Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. The physical scroll mode switch button (the button right below the scroll wheel) has stopped responding.Here are the details of what I’ve tested so far: Button Swap Test: When I remapped the "Scroll Mode Stage Switch" function to a different button in Razer Synapse, the scroll mode switched perfectly. This makes me think the Synapse software and the internal switching mechanism are working fine. The Issue: The physical scroll switch button itself does not trigger anything at all, no matter how many times or how hard I press it. It seems like a hardware defect or a dead switch on that specific button. Is there any known fix for this, or should I proceed with an RMA / warranty claim?Thank you in advance for your help!

Since I was using the factory cable and unplugging it normally, this seems like a manufacturing defect or a common failure rather than user-inflicted damage. Can someone from support help me process a warranty claim for this? Hi everyone,I've been using the Razer Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed for a short while and I've run into a few issues I'd like to share and hopefully get some help with.**1. Fan noise amplification after disabling ANC**When I turn off ANC, my laptop fan noise becomes overwhelmingly loud — even though the fan itself isn't actually loud when I'm not wearing the earbuds. Hi — hoping a Razer staff member can help with a firmware-level issue on my Raptor 27 QHD-165 Hz (RZ39-0350). I know the monitor is out of warranty, so to be clear: I'm not asking for an RMA or repair. I'm specifically requesting a forced firmware re-flash / recovery tool, because this looks like a corrupted firmware state and the standard updater won't re-flash it.The problem: In Synapse 4 the monitor enumerates as two separate devices instead of one whenever its video link is active, and lighting changes don't reach the underglow. With the video link removed (USB-C data only), it correctly shows as a single device. So Chroma control is effectively dead whenever the monitor is actually in use.I've ruled out everything on my end:- Firmware reports current — the RZ39-0350 updater returns "No Update Required," so I can't re-flash it normally- Tried Multiple cables, connected directly to the PC, no hubs- Reproduced on two separate computers (a desktop and a Surface Pro 8) and two connecti
The bracket holding the back of my chair broke today, and I am just wanting to be able to purchase a replacement part. Its the right side recline mechanism bracket, and it currently has cracked halfway through, and has made the chair impossible to use. The chair was purchased in 2023, so it is out of its warranty period, but I am still willing to purchase the parts. The automated systems have not been helpful due to the age of the chair.
Im having issues with certain keys double or triple typing on this keyboard. EX: “The aant isss eating the graainsss”. I’ve tried everything from driver cleanup, deleting all raazerr files, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, disabling synapse altogether, blowing compresssed air into the keys. Nothing seems to help. Ive only used this keyboard maaybe 3-5 times since ive bought it so im not sure what the issue could be.

The delele key on my Huntsman V2 Analog keeps adding a “6” whenever I press it, i.e. it still performs the delete function but immediately inputs the number 6 afterwards. My Razer Enki is tilting on its side opposite the locking lever and is resting back from the smallest force. I checked the gears and found no signs of damage. I'm noticing that the mechanism can move freely while the side with the locking mechanism stays in place. My best guess is there is something more internal in the backrest that is broken. If there is a way to fix this or a part I need to replace, please let me know. Here are some photos as an example.
I’ve had the mouse for maybe 4-6 months. I cant remember exactly when i bought it. Its been working just up until today where it works when plugged in but not wirelessly. When disconnected from the usb-c, the dongle lights up green. its at 100% battery. Ive updated the firmware, uninstalled synapse, uninstalled from device manager and restarted, plugged in to every usb slot on my brand new pc. I dont know what else to do.

My Razer Blade Pro 17 has apparently overheated and warped the bottom of the computer. Is there help for this? Can I replace the battery?
I purchased a Razer Leviathan v2 recently, and I’ve noticed that Synapse 4 doesn’t have any effect when I try and change EQ or spacial audio settings. I downloaded the THX spacial audio app, which does work when I try and change settings, but it’s asking me to pay $30 to unlock the app after the trial. I tried to purchase the app through the store, made the payment, and saw the success page but then received an email saying that my order was cancelled and I should contact customer support, which I already did. I had a 5 minute chat with an AI assistant which was less than helpful. Anyone got ideas? Everything says I should be able to use Synapse 4 to EQ and calibrate THX, but no dice there, and I can’t use the special audio app until I find a way to purchase it. Thanks!
Hello since Firmware Version 2.2.0.0 for the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro, the mute button does not function porperly or functions in a weird way on Windows 11. When I press it, it mutes the microphone which is correct, but it also Turns the microphones input value in Windows to 0. The issue is when I press the button to unmute again, it does not set it back to the value it had before and it stays at 0 which means my friends and teammates are unable to here me everytime I unmute via the headsets button. Can you fix this issue? I think the button does not need to touch the Windows input Volume, as it is possible to just press a “Mute” in windows itself, so IDK why it turns the input Volume to 0 anyway as it in addition uses the Windows Mute function. Thanks for your help in advance and I hope this will be fixed in future updates, otherwise the mute button is going to be a hassle to use.
Hello,My Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro wireless dongle is completely undetected , bricked. It does not appear in Windows Device Manager, Linux lsusb, dmesg -w, or journalctl -kf on multiple USB ports and multiple systems. There is no USB enumeration at all.The mouse itself works when connected by cable, but the wireless dongle appears to be dead. I have already tried different USB ports, different computers, Windows, and Linux, but the dongle shows no sign of life.Because the dongle is not detected at all, I cannot use the firmware updater or Synapse to repair or re-pair it. Also, as far as I can see, replacement dongles for this model are not sold separately in Turkey, so I cannot simply buy a new one locally.Could you please help me get a replacement wireless dongle for my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro, or provide another solution so I can use the mouse wirelessly again?Thank you.

I am used to using the wired version of the Blackshark V2 Pro headphones No EQ button. I have had them for a few years but I wanted to use them wireless due to an issue with my computer causing videogame audio to be put through my mic even when the mic was physically disconnected or headset button muted. So I charged them and plugged in the USB dongle I had gotten with the headset and turned it on. The computer (windows 10) said it was set up and all my setting are set to input/output from the headset but no audio is coming out and no mic audio is being picked up. The headset turns on directly to a blue light and only flashes red/green when charging. I have tried to hold the power down to turn on Bluetooth connect to see if it would connect to my phone but it doesn't seem to enter the mode. It shouldn’t be Bluetooth connected to anything else as I have turned off Bluetooth on all my other devices thinking that may be the problem. I have tried a few different USB ports on the PC thinki

I have an issue with my Razer BlackWidow V4. Ever since I bought it, the Backspace key has been acting strange. It generally works, but if I spam it, it gets physically stuck in the down position. If I tap it a few times, it pops back up. This is incredibly frustrating because when I'm typing and need to hit Backspace a couple of times, it ends up erasing half my text.!--tgqphd|[]-->This is definitely not a software issue because the key physically catches and stays down. What should I do about this? Is it a known defect, or is it supposed to latch like that if pressed at a certain angle?
