Razer iskur XL seat is broken and leans to the right and is broken where the seat connects to the backrest and moves freely. I don’t have a warranty and am just in search of purchasing a replacement part.

Hi, I have not used my headset for a while and only maybe handful of times in the past. Anyway lately I wanted to play Arc raiders, so I charged the headset and try to use it. The problem is the headset doesn’t show up on my PC. I only get a blue static light and I can’t hard reset or do anything with it.Connecting to 3.5mm cable works, but I want to use wirelessly.Seems pretty poor for a headset hardly used to just die like that. I have tried pressing power button to reset, tried to update firmware and pair using razer tool but can’t get past the pairing part where it ask to plug dongle.what can I do? I was going to buy another new one but want to see if I can fix first. S/N:AC2227D23801879

My main drive didn’t work properly so I bought a new one then after I install my new main drive my THX spatial audio cannot be installed, but I still have the order ID and my activation code can someone help me please I need my THX spatial audio back. Thank you! 

I noticed that on Mac OS the Razer Synapse 4 preview software is available including the chroma tools for color schemes… however my new Thunderbolt 4 dock is shown as supported devices… is there any chance that you might support changing the color schemes of the thunderbolt 4 dock from Mac OS as well please?? I also tried adding a windows laptop temporary… then I can change the colours but when disconnecting and connecting the Mac again the color scheme is reset again.. I don’t need advanced changes but just some color scheme options would be much appreciated (even if I need to set them through a windows laptop but then just store the scheme on the device firmware please? Regards,Nico   

Hey all, I just bought an open box blade 14(2025). Love the computer but have noticed some weird issues with it. It doesn’t bog down when gaming but when I get my stats afterwards, slightly concerned. When playing FC25, I run at 100% of my CPU. It also runs very very hot. The performance setting is set to 42000rpm. I have now manually changed it to the max which I believe is 5700rpm which I think has slightly decreased temps to 80. It sits flat on a desk, looking at getting a stand for it with fans to lower even further. But my main issue is the cpu and GPU usuage. I have attached a photo of the last stats. Is this an issue with how I’m set up, or does this device need to go back to Canada Computers.   

my razer account is locked and I need to do human verification. I did that but when I submit, I was stuck at the page to choose which phone number to choose, stating that 'kyc transaction in progress, try again later' how long does this kyc transaction takes

Everything about my Razer Kaira Pro is great but the cushion at the ripe that would be on the top of my head. The cover of that has now started to pull out of the headset I tried putting it back in there is no rips tears or any form of damage done to the headset it was intact yesterday and I woke up today and all of a sudden the back of the cover is now loose and the cushion is exposed I tried to put it in but the td not working how do I fix this 

Hey guys, I’ve had my V1 Leviathan for well over 7 years now and its now giving the issue of turning off within the 15 minute window I’ve been seeing. I see a possible firmware update and some have said new power supply. Any recommendations?

Device: Razer Ornata V3 Tenkeyless  Hardware Revision PID: 02A3  VID: 1532  MI Interface: MI_02  Firmware: REV_0200Issue:SignalRGB loads the Ornata V3 TKL plugin, hooks HID successfully, and creates 87 LEDs. However, the keyboard flashes multiple times and then all lighting shuts off. No lighting effects are applied.Observations:- Plugin opens endpoint.interface = 2, usage_page = 0x0001 (generic HID), not a vendor-defined RGB endpoint.- No Razer Synapse processes running.- Device enumerates as USB\VID_1532&PID_02A3&MI_02, which is not included in the plugin’s supported PID list.- Behavior matches incorrect protocol being sent to the RGB controller.Conclusion:This appears to be a new hardware revision of the Ornata V3 TKL with PID 02A3. Plugin needs PID addition and possibly updated packet format.Request:Please add support for PID 02A3 to the Ornata V3 TKL plugin and confirm whether the RGB protocol matches existing Ornata V3 variants.

I made a purchase and the bank deducted the money, but they didn't send me the invoice, and I have to pay again because the purchase doesn't appear as completed, even though the payment was made. 

Hi, I'm unable to open a warranty ticket for the Hanbo Chroma 240aio. One of the AM4 standoffs broke off into the screw, and I lost another screw. Please assist. I can provide purchase receipt from Newegg and pic of the broken standoff and screw when I get home a little later today.

been looking online for a couple of days for help with issues with my keyboard dimming found a guide from razor followed all of the steps except for updating my firmware and nothing helped but considering the only huntsman v2 firmware on the list is for the analog that doesn't work for mine so if i could get some help in finding this firmware id appreciate it

I tried using wireless with the dongle and it was working fine until it disconnected 5 minutes after and stopped working. I tried restarting my pc, that didn’t work. i tried using the Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility but it wasn’t recognizing the dongle on any of my usb ports.

Hello Razer Support Team,I am having an issue with activating Razer 7.1 Surround Sound after reinstalling Windows.I am using a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. When I first purchased the headset, I successfully activated the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. The activation worked correctly at that time.Recently, I reinstalled (formatted) my computer and installed Razer 7.1 Surround Sound again. After logging into the same Razer ID account that was used previously, the software asks me to activate 7.1 Surround Sound again using an activation code.However, when I enter the original activation code that came with the headset, the system returns an error stating that the code has already been used.

I have a Razer Naga Pro v2 Mouse, and I'm trying to connect to my working laptop via bluetooth, but the mouse keeps connecting to a different device that I'm unware.!--startfragment>Initially, I found it was connecting automatically to my macbook, I've opened the bluetooth settings from my macbook and clicked on "Forget this Device" but the mouse was still making a connection to a paired device. If I pressed the combination to pair to a new device, he isn't doing it. It gets stuck on that already stablished connection where there isn't any of it.I've also tried to reset the mouse to factory settings using synapse, but no success as well.!--endfragment>

Does anyone know where I can obtain another dongle for the Razer Turret. I know I can connect bluetooth, but I would also like another dongle, and I for the life of me can’t find mine. hi i lose my old phone number so I can't have my authentication codes or backup codes. I wanted to pay with my Razer , but I couldn't pay without a the codes so I need help.

I have a 3440x1440 alienware 21:9 oled monitor. Competitive games give me way more fps at the 21:9 1080p resolution (2560x1080) on my system. That being said, I opened nvidia control panel and added the resolution since it was not showing in display settings. After that it shows up in display settings and I can change my resolution to 2560x1080. I just installed razer cortex and the custom resolution does NOT show up in optimze. It is trying to set my game settings to 3440x1440. I did try uninstalling it and reinstalling. I also tried removing the custom resolution from nvidia control panel and re-adding it after I reinstalled cortex. Still no 2560x1080 resolution in cortex.Just a quick edit. It does show the 2560x1080 resolution in league of legends and pubg so it appears this is only an issue in cyberpunk 2077.

I’m planning to order a new Razer Blade 16. I want to pay out of my company account. My accountant says that the invoice has to have company name and VAT number to be valid. As it is intra-community supply of goods the VAT rate should be 0%. How do I make sure I get the correct data on invoice?

My Viper V3 Pro battery has been draining quite fast for the last week or so.  Any one else experience this?  It does down to 50% after about 16 hours of low use (office work, watching YouTube). I’ve only had the mouse since last December.  Settings haven’t changed, 1000Hz polling, 1600 dpi.

Hi, I just picked up a pair of Razer Blackshark Pro v2 that I’m wanting to use for my PS5. Is there currently any way to apply custom EQ settings for this headset while it’s being used on the PS5? The instructions say to use the Razer Audio app, however it appears the app is no longer compatible with this model as it will not show up in the app even when the headset is connected to my phone via Bluetooth. I also read that connecting the headset to my computer and changing the custom EQ in Synapse doesn’t actually apply that EQ when unplugged and connected to the Playstation.
