With the announcement of the retirement of Synapse 2, what is the go-forward software solution to support the Orbweaver Chroma? Is Razer finally adding support for legacy devices to new versions of Synapse? Or is Razer trying to create tons of e-waste, essentially rendering tens of thousands of working devices far less useful?

Hi everyone,I've been experiencing random mouse freezes with my Razer DeathAdder V4 on Windows 11 since a recent Windows update.Key observation: Right after this update, my pointer acceleration was automatically re-enabled and I had sensitivity issues — which strongly suggests the update interfered with mouse-related drivers and settings. The freezes started appearing right after that.Additional observation: When a freeze occurs at startup, the entire session seems unstable with possible freezes later on. When the startup is clean, the session remains stable throughout. This suggests a conflict happening during the initialization sequence at boot, between Windows and Synapse.Steps already taken:Disabled USB power management on all ports Uninstalled USB Root Hub 3 driver Completely uninstalled Synapse, cleaned residual files and registry entries Fresh reinstall of Synapse with all updates appliedResult: Significant improvement but occasional freeze still happening at startup.Hypothesis:

I have a Blackshark 2 Pro 2022 and no sound is coming out of it even though it’s paired. I have searched the topics on here but no one seems to have a resolution.

Context (all keyboard mentioned below have the AZERTY French layout):After 3 years of use, my OLD Ornata V2 keyboard starts spamming the Left Shift button (not the key itself, the digital input only). I try troubleshooting it with no result: I test the keys in an app: I can see the Left Shift key spamming I try pressing Left Shift and other keys, they work fine (physically). When I press numpad keys it looks like the spamming slows down So I’m guessing either faulty wiring after heavy use, or a software issue. Hello, I have problems with 2.4GHz dongle, it does not see the mouse and the pair is not making. The mouse is NOT visible also in Razer Synapse 3 when is set to 2.4GHz, only when is set on Bluetooth.The mouse is working on Bluetooth mode (but is a bit slowly).I mention that I updated the drivers, restarted the laptop, updated Windows, reinstalled Razer Synapse 3 and the problem persists, the mouse is working only on Bluetooth mode, with 2.4GHz the mouse is not visible and is not connecting to the dongle.

Razor cortex Will casually hike my ram usage all the way up to 94 and when I open task manager, it shows 50 GB of usage being hogged up by a razor cortex, only way to stop. This is to end task from task manager, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled razor cortex and their associated apps multiple times, but this keeps happening, the razor discord was no help so I’m posting my issue here

I purchased a Kiyo Pro Ultra a few months ago and use it with two end devices. Both are PC, both are USB 3.0 connections, both running Windows. Last week the Kiyo stopped being recognized through the USB cable which came with the device during a video conference. The device continues to work on the other laptop (work PC), and the device lights up with the white light. It is not recognized as a camera, it will not be recognized by the Synapse software. Updates have not resolves, uninstalling has not resolved, the other cable and PC works fine, so it should not be hardware related -- another camera works with the USB port, so it isn’t the USB hardware.Why is Synapse and driver conflicts so difficult to TS, and why can’t Synapse recognize new razer devices even after uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers, devices, and Synapse repeatedly? This is such a nightmare of device management for something so basic at the price point.

I've discovered another issue with the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro controller.(2025 latest firmware)   When the Wolverine V3 Pro is powered off and charging with the official charging cable (Razer logo illuminated yellow), the charging speed is extremely slow. It appears to take over 12 hours to fully charge. However, when the Wolverine V3 Pro is powered on and charging, it charges quickly, within 3 hours. when I charge while playing games with my Wolverine V3 Pro, it quickly gets fully charged in 3 hours. If I charge it while the controller is powered off, it probably takes more than 12 hours.I tested the charging by connecting it to a desktop computer. This issue was not present with the 2024 firmware but has appeared since the 2025 firmware update.With the 24-year firmware, it would charge within 3 hours even when the power was turned off. i request a firmware update to resolve this problem.   Summary: When charging with the Wolverine V3 Pro turned off, the charging speed is very slow. W

Dear support,After 2 years of very pleasant usage of the Blackshark Pro V2 wireless headset I checked for a firmware update due to the device not synching on a new laptop. After trying the firmware update to the latest version (1.00.13), the tool stalled at the pairing step and since then connectivity seems messed up in the communication between the USB transmitter and the headset itself.After trying it on different computer I was finally able to re-pair the devices together with the firmware upgrade tool, but it has just happened again that sound is lost completely and trying to re-pair headset and transmitter using the pairing tool always seems to fail.I already tried removing all traces of the razer drivers by using the driver removal tool. Reinserting the USB transmitter correctly defaults to the Windows audio drivers in the Device Manager and the Audio UI in windows shows that sound is being sent to the device but it simply does not arrive in the headphones, leading me to conclude

Hey everyone,I've been battling a frustrating issue with my Razer Kraken V4 Pro for the past days, and after trying every common troubleshooting step, I finally found the solution! I wanted to share it immediately for anyone else experiencing similar problems, as it's easily overlooked.  My Problem: My Razer Kraken V4 Pro headset was not being detected by Razer Synapse, showing as "off or not connected with a red icon" in the Synapse interface. The OLED display on the headset was on, but showed no sound information or proper connection status. Hello, all of sudden open my razer blade 15 rz09-0300 today and showed “secure boot violation”.  I already follow some instruction from razor support but it told me to contact manufacture. what should I do from here.

The headset will only provide audio in bluetooth and the mic will only work via bluetooth as well which drastically drops the audio quality in games. Please help I’ve tried everything from factory resets to making sure my firmware and synapse is updated and also trying every combination of input and output modes. Nothing has worked :( PS I’ve also tried every single USB port on my PC to no avail.

Hello, my product is Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed, since I updated my Razer Synapse 3 to Razer Synapse 4. I faced problem with wireless power saving feature, many times it’s not working. For example, I set my mouse to enter sleep mode if idle for 2 minutes, but instead change to sleep mode, it blink and stay active. Bought my Viper Ultimate couple years back. Never had any issues with it before. However, since yesterday I noticed the dongle keeps connecting and disconnecting constantly, and the mouse won’t work. I can see how the Dongle appears and dissapears almost instantly from Connected devices. I have tried reseting it, firmware update (won’t work as it does not stay connected), I have tried connecting it to other computers and it does the same. On my Mac also, it says that the Razer device cannot be identified.  All the signs are pointing that the dongle is faulty. My question is, can I get a replacement from Razer?? I am happy to buy one if it solves my problem.  Also, I forgot to register the mouse when I bought it. Therefore I don’t think I’m entitled to any warranty, but I am more than happy to pay for another dongle, if thats my fix. Many thanks in advance
