It lights up and everything just doesn’t work type inputs are not registering 

my blackshark v2 pro wont connect and in the synapse app it is saying the device is switched off or need to be connected via 2.4 GHz but the headset is turned on and ive even tried it plugged in, it works when i have the headphone jack just not wirelessly

So. i purchassed the THX spatial audio software. Except i have an audio bug and i wanna try to uninstall it and reinstall it. except i have Razer installer that bug and tells me he can’t access the server and download anything.. so i try to download it manually on razer website except it ONLY offer me to buy it again.. so i go in my account to see if i can download the software there but it don’t appear, so i look for the mail that i got that confirm that i purchassed the software and clic on the link they gave me to go download it and it send me on the page to buy it AND I FEEL LIKE I’M GOING INSANE!!! is that too much to ask to have a website that isn’t a bloated mess with some easy to find download links? please help. 

I have recently started having issues with my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed. It won’t turn on when I hold the power button. When it’s on the charger there is a solid red light on but I can only hear audio if I hold the EQ button down. When I plug in the dongle, there is a faint white light on the dongle, then it turns off. I updated the firmware, charged it on another system, tried other power sources. The headset was randomly turning off the day before it stopped turning on, otherwise I’ve had no issues. Any advice would be wonderful, thank you!

Hello, I would like to change the email address registered to my Razer ID.The Naver email address currently registered to my account is no longer in use because I deleted that email account, so I am unable to complete two-step verification.I can still log in to my Razer ID using my Google account, but I am unable to complete the two-step verification process after logging in.If possible, could you please help me change the email address registered to my Razer ID?

Hello. i have a problem with the Razer Naga V2 Pro. The 1 Button is not working anymore when i click soft or fast. i really need to push it hard down so it works. its sad cause its a pricey mouse and after 7 Month one essential button doesnt work properly anymore. i already tried to use a compressed air spray to clean it but it didnt help.

i got my viper mini mouse in early 2023 and it has been working fine since then but just now the lights suddenly went off, and the pc is not seeing the mouse. it makes the usb connection noise but otherwise nothing. the laser is on when i plug the mouse into my pc but there is no rgb and no control, i have never dropped or smashed it. i have also tried different usb ports. could i get some help please?

Hello, My Deathstalker V2 USB dongle is not being detected by my computer.I have plugged it in directly to the motherboard and have tried to update the firmware on the usb dongle.I was able to update the firmware when plugging my keyboard in directly with a wire but cannot update it on the dongle.Is there something else I can try?Thanks!

My blackshark v3 dongle broken, i can use the headset wired but when i plug it in the dongle windows won’t recognize it and show code 43. I can’t get it to update firmware or pairing utility either since the dongle just stop working altogether. Does anyone have a fix or do i have to go to customer support where i bought it. Thanks in advance!

So the mouse is completely dead.I had to remove the device since i have some construction working.After 2-3 hours, i reinstalled it back to my pc.At first it didnt connect but it did after 30 secs or so, but after connecting for 10 secs, it randomly say deathadder low battery and completely shut down.It was still normal the night before and the dongle showed green light before it went off.Now the mouse wont even shine light when charging and the dongle is switched off.I can’t update firmware or anything as it wont connect in wired mode.

Hi all! This one is going to be a bit complicated, so I should probably provide some previous context before we go deep into this. I got the Razer Stream Controller shortly after it released, back when I was a content creator. I tried really hard to enjoy it, even if half the “initial set up” process failed for me. I reached out to Razer Support AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME, but they didn’t really help much. Loupedeck refused to fully cooperate, so it would disconnect, fail to remain online (crash consistently), and just caused numerous of issues. It then became a shelf decoration next to my keyboard collection for years.I’ve now done a fresh install of Windows 11 and decided to give it another shot. I’m not a content creator anymore, but this could REALLY change the game for working from home! However, I cannot figure out the dial setup portion? How can you setup the dials to individually control different programs instead of it grouping them all together as system volume? I really want to

For a while now my Razer Tartarus will not switch keymaps or it will get stuck. I found a way to fix it getting stuck for the most part. While annoying it is still a fix. However in middle of a game, my Keymap 2 stopped working altogether. When I try to look at synapse, my keymap 2 has copied my keymap 1. This has happened before & im not sure exactly what I did to fix it. Other then having to constantly redo my keymaps. is there any way to make sure the profile with correct keymaps stays loaded?

 I’m trying to enter information into my account but it keeps asking for my authentication code but Razor isn’t in my list on my authentication app, I can’t seem to get it to send me a new QR code either.  I also can’t find my back up codes so I’m unable to do anything.

When I turn my laptop on today my headset wasn’t working properly anymore. I used to be able to have the volume at 8-16 and hear clearly and anything over 25 would be loud. Now I have to turn it up almost all the way or hear nothing.I have to turn the application of whatever I open up to max volume as well.I have uninstalled all the razor apps and restarted my laptop before reinstalling the apps and even checking the volume output location in my sound settings.I don’t know if its related but my 7.1 Surround sound wont open. (It only worked/opened the first time I input my information back in January). I don’t know if THX is supposed to open or not either but it doesn’t. (7.1 and THX both show up as their own audio devices in the sound output but when I try to use them I hear nothing even at 100)I use Nahimic to boost the audio as well, but it doesn’t seem to be doing much at all for my headphones this time. (I even uninstalled and reinstalled it).This is like the 4th (or 5th) time this

I am trying to buy a replacement dongle for my razer viper ultimate as it has randomly started connecting and disconnecting rapidly, not sure what caused it but I am unsure what replacement to buy as all seem not genuine and razer don't seem to sell a compatible dongle

My Razer Barracuda X's (headphones) keep pausing any video i watch on them if its connected via dongle and i dont wanna connect it via bluetooth because the audio quality isn ass does anyone know a fix to this because its getting out of hand i dont know what to do because i am 100% sure its an issue with my headphones and it was only youtube at the start but now it happens on spotify and crunchyroll too can someone please save me from this.

There are several issues I’m dealing with. One is that im not allowed to put type out certain delays. For example, if i type out 0.0 so i can make a delay of 0.01 seconds, just adding a 0 after the “,” removes it and puts it back to a regular 0. The only way i can get delays under 0.1 is if i use the arrow keys (which wasn’t always the situation)Issue two is that when i try and record inputs with the setting “record delay” on, it doesn’t record the delay, instead it acts as if the setting was on “no delay”.Another issue is that i can’t have certain inputs together, like left shift and right shift.

my razzerdeathadder isnt appaering on synaps 4 and it SN isnt working i brought it of ebay so it could be fake but i hope not  

After few time I wanted a fresh install of the windows, did that with the official windows that I had a licence on my desktop also. Now my fans won’t start automatically anymore and I have to crank them up from razer synapse.Tried a recovery, nothing worked. When I install windows I have deleted all partitions and created a new one to install windows on.

If I lock my screen with WINKY+L my BlackWidow V4 keyboard is disabled and cannot log back in. I can sometimes type just one letter of password and then keyboard is totally unresponsive. I can use the On Screen keyboard, or plug in another keyboard in to complete password in order to log back in. Also while in the lock screen the RBG color changes (I use a static color) which  seems to indicate a software issue with Synapse. Also noteworthy just upgraded to Windows 11 Pro from Windows 10.
