version 2.1.1.0I bind wheel left and wheel right functions to the left and right keys, it work when my mouse open but didn’t work when it connect with Razer Synapse. Resetting the wheel left and right functions to the default function (repeatedly scrolling left or right) is working, but modifying the wheel left and wheel right to any keyboard function is not working.

Hi,I have the recently purchased DeathStalker v2 pro, my first Razer product, and noticed some connectivity issues. My current setup is that I have a Gigabyte monitor m28u with KVM switch through which I am switching between my personal PC and working laptop. My mouse and now Razer keyboard (via USB dongle) are attached to the KVM switch, so I can share these devices between two computers.When I switch to a personal PC (Windows 11), where I have Razer Synapse 3 installed, the keyboard works fine, except for some reason, the combination of FN+Menu does not switch between Chroma profiles, but instead the Windows menu pops up.Then, when I switch to work PC (Windows 11), where I don’t have Razer Synapse installed due to limited rights, the keyboard enters into color-browsing mode, FN functions do nothing (except battery status), the volume scroll does not regulate volume anymore, but acts have scrolling function instead...I would like to turn-off keyboard lights or switch to another color

So I am an owner of the Viper V2 Pro mouse. I was playing a game and it suddenly turned off. I thought “Okay, maybe the battery is just low” So i plugged it in directly to the power socket. When I decided that i have charged it enough i unplugged it, and now it doesn’t want to turn on. I am pressing the dpi button for 3 secs and it doesn’t work. The light doesnt work either. Razer synapse software shows that it has 100% of the battery, but still the only solution is to plug it in the socket or directly to the pc. Otherwise it isn’t working. I know that there is another thread about this issue but i haven’t seen any solution. I downladed even the newest drivers and nothing works.

Would the Razer Rogue 17 Backpack fit the Lenovo Legion 17ACH6H ?The display is 17.3" but the laptop in itself is a bit oversize.The full dimensions  are : 398.6 x 290 x 24.3-26.2 mm (15.7 x 11.41 x 0.96-1.03 inches)Thanks for the support

Hello! I got my very first Throne gift credit for a Razer Iskur X - Hello Kitty and Friends Edition but the chair is no longer available in Canada and i see it on the Singapore site. Is there an efficient way for me to order this chair? I’ve lost over $100 due to fees already but should be able to cover the full amount soon.If there’s no way for me to get this chair without paying a lot extra for shipping, etc. i may opt for a Razer Quartz Enki chair once available.Thankies so much!

Hello Razer Support,I’m reaching out because my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) headset no longer charging, it still turn on but low on battery.The headset shows no LED light when plugged into any USB port,  I’ve also tested it on another computer  and wall charger with no success.I have try the cable with my mouse, and it’s working just fine, it can charge my mousethe dongle still get detected by my computer and it worksi’m currently studying overseas in the philliphines, can you help me or tell me the nearest service center in the philiphines?Thanks in advance for your help!Best regards.

My Blade 15 touchpad mouse scrolling works, but does not recognize any mouse clicks. I’m looking into replacing the touchpad. Has anybody done this, and is Ebay my best bet for replacement part?

My laptop is locked up so tight, the mouse does not work, keyboard commands are not working, but the keyboard chroma is dancing through colors.  how do you get this thing to unlock. Please Don’t tell me to install updates nor check drivers as that will not unlock this thing now.  it is an 18 from 2023.

Hello, Recently I have noticed 2 things:Battery drains significantly faster than before when mouse is not being used, Turning off the mouse (holding power button for 3 seconds) seemingly does nothing, mouse light doesnt blink like before, just dongle light turns off, while the red light from the sensor (I assume it’s sensor, not sure about that) is still on.While trying to resolve the issues I have also encountered another one, after a deep discharge, battery no longer charges to 100%, but up to 82%. The deep discharge happened 2 or 3 days after fully charging the mouse, which is definetly abnormal since before that mouse would last for me at least a week (I was turning it off every time I was not using it). In attempt to resolve the issues I have tried the following:Firmware update to the newest version Charging via original cable connected to main PC and then laptop Charging for prolonged amount of time (8h+) Razer Synapse reinstall on main PC, then installation on laptop Reset to fa

my razer kyio pro cant update to 1.5.0.1 firmware and say on update to speak with suport and the camera i need to replugg it to my computer 

I believe I have the first gen of the Pro Type keyboard.  I don’t use it often now due to certain keys register multiple presses/gets repeated even though I only pressed it once.  Anyway, that is just one of the problems I have had with the keyboard.  I just noticed now that the keyboard turns on even when it is switched off.  https://youtube.com/shorts/9SeVGcVbETA?feature=share (I only created the video for proof.)

Hello everyone,I bought a Viper V2 at the same time as a friend and now both mice have the well-known scroll wheel issue. No matter where I look, I find countless reports from other users experiencing the same problem.I’ve already tried everything I can think of to fix it without opening the device: reset, firmware updates, compressed air, etc. Unfortunately nothing has worked. The warranty has also just expired.Does anyone have any further ideas on how to resolve this? It can’t be that a mouse breaks down after just over two years! Thanks a lot for your help!

I asked the previous owner, but unfortunately, he doesn't have it either.This is the version with the 13.3" FHD 120Hz matte display (100% sRGB).Do any of you know where I can find the correct color profile for this specific panel?

I have the blackshark  v2 pro headset it works fine I’ve had it for a good bit but I just got the razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed mouse and whenever I plug the usb in my audio gets very staticy and cuts out I updated my drivers and I don’t know what else to do

Hello Razer Support,I’m reaching out because my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) headset no longer connects to its original dongle (Model No: RC30-026902, Rev. BV2P).The dongle shows no LED light when plugged into any USB port, and it is no longer recognized by Windows Device Manager. I’ve also tested it on another computer with no success.I have tried updating the firmware using the official Razer Firmware Updater for RZ04-03220, but the dongle is not detected at all by the updater.Because the dongle has no physical pairing button, I cannot reset or re-pair the headset manually. The headset itself still charges and powers on properly.Would it be possible to request a replacement dongle?
