Razer Blade 14 is bubbling and I’m out of warranty. Frankly this has been the case for a while I just was using this in one place with external mouse and keyboard so it wasn’t an issue / i didn’t really notice. Any suggestions what to do? Razer support simply tells me to come here and start a post given the warranty issue.

Hello everyone!I just got Blackshark V2 X. The headset is working fine, but my Windows 11 cannot detect the microphone. I have tried updating and reinstalling my Realtek drivers, but nothing helps. The microphone is not even displayed in the input devices. Since my laptop only has one jack port, I can’t use a splitter cable. I have tested the headset with the phone, and the microphone is working fine, but it seems my system cannot detect it. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you!

Every time I turn on my PC from a shutdown, the mouse disconnects and does not work until I unplug and reconnect it.I have already tried switching USB ports, but the issue remains the same.Could you please help me resolve this problem?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards.

I just got a blackwidow V4, nice keyboard nice key’s feels good. The only very annoying thing on the keyboard i cannot fix and need to be fixed isthat it seems to fall back to some color cycle pattern when  the synapse software is not running. It means when you turn the pc on instead of a nice visible readable static color you get all different colors what makes it hard to work with. How can i tell the keyboard to always use static color i have set until synapse or a program tells todo something else ? Means as soon synapse shutdown. the keyboard need to fallback to static color. Why is this not default ? Latest firmware is in, and i get the feeling that after that the problems started.

Honestly, really disappointed with this product. I hoped it would be an upgrade from the Razer wolverine v2 but it is a downgrade. I have already bought and replaced one within 2 days. So the controllers arent faulty. But for some reason when I plug the controller in after updating it using the firmware software the controller refuses to work. When I plug in my mic no audio comes through and when I try to switch to PC mode using the shortcut I hear static noise in my headset. To add to this Synapse 4 can no longer detect these controllers I have tried connecting both the one I returned and the new one. I have tried uninstalling and re installing synapse nothing works. Would honestly like to get this fixed and not feel like I wasted my money. 

Hello,Since the latest Razer Synapse update, I am being prompted to complete verification through World ID, which requires an Orb scan.However, there are currently no Orb scan locations in Canada, making this verification impossible to complete.This situation prevents me from fully using my Razer Naga Trinity mouse, particularly in resolving a compatibility issue with Fortnite (middle mouse button not being detected since the latest game update).I am requesting that you: Disable or bypass the World ID verification on my Razer account, Or provide me with an alternative method to verify my identity, So I can continue using my hardware as intended. I can't register my Razer Blackshark V2 X. It says it's already registered, but I can't figure out where. Because of this, I can't enable 7.1 surround sound.Serial number: HN2121D13401634

I just got my new Blackwidow v4 low-profile TKL orange key for a few weeks. I noticed everyday in one or two of my intense games, the keyboard suddenly not registered any AWSD key.This seems to only happen when I played the game (Overwatch with Lucio main) that requires me to constantly holding right mouse click + mouse scroll and AWSD key together for long time (+ lot of shift key).My mouse is also from Razer Deathadder v3 Pro. Not sure if there is collision between mouse and the keyboard since this only happened if I am holding right click + scroll on mouse for long time. And there was no issue before I switched to Blackwidow keyboard (and update the Synapse v4).My current workaround is to Alt+Tab out of the Overwatch game and came back then it recovers. But during a game, that probably means death.I am using Blackwidow v4 keyboard in wired mode. My mouse is wireless. Razer Synapse v4 has updated to the Sep 08, 2025. I have also turn on Snap Tab and Game Mode.Any possible solution?Th

Sometimes, when I'm just typing or playing games, inputs won't get registered or will be extremely delayed. But the most frustrating thing is that sometimes keys are still 'held' even though I let go of them seconds ago, and remain pressed until I press them again. I tried killing all Razer services running on my PC (Synapse, etc.), which solved the problem, but the keyboard was no longer usable because of the Razer software not running.

Hello,I bought the license for THX Spatial Audio but during update to synapse 4, i had to reinstall the software in free version and i don’t know where i must to enter the Key code.The software seems not to work (no sound in my headphone Blackshark V2 when i select THX spacial device). Please, help me. My blackshark hyperspeed headphones is not connecting to the dongle for my PS5, after connected via Bluetooth to another device. How can I fix that?

Microless is a legit site from what I've heard from countless individuals. Please assist me in this matter.

Hello! This problem started out of the blue this morning.My mouse wheel has started changing itself between tactical and free spin.I’m not pressing any buttons or holding it while it happens. It literally lays to my right and just clicks constantly like the switch just keeps going.I’ve already tried cleaning it and switching USB port but it keeps going. Is this the end of my mouse or is there anything else I can try?

Hello,I’m hoping to get some help with an issue I’m having with my Razer Viper Mini SE. It was working perfectly until today, but this morning I discovered the battery is stuck at 0% and will not charge. Here’s all the relevant information:What happens:When plugged in via USB-cable (wired mode), the mouse works normally and shows up in Razer Synapse.But wirelessly, it does not charge: battery remains at 0%, no increase no matter what I try.Once I disconnect the wired connection, the mouse powers off immediately.What I’ve already tried:Updated both the mouse and the wireless receiver to the latest firmware (v1.05).Running the latest version of Razer Synapse.Checked cable, ports, etc.Before the issue, I used the original factory data cable: I unplugged it from the receiver and plugged into the mouse (as usual) to charge — that was the only change recently.Thanks in advance for any help. I use a gaming laptop. The usb dongle literally melt inside the port of my laptop when I was gaming. I can’t find replacements anywhere. 

I have a ps portal and as an audio output I can only use 3.5mm or sony’s own headset. I have BlacksharkV2 Pro and was wondering that if I could use a usb-c to 3.5mm adapter to connect my headset to it. Will it work?

My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro works fine in wired mode, but in wireless (dongle and Bluetooth) it keeps disconnecting every second, making it unusable. I have already reinstalled the firmware using the official updater, but the issue persists on multiple PCs and dongles. I also tried a hardware reset (LMB+RMB+Scroll Wheel) but it did not help.Could some one please advise if there is any way to fix this issueAny help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Product: Razer Basilisk V3 Pro  

If anyone from Razer can help me change my cell phone number in my Razer ID account so that I can log in to my account when it asks me to fill in my SMS code, since I changed my number and no longer have access to the previous one.
