I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 a couple of years ago but threw away the box. I am trying to get a 7.1 surround sound activation code but it says I need the serial number of the product. This number (hidden under the earpad) is partially unreadable (the last 5/6 digits of it). Anything I can do? I have receipt of purchase.

So I have got my blackshark V2 X wired with jack output. Set the device, downloaded the 7.1 surround system and activated. Selecting the 7.1 surround sound as default from windows and “Realtek(R) audio (Headphones)” from the 7.1 software and no sound comes from the headset.  When I select “Realtek(R) audio (Headphones)” from windows I hear the sound all good from the headphones… just trying to get the 7.1 surround sound to work. Help would be appreciated.  

Hi just buyed the Blackshark v2 x and installed Surround Sound 7.1. I set it up but there is no audio coming out of it when i switch it back to the “High Definition Audio Device (ect)” then it does work but it doesn’t work when its on “Luidsprekers (7.1 Surround Sound)” and i can’t find a way to fix it.

The left and right click of my Cobra isn’t working till these few days ago. Initially uninstalling Razer Synapse seems to have gotten it to work. But upon a few shut downs and restarts later, both clicks just doesn’t work. Plugging it to my laptop to test seems to have the same results. Can’t left or right click, but all other function still works. Trying the Device Manager method of trying to update the driver  (already the latest). Uninstalling the driver device and restarting still get me this same result abot

I am having some bad battery swelling on my Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model.  Where is the best place to get a replacement battery?

So I bought the Razer Kraken 4X headset last month. It worked after I installed Synapse. Recently however the sound wheel stopped working. Changing the volume in the Windows Sound Mixer doesn't help, neither does changing the volume in Synapse.  I've reinstalled Synapse, manually removed the Windows driver for it, but nothing seems to help. I even got forced into making a Razer account, but I can't seem to contact customer support regardless. The volume is stuck now. How do I make the headset work like it is supposed to?  It shouldn't be THIS hard to change the volume right?? It is getting quite frustrating at this point.

Hi. Im playing the Oblivion remaster and want to use the hypershift function. I want to set my normal macros, then press the MMB to activate hypershift so i can use 1-8 to change my weapons. This does not work. And now the mouse is acting like its stuck in hypershift and the normal macros arent working. To clarify, i changed Button 1 to left shift (sprint) and button 12 to left ctrl (sneak). Seemed to work fine. Then i changed MMB to hypershift and left the macros stock so i can press it and have 1-8 to change my weapons then release hypershift and go back to my normal macros. But now without pressing the hypershift button (MMB), its using the hypershift button setup. Anyone know whats up with this?

I purchased the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro in Nov of 2024. By Feb of 2026, just outside the 1 year warranty, the right trigger won’t register a click using the trigger stops unless I press fairly hard on it. This is a big issue when playing FPS games where you rapidly need to hit the right trigger. There seems to be an issue with the micro switch when in trigger stop mode. Unfortunately, there is no support once outside the 1 year warranty. I just tried and got the following message “Your product is out of limited warranty and ineligible for free support. If you have a RazerCare Protection plan, willing to pay a repair fee (for laptops only), or feel this is an error, please make the appropriate selection. Proof of purchase is required if you do not have a RazerCare Protection plan. We recommend posting your questions to our Razer Insider where you may get your answer faster.” For what it’s worth, it was the best controller I have owned, but was expecting better reliability for the premium

Hello Razer Support, I have owned my Razer Barracuda Wireless headphone for only 5 months and the headphone stopped to turn on one day. It did not indicate that it was low on battery, the next day it just wont turn on. Then I left it to charge using the cable that it came with, and it flashes red instead of a static red LED light. Does anyone know what is going on? Is it a faulty battery? Will it be covered under warranty?  Thanks

I bought the Razer Basilisk V3 mouse less than a month ago, and the scroll wheel broke. It lost tension and is loose, even though I barely used the mouse. not the one on the left or the one on the right. I want the warranty and a replacement.

Hi there,I have a really annoying problem with my new Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset. Whenever I use the custom EQ and the Synapse software isn't running, the headphones are much quieter than with any of the other preset EQs. They're definitely 50% quieter, and the maximum volume is way too low. As soon as I start the software, the sound immediately gets much louder, without the volume percentage changing. It doesn't matter how the custom EQ is set. Even with all the sliders at their maximum, the sound is still much too quiet. The same problem occurs with any Bluetooth connection, regardless of the device (TV, PC, phone). Unfortunately, using the headphones via Bluetooth is no fun at all. Do I have to return them, or is there a solution to the problem? Thank you very much and best regards.

Leider weist das Gerät von Beginn an einen reproduzierbaren Fehler auf: Nach etwa 15 Minuten Betrieb stellt die rechte Maustaste (RMB) komplett die Funktion ein.Details zum Fehler: Workaround: Die Taste funktioniert erst wieder, nachdem ich das USB-Kabel physisch vom PC trenne und neu einstecke. Danach hält die Funktion erneut nur für ca. 15 Minuten an. Software-Ausschluss: Der Fehler tritt unabhängig von der Software auf. Ich habe es mit Razer Synapse 4 sowie komplett ohne installierte Treiber (Plug & Play) an verschiedenen USB-Ports getestet. Aktualität: Firmware und Treiber sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Da das Gerät noch keinem Monat alt ist und die Standard-Fehlerbehebung (Reset, Port-Wechsel, Software-Neuinstallation) nicht geholfen hat, gehe ich von einem Hardware-Defekt aus.

Hi.I ordered and paid Razer laptop cooling pad, I didn’t get email and I don’t have information in  orders list  

So I got my Razer Kiyo from a pawn shop and have been trying to get it set up as just a webcam I don’t stream or anything but every time I plug it into my laptop it disconnects my volume controls and makes it that even my headset doesn’t even connect I’ve tried for hours, watched many videos on how to get it but nothing has worked and even downloaded the software that the instructions have said to get can someone help or did i just waste my money.

Hello, when I try to register my black shark v2 x it says it’s already registered. does this mean it’s a used one? if not how can I fix this issue? please help.

i have my monitor connected via usb c cable but it’s not being detected.  I tried usb c to usb a and still nothing.  It appears that the drivers for the upstream are corrupted because it used to show as Razer Raptor in device manage but now its showing up as a generic billboard device.  any help would be greatly appreciated.

Having two new mice (black and white), I discovered that they have different encoders.The white mouse has a KAILH encoder.The black mouse has a RAESHA encoder.In the white mouse, the wheel rattles and the cutoffs are not clear, in the black one, the cutoffs are clear and there is no rattleI also found different finishes.The white one has matte and rough plastic.The black one has matte and smooth plastic.Razer, I'm disappointedI demand an explanation as to why one of my mice seems to be defective.
