My razer turret i have had for sometime. I need a replacement dongle as it has gone missing as i had moved. Is there any available? 

i have tried multiple times with to regsiter my product but its saying product number is invalid when i have tried all the possible combinations and everything ,so kindle help me in registering my product as i am not able to activate my 7.1 surround sound built in dac inside my basestation chroma v2.reply asap i will post the serial number and product number to official support person only to help me with my activation

Hi, my headphones stopped working a few weeks ago and i unpaired them from my pc and now i cannot pair them again, i have updated my drivers but they still won't pair. I need help because it's not my first time happen something similar, before it was the microphone and I had to return it.

in wireless mode, sometimes the mouse starts to turn off periodically for a few milliseconds, but this is noticeable and it becomes impossible to use

Since yesterday, I was hearing this strange sound somewhere around my mouse and I couldn’t figure out what it was until recently.It seems like for some reason when free spin is enabled on my mouse it does weird sounds when I try to free spin the scroll wheel, and there is another issue where the wheel itself doesn’t enter free spin for some reason… It does “free spin” on the page I’m on but physically it just doesn’t free spin anymore.I haven’t touched anything in the settings, I’m not sure if my mouse is broken or not…I had it for like 2 or 3 years now I think and everything was fine

On the right side of my underglow the colors are diffrent from the left and middle side. i changed the colors but it doesnt seem to fix the issue.

Throughout my gaming session last night from 7pm to 12am, my mouse (Razer Cobra Pro) has been stagnant at 12% and while it was charging, I would constantly check on the battery life to see if there was any increase but it decreased from 12% to 7%.  Please take note that both the wireless charging mat (Razer Hyperflux v2) and the mouse (Razer Cobra Pro) are new. 

I was trying to join a meeting using a Kiyo X webcam, and in the middle of the meeting it stopped working, the LED stayed lit, but it wasn't recognized by the PC. It appears in Razer Synapse, but when I open it in Razer Synapse, it disconnects.

I upgraded my PC, before that the microphone was working perfectly. I can only hear music and that but the microphone doesn't work. I also did it from the Control Panel, Cmd, Settings Audio, Device Manager, Start etcIt doesn't work at all, I don't know, I've been struggling for 3 hours. Is there anyone who can get into the computer to do it?

Hello everyone,I have a problem with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023. This is already my third replacement headset, and it does not solve the problem. The problem is that after some time, there is strong audio crackling, which makes gaming or watching movies impossible. It occurs after about 30 minutes and cannot be fixed. I have already repeatedly reinstalled and uninstalled the drivers, as well as performed a firmware update.There is a setting in the audio properties called "Signal Enhancement." If you disable it, the headset becomes completely useless, e.g., THX Spatial Audio as well as the EQ profiles. Is there anything that can be done?Is it a hardware issue? I also had the HyperX Cloud 3S Wireless, and I had no problems there, but I ultimately returned to the BlackShark because I find them very comfortable and they have good sound—apart from this audio problem. Are there any solutions for this? Or is a planned fix update from Razer expected in the future?Best regards,Maurice

So I recently updated the BIOS on my 2021 Razer Blade 14 to v1.08_v3. However, since I hadn’t updated my bios prior to this update, my EC version is still 1.02. I believe that the latest EC version for this model is 1.03, but I’m not sure how to go about updating it since the v1.08_v3 BIOS updater doesn’t seem to update the EC. Any help is appreciated!

i have use the mouse pad for close to a year. around 8 months into use, i noticed the light intensity of the glow weakens. i didnt think much of it and simply increase the brightness under setting. now under max setting, only the small portion glows near the connector. 95% of the rest of the mat has almost no glow at all. checking online gave me replies of many with same issue and seems theres no fix nor replacement for this. so it is normal and the lighting effect is basically one-off? kindly advise.

Hi, I just bought the Nommo V2 x speakers and would like to connect them to PS5 Pro via HDMI to my monitor which is a Alienware AW3225QF. I have tried connecting speakers to the USB out on monitor but no sound coming out? not sure if I’m missing a setting somewhere?If I can’t connect to monitor, how can I connect directly to PS? I have tried this and played with settings and still nothing coming out? So, I would prefer to connect to monitor to keep a usb port free on PS, but will do anything to get them to work. Please help me, I’m now stuck? Hi everyone, i have this issue ragarding the page tab for my Kraken V4 on Razer Synapse.Basically, in the “Synapse Tab” in section “Devices” it shows all my Razer devices (headset, mouse and webcam), when i click, it shows normally the dedicated tabs for all of them except for the headset Kraken (the page is all black).i didn’t always have this issue, only in the last month. Maybe it can be a bug for the new Synapse update?   PS: i have updated all the devices and i tried to connect it in wireless and cabled mode, reinstalled the app and repared it with no result.Thanks

I am getting the same error on my razer blade 14 (2022), that other people have already reported for their razer blade 15 (2021).When I boot up my Razer Blade 14 (2022)  with secure boot, it gives the following message:“Secure Boot ViolationInvalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in setup.”Only option at the moment is to disable secure boot. hello, my chair armrest fell off and i need a new one, however the warranty has expired, and i dont have a plan. Im willing to pay, i just need to know if this is possible. Serial: (removed for security purposes) Product number: RZ38-03720300-R3U1 I would be willing to fix my own armrest, but it came off like this, so i cant unscrew anything to get to the screws to be able to screw it back in to the arm. perhaps a whole new arm including the armrest would just be easier/faster to install 

I’m stuck in some stupid loop with the AI, and it won’t start a conversation with an agent. I was chatting with one already, but a local storm caused enough of a disruption to power to cause the lights to flicker and restart my modem. Now, I can’t get past the AI to be able to chat with an agent again. 

Hey guys,  I would like to discuss undervolting topic.  I’m very satisfied with my Blade 14. Finished BG3, KCD2 on it. Not sure but pretty positive that my GPU temperature is around 83-87 degrees when fully loaded from the very beginning. The chassis gets extremely hot in the area up the keyoboard. The back is lifted about 1cm above my desk.  So I was just thinking that for better longevity of my 4070 it would be better to sligtly alter the Voltage curve.Does anyone have some kind of ideal curve which is stable and drops down the temp a bit without affecting performance too much? Cheers and happy gaming David
