I bought a white headset but it came with a black transport bag with green cords. Videos I have seen show people unboxing with a white transport bag. Have the color matched bags been discontinued?

my barracuda x microphone doesnt work with dongle anymore but works fine when connected with cable to pc or connecting with bluetooth to android phone it used to work but I dont know why it doesnt anymore

I've tried all the settings, all the rear and front jacks, and every possible method I could think of, but when I test it myself, I realize that things I should only be hearing through the headphones, like what I watch on YouTube or do on the desktop, are being picked up by the microphone as if I'm speaking into it. I think I'm going to try returning it, or please offer a solution to this problem because I'm about to lose my mind.

Recently bought a razer blackshark v2 x but when i try registering it says product has already been registered 

It just randomly stopped working. I wasn't touching it, just watching a show on my computer. My Bluetooth isnt reliable and I am going crazy. I hope I can buy a replacement some where but I can't find it

I just had a look at what's currently in my new laptop, because I wanted 64GB of DDR5 RAM instead of 32GB. But it wasn't an option when buying. I currently have two Samsung 16GB 1Rx8 PC5 - 4800B - SAO - 1010 - XT sticks of RAM that gives me 32GB of memory. I've looked around and there are not a lot of options, the Samsung 64GB kit looks sketchy and is from a generic unnamed brand. So I found this kit (Crucial RAM 64GB Kit (2x32GB) DDR5 4800MHz CL40 Laptop Memory CT2K32G48C40S5) online and Crucial being a more trusted name would like to know if this will work for the Razer Blade 17 (2022) i9 model? I've researched everywhere online and can not find any details if this memory will work or not. The Crucial website says it will work for my laptop, but there was no place to specify i9 CPU to be sure.

Hi team, I have a problem with authentificator. I have Google authentificator and when I try to use this way of 2 factor authentification in my account, I have received mistake 400, indicated in pop up window. I don't see any codes, when push copy code and try to put it Authentificator, there are no codes. Could you place me with my problem? I transfer money in my account (gold) and can't use it. When ever I try to remap my controller the app refuses to allow me to do so it’s been like this for weeks and I have seen other people complain about it be I am yet to see/hear you do anything about it, at this point i will have to get a different branded controller that works and is able to do the simple demands I want from a controller

RC30-0248 battery is extremely swollen and needs replaced, SSD also recognized in bios but not booting. 

i was trying to update my razer kraken v3 pro headset and suddenly it failed to update and now even if i plug my headset dongle or manually connect headset via wire both does not workalso i did try reinstalling razer synaps and other apps too and still did not work after allany idea how to fix this problem?

HiMy Naga Pro scrolling wheel is defect.When I scroll the wheel, it goes up and down and up and down. I have no control.Can someone help me with that?  Thanks

App was working fine until recent update, now the button mapping screen is completely blank.Old versions not available and no way to rollback on microsoft store.I’m using a regular Wolverine V2.

My razer barracuda pro has been randomly turning off and or acting like it's getting alot of interference with its sound output Bluetooth wise. the headset is turning off frequently every 30 minutes to an hour and is not playing any audio when it stops playing it for about 1-2 seconds at the least or 30 seconds to a minute at the most. I've tried contacting Razer support but anytime I send a followup email I just get an automated one back saying I never responded. please help

Hi I experience a bug or a glitch with my viper v3 pro. The problem is that my mouse is glitching and the sensor turns off sometimes and the cursor doesn’t want to move and when i move the the mouse its stuttering and then stops again for a couple off seconds. I updated all the soft wear, it happened form day to day idk what to do pls help. (I was struggling to aim at this description box LOL)

Hi! So my razer wolverine v3 pro has stopped working all of the sudden. It doesn't work on either a wired or wireless connection, and I’ve tried using different cables on both my pc and xbox series x, but the results were the same with the controller not turning on. Do y’all have any tips on what else I could do to fix my controller?

However, there's this persistent screen flickering issue that's been bugging me, particularly when I attempt to increase the screen refresh rate from the default 60Hz to the impressive 360Hz. You'd think that more Hz would mean smoother visuals, but unfortunately, that's not been the case for me.As soon as I bump up the refresh rate to 360Hz, the screen starts to flicker intermittently.
