Hello Razer Support, I accidentally bent the dongle of my Razer Kraken V3 Pro headset and after trying to reconnect it, it is no longer recognized. I would like to know if there is an official way to get a replacement.

I'm living in Türkiye/Turkey and I want to buy all ZZZ collab items but I dont know how can I buy. Are they shipping in Turkey or collab items will be come to Turkey in next times

Dear RazerI really like your products and I already have almost a complete set, starting with a mouse pad, mouse and keyboard and ending with a chair and before that I did not have any problems with the products.However, now I have a problem with the Razer Iskur V2 Fabrick chair. I received it and assembled it on May 16, 2024 and today, July 16, 2025, I had problems with it for the first time.When I sit on it and lean on the backrest, I feel how the left side goes more than it should and my back is curved, which is not good for health.If I make a greater inclination of the backrest, it is felt stronger and the left half generally comes off the back and it is impossible to lean on the backrest.I tried to disassemble the backrest and find the problem, but unfortunately I could not understand what the problem is.Could you suggest what else I can try to adjust the chair and continue to use it with pleasure?I will attach a photo of the details if possible.

 HELP NEEDEDWhere can I get a replacement H mechanism for the Iskur v1 (removed serial number). The up/down mechanism rod welding has broken and the chair will not move and is wobbling. It's out of warranty, I just need to know where I can get a replacement part. Regards Bill(removed phone number)

I have a Razor 15 Advanced (2021) RZ09X model. Recently I noticed the GPU temp skyrocketing when playing basic games like Minecraft or WOW. It would get so hot the fps would drop and black screen crash and eventually reboot. Many times also loosing the connection to an external monitor. I have it on a Razor laptop stand and keep the fans clean. I thought maybe there was some blockage and disconnect the cables and upon removing the laptop from the stand noticed considerable bulge/flexing of the casing from the underside. After some basic research found out about the battery bulging problem and assume i have that same issue. Looking to find a certified repair center since this is likely not covered by warranty. Hoping there isn't internal permanent damage done (besides the warped bottom casing).

My Razer Blade 14" (2021) battery has swollen.I think it is time for a replacement before it gets worse. Where can I find a replacement?

i was about to top up on steam game and it needed my phone number for 2FA when trying to send a code this error shows up, tried using my phone for it same issue idk what is the problem 

Unlike the previous DPI button, this button only works if you hold it down for at least one second, which is inconvenient. When I was using the Cobra, this button enabled push-to-talk, but with the Cobra Hyperspeed, I have to hold it down for at least one second. Is there a solution? I asked on mice and surface but didn't get a reply.

Same issue here with an Early 2021 Blade 15 Advanced QHD x0368. I contacted Support and they ask all this battery log information and laptop data but never suggest a proper fix. I also think they are clearly avoiding admitting to this issue. They should consider putting a team together and fixing these issues. Future buyers beware! All of the other cases noted above and in other threads have yet to be formally addressed by someone with authority at RAZER. @Razer Admin When will we receive a helpful response from the Razer organization? Many thousands spent by consumers here for bricked laptops. Thought we would find help from the manufacturer in this thread?..  Also the 100W USBC Charger is not a real fix when this laptop demands the 230w to function at its full potential.  If I wanted a basic laptop I would have spent less on something else. We need real results from your research team and we have needed it for years now…   Where’s the response? Where’s the fix? THIS IS STILL NOT SOLV

I placed an order but it's not showing up on my recent orders page. I would prefer calling but it's not working and I also tried to contact through email but since it's an order they would just give me a prompt to look at my recent orders page but uhhh... Slight issue it's not showing that I place an order.  

I bought brand new razer hammerhead wireless x from empik, but they’re not turning onI charged them using the razer cable and the box lights green but the buds inside are not turning on

So, my Deathadder V3 Wired suddenly stopped working after unplugging it and plugging again, there’s still the DPi light on but the Windows doesn’t recognize it anymore and I’ve tested the same USB port with my old Deathadder Elite Chroma and it works ok and it’s being recognize by the Windows… no idea what happened since the mouse is ok, the cable is ok and it was working fine.

I completely lost access to my account and I don't remember the details! I have a Razer Blackshark v2 and I started using the PC again. I have the number but I can't log in because it asks for the account and the code!!

I'm deal with constantly crashing.Ever since this issue I have updated everything. From bios drivers windows the works. This has started last month. I even reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch.  Which worked fine and we were back again from crashing ever 20 mins to an hour.  Now the crash goes into crash mode and immediately restarts with sending anything to the windows. I have noticed the it doesn't crash after I disabled the wifi. Tbh not sure how to fix this. 

Ear cushions on Kraken Ultimate got scratched recently :( I've had it since 2022.I found only one on Amazon that specifically says it fits Kraken Ultimate, but are there any other models that would also perfectly fit Kraken Ultimate?What other models can I search up? Trying to find something less than $20 from Amazon 😅

Hey Guys,I need your Help, because I cant find any answers on the internet for this:It happens in every match, cannot say exactly when, because thats one of the random factors, that my gun starts to shoot randomly and unwillingly. Sometimes it happens when im sprinting and put plates on, sometimes when I am aiming on an enemy. i play with mouse and keyboard and with a razer blade 16 4090 and i9 14900.Cortex and synapse are on the latest update.Maybe you got a hint?I didnt change any layout and even shutoff the aim assisst on the controller setting even if I dont have a controller connected to the laptop.Thanks in advance guys!

ok guys first of all tell you guys that i love your periferals , i have been using them for more than ten year , having de headset krakenn ,  the mouse razer naga trinity , wich im thinking to change to the wireless one , and the razer black widow v4. And the thing is is that i also have a mouse pad the Razer Vespula | RZ02-02180 , but in chile dont sell them anymore , and mine its already to worn out , so i would like to know if you guys have any idea or can help me in any way,
