset, i had it a few years and its obviously out of warrenty which is fair enough, My question is ever since day one in razer synapse under sound i always used THX SPATIAL AUDIO. Last week i noticed the audio quility had hit rock bottom and sounded horrible. No bass even with bass boost on. The mids sounded too low and the volume had dropped massively even turnt all the way up.  Synapse nows says “ requires razer synapse “ on the EQ on THX AUDIO.  done some digging and seems alot of people are having the same issue.  ANy advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks

Nothing is happening if I change any audio enhancements or EQ settings. If I crank the bass boost all the way up, the bass does not change. If I enable set sound normalization and set it all the way up, there is no increase in sound volume. If I change EQ settings, there is no effect. If I switch between THX and normal stereo, there is no change in the audio. I am using Synapse 4 and I have also tried the 4 beta, which has the same problem.

Hello guys, so my Razer hammerhead tws x right side is auto turn off while idle after a few seconds, but if i play music, it isn't turn off the right side automatically, while the right side is turned off because idle for a few seconds, the left side is normal, but it isn't going to pairing mode or something else, in my phone bluetooth it's disconnected. If i want to play music, i must turn on the right side by holding the Razer logo for a few seconds. In the Razer audio app, i set the wireless saver to 30 minutes.

I downloaded synapse 4 for the black shark headphones I bought and then it says it needs to restart my pc so it does and now my mouse and keyboard don’t work at all only in bios setting they work my mouse is a death adder v2 and the keyboard is a generic keyboard I can’t boot into safe mode because my keyboard and mouse don’t work it had bricked my pc since no bother things work I’ve tried a different wired mouse and it doesn’t work still 

i bought my headset and immidiately had issues. after hours of trouble shooting i was able to fix it and now it isn’t working properly again. the sound is choppy and the microphone doesn’t function randomly until i reset it a few times. this is unacceptable for somrething that costs close to 150.00$ 

Hi I lost my dongle for RZ04-0453. I found the product on Razer support page but the “chat” function is greyed out. I looked everywhere online and could not find a replacement for this specific headphones. just need to buy a replacement dongle for my headphones through official website. I am located in BC, Canada. Hey I have this swelling in my battery since the past few months and i am looking for a replacement battery for my razer blade 14 2021 (RTX 3060 variant)

I had a problem with the Razor Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed wireless Dongle not beeing recognized by my windows.The Dongle was shining with a dim blueish colour for about 1 second and nothing afterwards.Even after reinstalling and updating the Razor Synapse my Wireless Dongle would not be recognized by Windows.So I Installed the “Razor Headset Pairing Utility” from the following link of the Razor Support Site:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14723/Then I conected my Dongle with a USB-C → USB-C cable and went trough the steps of the Pairing Utility from above.Now my Dongle is recognized by Windows and the wireless function is available again and even works when i connect my Dongle with a USB → USB-C cable u get with the headset. Hope this can help some of you :)

I have a RZ01-0104 Razer Naga 2014. I have Synapse v 2.2. I saw the option for “Tournament Drivers” under my profile. I don’t know if that just activates something or is supposed to download drivers. When I click the option there is a loading circle then nothing happens. Can someone explain what should happen? Do I already have the drivers? Are they no longer available due to being discontinued? Or is it just not working?

This worked perfectly for me a very long time ago before 2020.However, I've now discovered this feature no longer functions. The previous version 2.21 redirected to a support webpage, and after logging in, it would redirect to my account page. I am looking to upgrade from my Viper Pro V2 to a DeathAdder V4 Pro. However, while the V4 has an incredibly fast dongle, since I do a lot of travelling, I am interested on using the mouse wirelessly with a small dongle like the Viper V2 has, something easy to carry that doesn’t need a usb cable to enable the dongle connection. Is it possible to use the razer pairing tool to map the Deathadder v4 to work with dongle of the Viper v2?Or is there a dongle that you sell which I can use for this purpose? I saw documentation for multi-dongle pairing, hyperspeed pairing, however they are somewhat ambiguous on this example. Basically, any small dongle compatibility for the DeathAdder V4 pro?
