Hey guys, so my problem is that i bought a license for THX spatial audio in january this year and just yesterday everything was fine but when i booted up my pc today it told me to activate  a license again as if I never bought it. It wont even let me log into my account on the app so now I have no clue how to get it back. Anyone help?

My old phone number was already lost due to my phone being stolen but i still have access to my email. How can i have it updated? Please help me 😭 Badly need this to be updated. 

I’m trying to Install Linux on my new laptop (specifically Fedora)  The Os should work with Secure boot but Every time I try I get a red box saying to check boot policy in bios.If I disbale Secure boot it works but then when I try and use Windows I get errors regarding pin not working due to secure boot being disabled

Hello Razer Team,Good day! I got the Blackshark V2 X Headset as a gift from my friend recently. I wanted to enable the 7.1 surround sound for which I needed the activation code. The problem is when I went to register the product via my Razer ID, I got the prompt saying “The product is already registered. Contact the Razer support.”My friend didn’t claim the activation code I confirmed. Please help.

I purchased a secondhand Razer Lancehead mouse. The dongle was not included with the transaction. Can I purchase a dongle, pair it and use this mouse?

Hello.I’m trying to register my Razer Kunai Chroma Triple Pack on the Razer website, and it asks for the serial number, part number, and purchase date.I chave the part number and purchase date, but I can’t find the serial number anywhere (box or fans).👉 Do these fans have a serial number? If not, what should I enter in the S/N field?Thanks!

I just purchased a Turret for Xbox new in box only to discover that there is no dongle in the box. Since these are hard to come by, I don’t want to just get rid of it. I did a bunch of research and saw that you can pair a new dongle and the part number is RC30-028201. You still provide the dongle pairing utility for turret for xbox, which I downloaded, so I’m hoping you still have dongles somehow.

I have the exact same problem as in this thread where the tilt mechanism does not stop the chair from tilting backwards or forwards. My chair is out of warranty so I was wondering if there is any fix for this I can do? I have the iskur  RZ38-0277

Hi i have a problem my phonr number does not register on my account after several tries,rebots etc it simple does not work,i have used raze two years and it is always a oain when i use the waller because of issues like this,i want my account to register my number to buy digital currency if after trying this it does not work then ill stop usin ryzer all together

the whole numbers row except backslash doesnt work. aswell as the entire fn row including ESC and the ones on the right print screen. etc. I have tried everything i think, unplugging. closing all synapse apps, cleaning the keys shouldnt be a problem cause it happened randomly while i was on my pc not sure what caused it to happen though, its werid there must be a fix since only sdetermined keys dont work as if something disabled them

Every time I start my PC, Multiple instances of 7.1 sound set up and THX Sound set up run and I have to set up my Blackshark earphones  each time I use my computer. This occurs after uninstalling 7.1 sound and THX sound completely. Every time I start my PC 7.1 sound wants and key, which I have never gotten, and THX sound which I purchased seperately must be affiliated with my headset for it to work.  Please help.

I ordered a replacement hyperpolling dongle for my V3 Viper (faker edition) mouse, but something is stopping it from pairing. What I know so far about the issue:In Synapse, the dongle is recognized, but its pairing utility will not discover the Viper 3 mouse (is there some special button combination to put the viper into 2.4 wireless mode perhaps?)In the V3 Viper pairing utility (the standalone program specifically for the V3 Viper), the replacement dongles will not be recognized.Interestingly, my original (non-replacement) dongle for my other identical mouse IS recognized by the pairing utility, but not either of my two replacement dongles…What can i do to fix this?

i just bought a kraken v3 x off amazon and when i try to register it to get my surround sound 7.1 code, it keeps saying invalid, can u help me?

I’ve bought my headset in december 2024. For two months everything was working great when suddenly wireless dongle wasn’t connecting anymore. Windows does not recognise the dongle, I tried many things, different ports, reinstalling synapse. I tried using pairing utility and firmware updater but i couldn’t do anything because in order for the pairing utility to work i need to connect my dongle and it is not recognized. I don’t really know what to do. Does anybody have the same problem? It’s really frustrating that i have to use the headset via usb cable. 

Whatever happens, whether it be OBS, a discord call, or just a game trying to use my camera, if my kiyo is in use it will kill all my usbs and then reboot them. The camera HAS to be rebooted for my image to come back. It is very infuriating when I’m gaming as it means I lose all control over keyboards/controllers, and even moreso when streaming since it forces me to reboot the camera.I’ve had multiple parts of my computer replaced because I thought IT was the issue but I now see that the only constant thru all those problems were my camera being on.  

 This sounds dumb and couldn't find anything about this but, how would I connect this to the PC when its a micro usb to a usb c cable. It says to use the supplied usb cable (which is this, i believe) but how would this connect to the computer.
