Hello! I am having issues with my mic. It is constantly making a low rhythmic static sound and it cutting my voice audio. I do not believe anyone but myself can hear the static however the cutting in and out of audio is affecting my streams and my party chats on discord. If I try to test it out saying “test test, audio check 1, 2, 3” I hear “te..te… che… 1… 3”I have tried changing my USB port, I have tried turning it off and back on again, I have tried cleaning all ports and connectors. I have moved it closer and further away, messed with noise suppression in discord, windows (11) and OBS. Nothing is working, it was working perfectly fine less than a week ago, maybe three days prior to this issue. I am also absolutely positive that is it not because i may be close to the Ethernet box as it is downstairs and I am upstars.

Hello, about a month ago I purchased the Raizer Kaira Pro Xbox Edition, but I've only used them on a PC via Bluetooth. When I turn on the microphone, the sound in games deteriorates significantly in the headphones. The instructions mentioned another wireless connection method. Where can I purchase a wireless dongle?

the issue that i am having is that when my headset is set as “Speakers (THX Spatial)” i have no audio.when it is set as “Speakers (Razer USB Sound Card)” it plays audio.any help on how to get THX spatial audio working would be great.

 Hi I have a problem with the Razer Kiyo Pro, in fact for about 1 week since I plug it in and use it on YouTube Discord etc. the camera is all blurry and micro scratches appear I don't know if I can put pictures here because it's easier to show than to explain 

After talking to a support representative Regarding the WoW mount offer not showing if you add the Naga v2   pro and dock bundle not showing the gifts in the cart like the singular V2 Pro was. I can now  confirm they are a included with the bundle VIA my order confirmation email . Thanks again Venessa for the help, I don't know if you’re on the  forums or if anyone from the mod team can some how have this passed on.

I purchased the Kraken V3 X product and received the THX SPATIAL AUDIO activation code by e-mail after completing the product registration. By the way, the code is not valid. I think measures such as re-issuance are needed.

I have tried reinstalling drivers for the device, updating synapse and blowing compressed air through the holes.In doing this i was unsuccessful, the middle mouse button still feels clicky and like new as apposed to mushy.after looking at reddit and other forums i have tried all the solutions i have found still to no luck, Is there anything i can do about this?

Hi there!  Today I received my Razer Blackshark V2 X 3.5mm audio jack version from AliExpress. Obviously I would like to register it but unfortunately the headset has already been registered before! Now I was asked to contact the support page, yet the support page tells me I have a product that is out of it's limited warrenty time(?). Is there still a way to register this headset and use Synapse so I can make it work properly? The microphone is very quiet and I would like to tune it. Kind regards,David

Hi there, Recently my laptop encountered some issues about turning on. Even if already fully charged or plugged, still got no power. May I know what’s the issue? Or who can I look for?

I bought barracuda x (2022) in 24 Dec 2024. When I first time connect it to razer app battery was 87%. I thougth ok a little bit discharged. I used headset not too often withing next month and battery was slowly discharged. It is fine. I think a few % per day while 2-3 hours usage. When battery down to 42% I try to charge with usb-a type-c cabel from box. Headset charged up to 100% in 4-6 hours as I remember. At next day I turned on headset and it says 87%. What? I try to charge it again up to 100%. Red light stop blinking during charge and changed to green blinking light. In next 20-25 mins it was down to 87%. Also I have updraged firmware to v1.7.0.0_r2 and it didn’t help. What is going on? Is it battery issue? Is it headset issue? Is it firmware issue? Is it battery indicator issue? To summarize. My barracuda x 2022 quickly “discharged” from 100% to 87% (withing 20 mins) Any suggestion?  Thanks.

Helloo, Just bought this headset online, was able to register the product. Speaker is good but mic has an issue. Mic picks up the volume from my pc. The sound leaks, tried putting the mic away and also covering it to see if it is because the speaker is loud, but it still picks up the sound. Also, when I mute the mic, it 100% picks up the sound coming from my pc example is youtube or spotify. All the reviews from youtube was good but I’m so disappointed that the quality of this razer headset is so bad. Also, when I search from different forums, it is said that we get a scratch card for the thx spatial sound. I didnt get any

My anansi keyboard don’t work  at all. I see green light with G and can’t do reset it. When I connect the keyboard the green light with G lights up and no key works. I tried resetting the keyboard but it doesn't help. The keyboard also disappeared in razer synapse, and it was visible before. Everything happened when I unplugged it from the usb port and plugged it back in, then the green light G lit up and the keyboard stopped working. How can I reset it or reinstall it in razer synapse. Windows also doesn't see the keyboard, although it sees other razer devices that are connected.

As countless others have already posted, I am having an issue connecting my brand new Razer Blackshark Pro V2 headset to the Razer software. I already own a Razer keyboard, so I’m very familiar with Synapse. It just doesn’t show up, despite the headset being recognized by my PC. When I try to update my firmware, I am given instructions to:1) Plug in the wireless transceiver (dongle) to your PC. CHECK. I did that. 2) Connect the headset to the PC using the charging cable (cable provided with the product). CHECK. Also did that. But guess what? I cannot hit the “next” button. It is greyed out. There are NO other options. Many many MANY people have complained about this issue. Part of the selling point of this product is that you can have multiple EQ profiles for gaming, etc. Why why WHY is such a huge company like Razer releasing products that can’t even pair with the software that is designed for

I just ordered a razer laptop and was very happy to see it shipped almost immediately with a 3 day delivery window. Now I see it has a clearance delay at customs due to an incomplete commercial invoice. Has anyone else had this issue and does Razer resolve it in a timely manner or does it need to be returned. I  don’t want to wait weeks/months now.  Thanks
