hello. I ordered a customized Razer Orochi V2 over a week ago. It was supposed to be here on Saturday (5/30) but as of today, 6/5, I have not had any updates as to where it is. I filed a missing mail claim but am unsure of who to speak to here regarding my item.
Today the audio on my headset was not working with the 2.4Gh dongle so i switched the source form the Blackshark - chat to Blackshark - Game and got audio but only from Internet Browser but audio from games and spotify would not come through even though the the computer was showing audio playing. I tested wired and the audio works like normal on the computer. Bluetooth without the dongle on the pc/phone works correctly.
The pad under the 20 key just fell off my Razer Tartarus Pro and I can’t find replacements . Does anyone know if replacement pads are available and where I might buy them?

Brand new Razer Nommo V2 Pro speakers, left speaker RGB works but has no RGB, makes everything look uneven. Is it broken? Or is it something I can fix? Pins in back of connector from left to right speaker are fine. Right speaker is also fine.
Hey, i have been using my Razer Wolverine V2 for a long time, one month ago it had this same issue the solution was Unninstalling Controller. Its currently happening the same but, the fix i sayed doesnt work anymore.Whenever i click the Xbox button windows does the plugging a device sound (even tho i didnt unplug/plug) and windows says “USB Device not recognized” and it blinks twice. Razer Controller doesnt pick it up does neither an online controller tester. (PS: Sorry for bad english, i am not a native english speaker and it doesnt have a warranty)
When muting the mic from the headset Synapse instead turns the microphone off instead of muting it that zeros the mic volume. When you un-mute the volume stays at zero.
Hello, I’m having issues with TPM 2.0 attestation error messages when attempting to play Call of Duty Warzone and ranked play since Friday. Last successfully played on Thursday. I can’t see what could have changed, unless there is a stricter version of TPM implemented in the game. I have been unsuccessful with all my attempts:-Update customer firmware and installed latest bios: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14657-Windows up to date-Reset TPM activation keys with tpm.msc command (had to re log/setup all my MS services again)-Reinstalled the game Still the TPM error message issue persists. TPM 2.0 is active. Is there a new BIOS update required here, or TPM specific update? I see TPM updates for other models, but nothing for the Blade 15” 2023 model listed in the title.Thanks
These headphones are terrible—the microphone quality has dropped significantly in just a couple of months. At first, the microphone quality was very good and it worked fine during the test in the Synapse software, but recently it has stopped working. The computer detects the microphone, but the software doesn't. The mic sounds like it belongs on a $1 pair of headphones. The price of these headphones makes no sense given such poor performance. If you use the headphones on another Bluetooth device and then switch back to Hyperspeed mode, you’ve already ruined the headphones. This is the last time I’m buying Razer headphones.
Hi everyone,I've recently started having an issue with the R key and 4 key on my keyboard. Other than that, the keyboard has been excellent.So far, I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:Performed the Esc + Caps Lock + Spacebar reset. Tested the keyboard on another device. Tried different USB ports. Cleaned underneath the affected keys. Updated the firmware and drivers. Removed the wrist rest and tested without it. Closed all Razer software and tested the keyboard.One thing I've noticed is that when I press the R or 4 keys, they do not register at all. In Razer Synapse, pressing other keys triggers the ripple lighting effect, but pressing R or 4 does not trigger any lighting effect either on the keyboard or within the software. The keys appear completely unresponsive.Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on what else I can try?I attempted to contact Razer Support, but it appears my warranty has expired, and I wasn't able to find a way to reach them di
When I launch Razer Chroma RGB app it immediately gets stuck in “Updating...” and never finishes. I have tried reinstalling it but that does not work.
Hello,My mute button randomly just broke by itself it is the small while plastic under the black mute button. Is there any way to get an replacement of this part? Hi all. My Razer 18 5070 will drain the battery while plugged in. When I’m doing general office work, browsing its will go down to 98 or 96% while plugged in, and when gaming down to like 80% while plugged in. I’m using the power bring that came with the laptop. When idle the battery goes back up to 99 or 100%. Is this normal? I’ve not have a laptop do this before. Thank you.
Hi allI’m currently facing a strange issue where my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) isn’t working at all, when I’m using it with my Razer Blade 15 running windows 11. On my company laptop running Windows 10 everything works fine.On the Razer Blade, when I start any audio playback, the best that happens is jerky audio. Playing a Youtube video also isn’t possible. It jerks a few times until Youtube displays an error message “Error during audio playback. Please restart your computer.” Windows Test sounds are also only prompting error messages. Spotify isn’t playing anything, but also not showing any error message.When I choose another audio device (e.g. integrated speakers or USB speaker) everything works fine, even without a restart. Needless to stay, that a restart didn’t fix the issue yet.I already tried to reinstall the driver under windows devices, updated the firmware, tried uninstalling Synapse software (which was never running on the company windows). I know there’s a ton of threads about this, but the usual fixes did not work for me. Running as admin, unzipping with 7zip and running the exe inside of the installer, windows update, etc… I fixed it, so I’m making this thread with another solution. Just got a new Black Widow and the R button stops working after every 5th or so click. I have tried resetting, uninstalling and yet it still happens. Is this an error and if so how do I send it back?
Hey I've been having trouble with my viper v3 pro charging I've tried multiple different chargers including the one provided and I've updated the mouse to the newest update and it wouldnt go above 6% and it's been charging for the last 2 days do you have any other options I could try.
