Hi!My dog chewed the 2.4 GHz dongle for my Razer Barracuda X (2021) and there’s no replacement online.Does Razer offer replacement dongles for this version anywhere or are there compatible alternatives? I contacted support a few years back but nothing got solved. :(I appreciate any advice!

Hi, I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X yesterday. I'm trying to register it, but it says it's already registered. It was completely sealed when I bought it. Is it possible to somehow re-register the product and get the code for function 7.1?

On Windows, when I press the Windows key + L, the screen locks.When I try to unlock it, I enter my PIN/password and I'm on the home screen.After unlocking the screen, the "L" button remains pressed until I press the spacebar (the membrane is fine, the button isn't physically pressed).Why is this happening - is there any way to fix it?

Hey I have some old devices using the gen 1 hyperspeed wireless stick. now I want to have another new one with gen 2. Will the stick comes with the gen 2 device be compitable with my old gen 1 devices? I don’t want to have two sticks on my computer as that would destroy the whole point of this.

I’m not able to reach the correct person. There is no clear method to contact support for issues with the website. I’ve added this info to my support ticket as well.The RMA form at: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/rma/self_service/token/Does not function. It refuses to let me enter anything into the address fields.I’ve tried both firefox and chrome. Neither work.There are javascript errors on the page about a google maps API not being available.Please fix the errors so I can move forward with the RMA process.

Hi, yesterday night, while playing Overwatch and in a comp game, my Viper V2 Pro decided to just stop clicking. For no apparent reason at all. I have tried to see what was wrong, repaired synapse, reinstalled drivers, and even factory resetting it. But it just doesnt want to click. It is only 2 months old. Does anyone have any solutions?

Hello, i bought the razer blackshark v2 x, but i have problem when i register the headset where the item is already registered but not under my razer id. I cant get the activation code for 7.1 surround. How can i fix this?

This may sound strange, but the solution to your Razer peripheral problem might be in your Device Manager. For years, my Razer Huntsman keyboard was failing to work on a few specific keys: "Z", "Y", ".", and "/". Several months ago, my Razer Naga Trinity started having left-click issues. Sometimes it would double-click, sometimes it wouldn't hold the click, and sometimes it wouldn't click at all. And recently, the left-click on the mouse scroll wheel (when you push the scroll wheel to the left) stopped working altogether.The modular side of my Razer Naga Trinity mouse also started to show some inconsistencies, not detecting the pressing of the buttons.Now, at this very moment, I opened my Windows Device Manager. Razer Blade 14 is bubbling and I’m out of warranty. Frankly this has been the case for a while I just was using this in one place with external mouse and keyboard so it wasn’t an issue / i didn’t really notice. Any suggestions what to do? Razer support simply tells me to come here and start a post given the warranty issue.

Hello everyone!I just got Blackshark V2 X. The headset is working fine, but my Windows 11 cannot detect the microphone. I have tried updating and reinstalling my Realtek drivers, but nothing helps. The microphone is not even displayed in the input devices. Since my laptop only has one jack port, I can’t use a splitter cable. I have tested the headset with the phone, and the microphone is working fine, but it seems my system cannot detect it. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you!

It was working fine one day then the next it happened out of no where.
