I just bought the keyboard, and from the first time I used it, I noticed that the color of the bottom RGB strip was different from the keyboard lighting.

I have had this keyboard since 2022 and no issues, however possible since Synapse v4 the RGB lights are off. Caps, works but the keys don’t light up. If I remove the USB cable and plug back in then all is good for 4 seconds and then they turn off again. Any ideas as to the problem ? PS. I have performed a device reset and no change.

hello, i’ve had this orochi v2 for a little over a year now. it first started doing this like 3 months ago and at first i didn’t mind but it only got worse and its basically unusable now. the dongle has always been connected directly to the motherboard and i tried deleting and re-instaling synapse but nothing worked. can someone please help me

Hi community! I am looking for a potential solution of emergency battery charge when traveling! Previous laptops has had a usb-c alternative charger port or main charger. I am wondering if there’s any known powerbanks or adapters i could leverage for the powercharger port in my Blade 14 (2025). appreciate thougths and help !

I’ve had these headphones for a while, and the battery has now deteriorated to a point where it only lasts 10 minutes at most. I’m pretty sure that I’m past the warranty on this thing, so I wanted to attempt to replace the battery manually, but I cannot find out where it even is. Has anyone done this and can help me with it?

just got my new BlackShark V2X headset today, but when I tried to get the 7.1 surround sound working, I couldn't get the activation code because the website keeps telling me "This product is already registered. If you haven't registered it, please contact Razer Support."

Hey guys by any chance does anyone here use a razer headset with their xbox if so does it work fine? i just got the hello kitty razer headset and for some reason im not getting any sound. when i plug it in directly to my xbox it lights up but no sound i checked all the settings. it has a usb end so i got a usb to headphone jack adapter to plug it into my controller when i do that no lights at all from the headset or sound compared to when its plugged in directly to the xbox it lights up at least. any ideas??

The cursor of Razer Basilisisk Essential remains flashing in the upper left corner or the lower right corner. I can't move it. No matter how I drag the mouse, the cursor still stays at the upper left corner or the lower right corner. The left and right keys and the scroll wheel are working properly. If you are running into issues where you are unable to move diagonally with the Tartarus d-pad-stick thing, the problem happens when you change the usage from the 4-way to 8 in Synapse. Not sure why it does this, and maybe Razer can get it figured out, but if your diagonal option doesn’t work, like trying to press W and A, or S and D, save your settings in the 4-way option and restart your computer. When your computer comes back on, it should be working normally. You can still change the buttons, like from WASD to the arrows, or whatever you want, but AS SOON AS YOU CHANGE IT FROM 4 TO 8 DIRECTION, even if you change it back, it will cease to work and you have to restart your computer.Hope this helps!

Your support department haven’t been helpful in any way. You guys produce inferior cards and make people go in for over-scratched gift card. Let me add that I do not encounter this sad experience from other gift cards company.  For over 3 weeks since I lodged a complaint, you guys keep on telling me that my complaint is being investigated. This has dragged for too long and as far I am concerned, this isn’t making sense anymore if you guys can’t handle a simple request.  Two codes are missing from my card & restoring the digits to me should nor take over 3 weeks - To me, I feel you guys are stylishly scamming people of their hard earned money. I’ve provided all the images requested and yet I haven’t received a position feedback regarding this. DO NOT PUSH ME TO THE WALL!!! I can go as far as tarnishing your image for planned fraud and trust me, your company will be shut down. Restore the 2 missing codes and let me be able to use my card. That’s all I demand.

I seem to have lost my dongle for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro. How do I go about getting a replacement?

I have owned a Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard for almost 2 years now and It has been amazing however randomly the keys “c” “n” “space” “ctrl” “windows” “left alt” and “backspace” stopped responding. As in when I press the keys I get no output. Although randomly the keys started working again. This cycle has been constantly repeating where the keys suddenly stop and then start working. I have had no spills on my keyboard nor have I dropped it. For reference I am on a ASUS 15 gaming laptop. I opened up my keyboard to see if there was a damage inside but there was none to be found. I also tested the keyboard on another computer and it still had problems. Also the lights underneath the keys still work and I don’t know if this is related but for some reason the lighting effects of “ripple” and “reactive” are not working, they have worked before but are not now. I am wondering if there is some sort of programming inside synapse for my keyboard that is causing the keys to randomly disable. Shoutout the combined efforts of the Razer support team for promptly fulfilling my warranty request for my Basilisk v3 Pro! Scroll wheel broke on the old one less than a year in and got a brand new shiny one to hopefully last much longer :D

Hello, I am having an very frustrating issue, my razer blackshark are working perfectly fine until I want to unmute my mic to talk with someone. I keep restarting my headset, today I’ve had enough after almost 10 minutes of restarting my pc, razer synpase and the headset, it still didnt work. I am now restarting the headset 20th TIME!! And still the razer synapse doesnt detect microphone unmuteing change. I tried also to plug the dongle to another usb port, well who would guess? It didn’t work. Is there any fix to this issue?For every upcoming question:1-All of the buttons are working fine. 2-No, the headset never fell and never got any damage.3-Yes, I tried reinstalling synapse and drivers for the headset.4-No, without synapse 4 discord doesnt detect my microphone even tho I unmute the mic using the button on headset. But windows detect sound normally.5-No, the mic won’t work if I unmute using button in the headset and switching it manually in synapse 4.6-The mic only works, when raze

I purchased a razer deathadder beginning of may this year, and first it was working amazing. But more and more its missing left clicks which makes it unplayable. What i already tright to fix it: Resetted the mouse by pressing both mouse buttons and scrollwheel keeping mouse full charger keeping mouse on cable  Removed it from device manager to reinstall it  updated firm ware.I really like the mouse but cant be that its already broken after 3-4 months of use right?
