Blade 18  - 13th Gen i9 13950HX 240Hz screen running the RTX 4090.Recently this thing started stuttering so badly in-game I have had to stop using it for anything but email and work related stuff. I can switch it to use the Integrated and any non-gaming seems to work just fine on the Nvidia (though it does stutter from time to time).After purchasing a 3k+ laptop a few years ago I hate to think I am simply out of luck with a brick on my hands.I have updated all drivers, all apps, BIOS related items, etc all to no avail. Is there any way I can determine what is going on with the card and/or options to fix it???

Hello,  I recently purchased a Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed Headset, and everything worked great for a while. However, the dongle suddenly stopped working. The power light does not come on, and I have tried plugging it into multiple USB ports on the computer. These ports work for other devices, but the dongle does not. Greetings, I'm from Brazil and I bought my Razer Kraken X Lite on 06/12/2024, in a physical store (Kalunga) in a shopping mall.Last week the headband of the left side of the headphones broke and yesterday the left side of the audio output just stopped working, although the microphone still works.I would like to know if I am still entitled to the warranty and how to claim it.I have tried to contact the Brazilian support email (razer@grupomulti.com.br), but I haven't received a reply yet.

Hi! I purchased Razor BlackShark v2 x and got a message that this product is already registered. how can i register it to my account? 

Whenever I try to activate my product, it says “This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact razer support.” 

I am copying this from another user because I am having the exact same problem and I am at the same state after trying a good bunch of things >> I am unable to activate WiFi on my Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019 (Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz). Whenever I try to enable via the Windows control panel, the switch toggles to "on", sits there thinking for a while and then turns "off". When running the network troubleshooter on that adapter, it says that the Wifi switch is turned off. However, as far as I can tell, there is no physical WiFi switch, and no function key switch to disable WiFi. This used to work just fine, and this problem came up recently.I have disabled and re-enabled the wireless device. I have uninstalled the device and reinstalled it. I have updated to the latest wireless driver from Intel. None of these have resolved the problem. Has anyone else seen this, or are there any suggestions to fix it?

I've noticed that Razer Chroma Studio lets you create multiple profiles, but it seems they can’t run simultaneously on different devices, at least not using advanced Chrome features. For example, I’d like to have my DESKTOP - [Keyb] lighting profile active on my keyboard ONLY while GAME - RGB [Mou] lighting profile runs on my mouse at the same time. Can Chroma Studio handle separate advanced profiles like this for different devices concurrently? I know that the basic “quick effects” can do this, but c'mon, why not the advanced mode?The main reason for wanting this feature is, I want to link a lighting profile to my mouse in Razer Synapse so that when it auto-switches profiles based on the active application (e.g., changing functions like macros along with the lights), it updates accordingly. Meanwhile, I’d like my keyboard’s function profile—and its lighting—to stay the same. I use the lights as a visual cue to know which profile is active. Since function profiles (like

Hello, I purchased a Razer Blade 15 Razer CH580 in 2022. Initially, I had no issues, the laptop was working fine. However, a few days ago, the computer started shutting down out of nowhere while in suspension. Upon checking the temperatures, I found that the processor temperatures are very high. Currently, I can't even use the laptop for basic tasks because it overheats, even though the task manager shows 0% GPU usage and no more than 10% CPU usage. I want to know if anyone else has had this problem or if anyone knows how to fix it. I'm very upset because it was very expensive and the laptop only lasted about a year. If this is an issue with this specific unit, is there any way to fix it even if I have to pay because the warranty has expired?

i updated from synapse 3 to synapse 4 and now my keyboard (blackwidow elite) and now my keyboard isnt detected by synapse in the devices and modules section and it shows it is “disconnected” my volume dial is also broken and goes off by itself and it changes the volume up and down all the time, i disabled this key in synapse 3 but now it doesnt work due to synapse 4 any help?

The Razer Naga Pro is connected to windows 11 Pro 22631.5039 (23H2).  The mouse movements and windows default right and click operate.  However any automations I have specified in synapse do not operate.  This is intermittent..  Is there any low level process I can do to troubleshoot the linkage between synapse and the mouse.to see where the linkage break is in order to provide more information for resolution?   synapse does properly detect panel changes(the ‘overhead’ view changes the display panel visual when a panel change occurs).  So that tells me that a linkage is actually operating.

I just bought my Ornata V3X keyboard. However when typing v it types vb if I type n it types mn if I press enter it opens inspection mode or wants to save files.  When typing 8 it types 89 if I press / it types \/ these are some of the keys I picked up?!Brand new keyboard so not dirty.. uninstalled drivers and reinstalled it does not resolve it. Does it on both laptops and no matter what USB port I use..Is it faulty or setting. In Synapse 4 the settings states it should type the defualt 

Chair base broke, gas lift was touching the floor. Manages to get the base off, but now unsure of the correct replacement part as i cannot seem to find the part anywhere.  Customer service is terrible, cant even find a way to email them. 

I recently bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, and when I attempted to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature, I encountered a message saying the product had already been activated, even though I’m the first person to use it. Since I purchased the headset brand new, I’m unable to access the feature as expected. I just bought this Razer Viper V3 pro today. It worked well with cable but didn’t work with cable. I tried everything from community and forum but still doesn’t work. I tried Pairing utility but it only work with cable, dongle didn’t active. I have only 1 usb c cable so i can’t connect both of them to update new firmware.
