I have a blackwidow v4 hyperspeed wireless. Today it started to enter in sleepd mode between typing, for example if I stop for more than 2 secs it enters in sleep mode.  I try to reste the bluetooth connection, but  it didn’t work. tried to reset to reset to default settings form synapse, it didn’t work. Try hard reseting (esc+caps+ space bar) it didn’t work. uninstall/install synpase and the latest firmware, it didn’t work. No matter what I do, the only way the keyboard works is wired (it recognices bluetooth profiles but only while wired). I need an honest suggestion, whta should I do? is there an update that I have to try or will you reimburse muy money or should I ask for a refund?

I have lost my mic for the barracuda x chroma headphone. Is there a way to get a replacement? Please help me as soon as possible.

I cannot select any of my macros except the 2026 ones in this picture. The rest seem to be “squashed” above those two, however if I click on that little gap above those 2026 ones it just becomes a blank line, and choosing delete macro gives a yes/no prompt but choosing yes doesnt change anything. I uninstalled synapse 4, deleted leftover files in programdata, appdata, and program files, reinstalled, re-logged in and its still occuring. Please help I dont know how to fix.  

Hello, I have lost my wireless dongle for the barracuda x chroma headphones (which is the object circled in green). Is there any way to replace/buy a dongle for barracuda x chroma headphones? I have also lost the object circled in red which converts the dongle’s usb-c to usb-a. Please help me replace/buy both of the lost objects. 

I am looking for a new dongle for my controller what is the best way to get a new one?

Hi, I own a Viper Ultimate  RC30-030501, and the USB dongle stopped for working for a while now, it’s a hardware problem and I wanted to know if it was possible to get a substitute dongle. I can’t see to find an official channel to get a new one

After the latest update my basilisk v3 24k (wired) scroll wheel is broken. As with previous issues everything works on the wheel except the  scrolling up and down ( click in scroll works fine). I know this a problem caused by synapses because if you take a-look at the photo i provided  the update is full of fixing scroll related issues on multiple razer devices. I keep it very clean and haven't touched it since using it before update was installed. also the mouse is about 3 months old. I have tried the following to resolve the issue:uninstalled synapses & cortex, resetting pc and reinstalling. Resetting the mouse by holding left, right & scroll click for 7 seconds while unplugged and plugging in while holding.   Uninstalling mouse from device manager resetting and reinstalling. cleaned the scroll wheel and double checked any debris or dust was cleared with compressed air. repairing all razer apps.    Used different usb ports double checked if windows was fully updated.   this i

Hi! Since this morning my keyboard doesn’t want to charge anymore. When I connect, it does show it’s charging but the battery level doesn’t increase. I’m always using the cable that came with the keyboard connected to the computer, using a different cable or charger doesn’t change this behavior. . I’ve tried a factory reset and reinstalled Razer Synapse.Any help would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Some months ago my Naga disconnected when I was playing games. After some research others had found that reducing the lighting worked, so I set my lighting from 100% to about 10% - lo, the mouse worked again. Yesterday I accidentally switched to an old profile that had 100% lighting, and it bricked my mouse. It connects for 1 second, then disconnects both from Synapse as well as my computer. However, the lighting is still on - and on the coloration of the old profile I had, so there's got to be some sort of local memory storage that remembers the profile. While originally I thought this was a software problem of Synapse, given its track record, but now it seems that it's a hardware issue with the power supply from the USB port and cable to the mouse itself. The mouse was fully functional before I swapped, and I'd like to try and get it working again. But since Synapse doesn't let me change profiles while the mouse is undetected, I need a way of turning down the lighting locally to get

Hi,I had noticed my controller double inputting triangle, both on triangle itself and the M2 button which is bound to triangle too. It is new, any ideas?

Tartarus is about 6 months old, working fine yesterday, logged in today and in game the D pad isnt working at all.Its not a mechanical issue as it works briefly if I unplug USB and plug it in again, works for about 2 or 3 inputs then dies. No idea whats happened, assume some issue with Synapse which may have updated. I run all Razer peripherals, keyboard, headset, mouse even cooling pad so dont think its a compatibility thing.

Hello, after about half a year of use my Blackshark v2 mic has started causing static and other unpleasant noises when touched or moved at all. It's fully plugged in, the notch is lined up and I can't push it in more. I want a replacement from razer before trying a third party option and I saw on the subreddit you can make a support request for one. Please give me some info on this

 I've been experiencing a strange issue with my Viper V4 Pro and I'm wondering if anyone else has seen something similar.The problemAfter moving the mouse and then leaving it completely still, there seems to be a 5-10% chance that the mouse enters some kind of bugged state.Once it happens:The wireless dongle never goes to sleep. Windows thinks there is constant activity, so the monitor never turns off automatically. If I'm watching a fullscreen video with the cursor hidden, the cursor pops up every few seconds. The issue persists indefinitely until I move the mouse again.Interestingly, if the bug does NOT occur after I stop moving the mouse, everything works normally and the mouse can stay idle for hours without triggering it.Reproduction patternEvery "move → stop" cycle is basically a new attempt:Move the mouse. Hello, I did not receive the activation code for 7.1 sound on my headphones. After registration, I expected to see the code, but it was nowhere to be found. I have already checked everywhere in my mail, in spam, in mailings and in the basket. But there is nothing anywhere. Please help me solve my problem.

So, for the past couple years I’ve had to stay on keeping the mouse charged while having 2.4GHZ on to use the mouse. otherwise even if I turn it off and keep it charging it wouldn't charge. perm stuck at 0%. It would occasionally go back to normal and charge and work wirelessly. I’ve tried resetting and power cycling it. Nothing would work. Need some real help

I’ve recently bought a Magnus pro xl with Lamborghini microsuede mag pad mat. After a day of gaming my mouse was flat. I’ve checked and everything is connected properly (it is)  & it turns out the metal desktop interferes. razer recommend placing the hyperflux on top of the mag pad mat, which I have done but still having issues. I have even tried another fabric mat under the hyper flux but still having the same issue. The only solution I have found it to hold up the mouse mat. Any ideas how I can get round this issue.
