I Have bought yesterday razer kraken x lite and the product number isn't going into synapse so i can get the 7.1 and i did go related topics about that issue and when i put the serial numb it said i hasnt have 7.1 ????? whattt the box and the card literly say they have 

I’d like to know if I’ll be able to use aim assist in Call of Duty with this controller. Will I be able to adjust dead zones, etc., from within Call of Duty? I’d also like to know what type of controller will be recognized in Call ofDuty.

Hi,Razer Audio app unable to connect to my Razer Hammerhead Pro Hyperspeed earbuds. I can select my device in the app but then the app is trying to connect without luck. Unable to find your device - Try again. But earbuds connecting true the Bluetooth phone without problems. I can hear the music etc., but I can’t change any earbuds settings. Please help. Thank you.

I hear this is a pretty common issue so I want to know if anyone has a fix for this.  Ive been using my Razer Basilisk ultimate for about 2  years or 3 if im not mistaken and just today started connecting and disconnecting, no amount of uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and razer synapse seems to work like other forums suggested, ive already went through toruble shooting and everything and ive just about reached my limit. If it helps ive tried using it with the 2.4 dongle the mouse dock and the included cable, when using the cable (the one for the mouse dock) it simply stops working altogether Is anyone able to help?

My laptop's internal screen is not working. The backlight turns on, but there is no image or display. The screen lights up (the backlight is on), but it is completely black. The laptop itself powers on and runs normally. I can hear the fans and sounds. When I connect the laptop to an external monitor via HDMI, the external monitor works perfectly. This shows that the GPU and the laptop's core functions are working.

For some reason, when changing or applying effects to deathadder 2 via chroma studio, effects can not be previewed(even if this feature is turned on), and after saving the effects, mouse doesn’t display anything at all, it’s not even glowing with the basic effect. How do I solve this issue? This problem appeared recently, before everything worked perfectly.

I have two PC’s that share a Razer mouse and keyboard via a KVM switch.  This worked fine with Synapse 3.  Now that I’ve upgraded to Synapse 4, I’m having an issue.  When I switch between PC’s, I usually have to login because of the timeout set by my company.  However, the mouse and keyboard lights turn off until AFTER I login.  Is there a workaround for this?  I can’t find a way to keep them lit.  Do I start over with Synapse 3??

I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk v3 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro. I'm having issues with the dock when booting into Windows the dock stops working my mouse is not detected even if I turn off the mouse and on again. The only way I can make the dock work is to unplug the dock and plug it back in. I have to do this every time I boot my PC. I also get the issue when my PC goes to sleep. When waking the PC I get the same problem. I have updated the firmware of the mouse and dock. But, this has no effect. I have also repaired Synapse and have done a clean install. Does anyone else have this issue on Windows 11?

The buttons on my mouse continue to perform the default action, regardless of how I have them mapped.  I have a Razer Naga V2 Pro with the three interchangeable sideplates.  I experience this issue using all of the sideplates. For example, if, when using the 12-button side panel, I remap the 2 button to be “Keyboard Function → Alphanumeric → A”, whenever I press the 2 button, it still enters a “2” rather than an “A”.  It doesn’t matter what I change the mappings to, the outputs for buttons 1 through 12 are always 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, -, and =. This issue began immediately with a fresh Windows 11 install on a new PC with the new mouse. I have reset and reinstalled all of the Razer apps, checked to ensure I have the latest versions of all Razer software, Synapse (Version: 3.8.930.92710, 20231005) specifically, as well as checked to make sure my mouse has the latest firmware (Razer Naga V2 Pro 1.1.0.0 and Razer Mouse Dock Pro 1.0.11.0), as checked in the Razer software. I’ve run

I bought my razer Viper v3 pro on 19th may 2024 from amazon India and after a year it suddenly have stopped working. the mouse is dead both wireless and wired mode, the LED isn't turning on and the sensor isn't flashing red either. I have treated the mouse with utmost care and there was no issue till yesterday. i charged it for full 3 hours and still the LED was off during charging. i reinstalled all the drivers apps but still the issue persists. it doesn't even work in my sister laptop. it just isn't turning on. please help me. I put my trust in Razer product since i had a robust Razer orochi v2 since launch working fine but this time when i put the big bucks in for a premium mouse i get issues like this. Hi everyone,I have a question about the compatibility of Razer HyperSpeed dongles.Can the Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed mouse be used with the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K controller's dongle? Hey there, I have a very weird issue with my Razer V3 Pro Mouse that is unexplainable and it's not placebo, because I tested it on multiple occasions. Whenever I launch a game, like CS2, Valorant or any FPS game, the mouse seems to have input lag, it drags alot and it's not very consitent When I ALT TAB to launch synapse while in game, the mouse completely changes it's behaivor and it runs very fast and smooth even if I remove synapse from task manager, after 10-20 minutes, it reverts to it's old slow input laggy habbit. I have never seen something like this ever and I change mice very frequently, I did a lot of research, but no one seems to be having the same issue as I am.Mouse Accell in windows disabled, in-game aswell, RTX Reflex On, Bloatware removed, game bar disabled, BIOS latest, mice drivers latest etc.The settings in Synapse for the mouse that add unnecessary things are removed, The mouse is directly plugged into the motherboard on the 3.2USB If you have any suggestions on wh

Is there any way to fix synapse from randomly unmapping my keybinds. Its not super often but randomly it will show it is still mapped but be the default map and i have to map it to something else then reset it to what i want.Whats the deal with synapse these days I used to never have issues, now this and the Tart pro dpad bug.

I have used my barracuda X razer for the past 2 years on my old i5 PC. I upgraded to i7, win 11 and the PC won’t recognize the dongle / pair the headset. I have tried the troubleshooting “hard reset” hold the on button and mic button. I have tried to switch the power settings. I am at my wits end. Of course, the 2 year warranty went out in February. I purchased a Razer Huntsman Mini (Spanish layout) from MediaMarkt in Mallorca. Shortly after using it, I noticed that sometimes keys behave as if they are still pressed after releasing them. The keys only stop "sticking" when I press the "sticking" key again. I used the warranty to exchange the keyboard for a new unit, but the same issue occurred with the replacement within a day. Details:• OS: Windows 11• Synapse tested both installed and uninstalled — the issue occurs in both cases.• Behavior: Intermittent — sometimes affects one and after fixing it and pressing another that key gets sticky, sometimes none. Could you please advise if this is a known issue, or if there is a firmware or hardware solution?
