Hey all, hoping someone's run into this before.My RTX 4070 Laptop GPU is showing Code 43 in Device Manager ("Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems") and I can't get it to clear no matter what I try. What I've tried so far, all with no change:EC reset / power drain (which helped the frame rate drop I experienced) Uninstall + auto reinstall via Device Manager Full DDU clean wipe in Safe Mode + fresh driver install (clean install option) Updated to the latest BIOS Reset BIOS to defaults Switched GPU Mode in BIOS from Dynamic Display Switch to discrete GPU only Ran sfc /scannow (found and fixed some corrupted files) and DISM RestoreHealthStill the same error after every single one of those, with reboots in between each step. At this point I'm fairly convinced it's hardware, but wanted to ask here in case anyone's seen Code 43 survive all of that and still turn out to be fixable. Appreciate any ideas before I open a repair ticket.

Dose anyone have a solution to this issue I currently have.I've recently bought the Razer huntsman v3 pro tenkeyless 8k keyboard, and using the rapid fire profile. 4/10 times when booting my pc up the lighting on keyboard dose not work, unless I go into the synapse app and under the light tab turn the light on again. I really hope there's a simple fix for this. Things I've currently trieduninstalling and reinstalling synapseDisabling windows dynamic lightingchanging to another profileChanging usb ports 

I finally purchased my first ever Razer product!I am a 42 year old man writing to you from Dubai - U.A.E. Iv been a gamer since childhood but like many couldn’t afford to buy games and Accessories growing up. Iv been a fan of Razr products since many years but still couldn’t afford it. i used to see your products online and just wish.  I finally got a amazon coupon and with the sale managed to get the Razer Hammerhead V3 x Hyperspeed. Earlier i used to use those generic cheap anker earbuds.My mind was blown after using the Hammerheads, i could hear sounds in my game that i never knew existed.I know this may sound stupid but i just wanted to share with you guys how amazing the product is and how much i love it!Thank you! 

I have had this headset for less than six months. I have reinstalled synapse and nothing appears to be working. I did nothing to create this issue or altered with any of the settings of the headset. This started occurring after I had the headset charging for some time.

Hi Reddit/Razer Community,I have a Razer Edge that I luckily won as a physical prize from the Google Play Super Weekly Prizes back in November 2025.Recently, the internal mini fan started making a severe, loud physical scraping/friction noise. It sounds like the fan blades are rubbing against the internal chassis or the bearing is misaligned.I checked the serial number on the official warranty page, but it shows "Out of Warranty" (probably based on the manufacture date). However, since I received this brand-new unit in November 2025, it is actually still within its 1-year limited warranty period. Because it was a Google prize, I don't have a commercial purchase receipt.I've tried contacting live support, but the chat window isn't loading for me. Hello,I own a Razer Enki X gaming chair that I purchased on Amazon France.The star base of the chair cracked and broke. I replaced it with a universal metal base, but it is not compatible with the original gas lift. The gas lift does not lock correctly into the new base, making the chair unstable and unsafe to use.I would like to purchase or receive the original replacement star base (5-star base) and, if necessary, the original gas lift for my Razer Enki X.Could you please tell me if these replacement parts are available and how I can order them?

my dongle all the sudden stopped being recognized by windows. when i plug it in, a faint light comes on then fades out.uninstalling and reinstalling the usb through device manager did not work.using different usb ports has not worked.i cannot use the firmware update utility or the pairing utility because the razer software does not recognize that the dongle is plugged in.the synpase software does not recognize the headset either.what can I do to fix this?  I see on the forums that this is a SUPER common issue but Razer can’t put out a fix?  come on, i paid a lot for this device!  Purchased in August 2024.

Hi everyone, my Desthstalker often won't connect to the dongle. I tried updating the firmware, but the keyboard isn't detected by the official Firmware Updater on two different PCs, even though it works perfectly for typing via cable. I've already tried several solutions, including Bootloader Mode (Esc+Caps) and uninstalling hidden apps/drivers. Do you have any other suggestions, or is it the dongle itself that's broken? Thanks.

As the title says, my Razer Naga Pro is no longer working in any way. It was working fine last night but when I tried to use it today it might as well be a brick on my desk. It is not detected by synapse, it doesn’t give off the blue light when on the bluetooth setting, the profile light also doesn’t turn on, and plugging it in with the cord doesn’t seem to work either. It was not on low battery the night before and I have tried keeping it plugged in for some time but again the mouse is not functioning. Is this a problem anyone else has had and can I get it fixed or will I need a new mouse?

I think I’ve tried everything. Including a factory reset, getting it out of demo mode, and uninstalling / reinstalling drivers. Can somebody look into my product serial number please.
