Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem.As the product appears to be defective, I would like to request a warranty resolution. I have a lightly used Razer Basilisk V3 which I’ve been using for less than a year, and have never had a problem with until today. I’ve tested it on 3 different windows computers, and all of them will have the mouse continuously connect and disconnect, making the mouse unusable. Sometimes when being plugged in, the device will flash red, and make the clicking sound it makes when turning the tactile scroll on and off. Only uninstalling Razer Synapse (should’ve gotten rid of that malware a long time ago) helped the mouse connect, and only briefly. Uninstalling the drivers got the mouse to function, and I updated the firmware on the mouse. The only thing wrong with it after that was trying to use the smart scroll, when the tactile scroll switch would trigger the mouse would power off and on again, and the tactility of the scroll wheel was noticeably softer. I got my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro; I've been using it for 2 days, and it worked fine without any issues. But recently I was playing Forza Horizon 6, and suddenly all of the keys went dark, and the keyboard only flashed white lights from F9 to F10, the Insert, Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, END, Delete, and FN keys; and the onboard LED panel also lit up, but when I tried pressing any key, it didn’t work. I don’t know what I pressed, but then all the RGB came back on, and then all the keys went unresponsive. The media keys, volume dial and RGB are working only. Now the onboard panel is only showing me “1” and “P” lit up. Even the FN key is not working anymoreI checked through Synapse 4 and tried to change the profile there. Nothing worked. I tried resetting profiles from the “?” icon in the upper right corner of the Synapse 4 window, but it also didn’t work. I have tried the “ESC + CAPSLOCK + SPACE BAR” combination while plugging the keyboard back in, but it didn’t work. Hi all,  Recently got my Razer Joro keyboard. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience, but there are a couple of issues I want to highlight.  1 > When using the keyboard with the Hyperspeed dongle, the keyboard has input cancellation, meaning that when I keep pressing down a certain key, at some point the input is cancelled. This is quite an annoying issue, especially in FPS games. This issue does NOT happen when I use the keyboard wired or with Bluetooth. So I think this is probably a firmware issue, not a hardware issue. This issue has been reported before: While still holding a key down the input stops with Joro | Razer Insider 2 > I experience problems with setting up multiple devices through Bluetooth. When I have only one device connected, there are no issues. However, when I add in a second device on profile 2, the keyboard will not connect anymore to the profile 1 device that was connected. Hi all,Got my Razer Joro brand new from Amazon today and I'm running into two input issues when paired with my Orochi V2 via HyperSpeed dongle. Issue 1 - Input cancellation: When holding down any key, the input stops registering mid-hold. Dear Tech Gods,For me Ctrl+Alt+B is a keyboard combo I use within an important production software, and this keyboard combo has been taken over by Synapse.  When I close Synapse, I regain the combo usage. How can I disable Synapse from taking over my Ctrl+Alt+B? I would still like to use Synapse.  Thank you for your time.Jason Busch

My Razer Blackwidow Chroma Overwatch Edition keyboard and mini Viper mouse are supposed to change to the Overwatch orange color when I load the game and they just started staying black as of yesterday. The lighting for Overwatch only starts working after I enter a match and select a hero. Need help fixing this if possible.

There used to be a Hyperboost feature in the [Laptop Cooling Pad] tab in Synapse 4 yesterday before the system automatically installed version 4.0.86.2605190956 today.  Synapse is still showing Hyperboost under Performance Mode in the [Blade 16] tab, but when Hyperboost is selected the “Laptop Cooling Pad” tab only shows Balanced.  It’s a Razer Blade 16 2023 4080.  Is there anything I can do to fix it? the fan noise is now too loud for the 70deg CPU temp, and the previous version of Synapse was keeping to 70deg without making the fan sounding like plane taking off. The Hyperboost feature is showing in my other laptop Razer Blade 16 2025 5080 though… in both [Blade 16] and [Laptop Cooling Pad] tabs.  

Hello,Razer Synapse (which I use for my Basilisk V3 Pro) is creating a phantom Xbox 360 controller on macOS, causing issues and interruptions within games and software as it sometimes takes priority over real controllers.(Location of screenshot: System Settings > Game Controllers)I have tried erasing the controller, but it reappears instantly as long as Synapse is open.I have also tried submitting a ticket to Razer support, but the log collection stage doesn’t work, with the launch app button having an invalid address (likely due to it expecting a Windows OS)

I tried to set up two-factor authentication via the app, but I couldn't complete the verification because I didn't transfer my two-factor authentication codes when I switched to a new phone.Also, since I don't know my backup codes, I can't reset the authentication. Please reset the two-factor authentication.

Hello can someone in here help me? I lost my simcard and my razergold account has some gold in it. I want to use it now but it keeps on asking for an otp from my old sim. I dont have the back up codes either because my old phone is not working anymore

I currently have my wireless dongle plugged into my PS5 Pro.  Can I buy a second dongle so I can put it in my PC and use it wirelessly?Also - I can’t seem to turn my PS5 on with the Raiju - is that normal or am I doing something wrong?Thank you!

Hi, I have have my headset a few months and recently noticed my microphone is much quieter when I am not wired to my pc. Both the HS and BT options are the same with me being much quieter and the audio coming through is also quiet. I have checked windows settings and my devices are all default to my headset and I have no other devices connected and levels are all correct and not maxed out.  No videos online seem to provide an answer so could someone help as it is annoying to pay for a wireless headset but then not be able to use this function! Thanks 

Hi there! So my Razer Tartarus Pro would occasionally lock up. I have my WASD inputs keybound to the thumbstick and had that working for years. When I play a game like Marvel rivals, periodically, it would try to pull me to the left or “W” and keep pulling me that direction for about 10 seconds. Afterwards, it would go back to normal. This happens repeatedly. What should I do?

Hello! I have  an issue  with the Razor zen tarok  gaming chair. It should still be under warranty.  I bought a Razer Tarok zen chair over a year ago and unfortunately the base (where the wheels attach too) has cracked and now the pole connected to it just goes straight to the floor and catches my carpet or scratches my laminate flooring...I cannot lift or lower the chair anymore.  Is there anyway I can purchase replacement parts for the chair?  Or can you replace the chair for me under warranty?

Hello! I’ve had my chair for a while, and the seat pan tilt has never worked.  All of the other mechanisms work just fine.  I try the handle in both the up and down positions and it does not tilt with the handle in either direction.  I took the chair off the base and tried to tilt the base in either direction with the handle in both the up and down positions and it will not budge.  I turned the knob in both directions completely and repeated the above, still no tilt.  Is there something else I could be doing to troubleshoot this?   Serial Number:  (removed) Thanks for your help!

I recently started facing this issue where my Basilisk V3 wired disconnects while i use smart reel or the rgb turns off when i start scrolling faster. Even when I switch between Tactile and Free-Spin mode the RGB turns off for a bit. The smart reel gets stuck on free spin until i switch to actul free spin and back to tactile again. Tried switching between multiple PCs and still facing the same issue. Tried reinstalling synapse, updating the mouse firmware manually. Nothing works. Its so frustrating. And when i try to chat with support they send me to different links and doesnt let me to contact support. Keeps redirecting me to their FAQ or basic fixes like windows update or nvidea update etc… Idk if this is hard ware or software issue. But yeah i cant find help anywhere.

I bought the collaboration razer and ZEN chair, the bottom part of the chair has gone down so the wheels are not on the floor and it’s scratching my floor whenever i move the chair i do not know how to fix the problem and is there any way to fix this?

So my Razer Naga (2014) likes to jump around and stutter specifically only when I'm in a video call with someone. This can be using discord, a browser, zoom, etc. I don't understand why this is occurring. I've had to resort to using my drawing pad as a mouse pointer when video calling, because my mouse won't function well enough for me to do anything.I've taxed my system using a game before, using a really large canvas in CSP or Rebelle, and other things, and that doesn't cause the mouse to stutter or act weird. Only exclusively video calls causes this. I don’t have the slightest clue why this would be happening. Any clue how to fix this?
