hey there, i play for several years with a razer tartarus pro and for some reason my character aim the sky and no possibility to change that, it seems to be the game keypad ‘s fault because it ‘s ok if i put it off...so if someone had the same problem and is able to help me to resolve it, it would be nicethx by advance

I have a iskur v1 xl chair that I bout in 2021 and the cylinder has started to not keep the hight and lowers slowly I want to replace the cylinder. It is not in warranty anymore but I have no problem purchasing a cylinder but I don’t know where to find one that works with this chair.

The right arm on my Razer Iskur Fabric XL has broken off. Both arm rests had cracked and been unstable almost since I got the chair but I just let it slide, but now the right arm has broken off and I can’t seem to reattach it at all properly, is there any way to get arm replacements? I won the chair from a Razer giveaway itself so this is quite heartbreaking that the arm has broken off entirelyThanks

Opening a new topic on this since the original one (https://insider.razer.com/topic/show?tid=180&fid=10) is closed and has invalid information on top of it.For starters the “fix” from the Master Guide that was posted by csuntico is not a fix. It’s the instructions on how to turn the unit on. They state “disable standby mode” in the manual but that’s because what the unit does is power on into standby mode and then you push power on the control pad to turn it on, this is not what I am looking for.I want to permanently disable auto standby as it is stupid, disruptive, and breaks a lot of audio recording software and DAWs that are not expecting speaker devices to just disappear from the system.The comments about “it’s in the SETTINGs tab” are also not relevant to the V1 Nommo Pro, only the V2 has that tab. V1 only has SOUND and LIGHTING tabs. I’m not going to buy a Nommo Pro V2 because they are clearly an inferior set, and I’m not sure why they are called V2 of the Nommo Pro - they do

I have this mouse for some time now, and it is disconnecting and connetcing randomly.I already tried to change the computer power output settings (so its USB output doesnt turn off), tried on other computers, and allways directly on the native USB port of the PC.

when i power on the leviathon v2 the source light stays green there is no choice in the sound source to switch to so i tried bluetooth and it will not show up in settings to pair this is a lot of money to pay to have theese sort of problems.also i notice on ytube videos it makes a noise when turning on mine is silent any help please

hi i have blackshark v2 x i have downloaded 7.1 Surround Ihave been loged in and did all stuff my problem is when i switch to speakers 7.1 and pu it in headphones ther is no sound all muted nothing can any one help me? 

I purchased my Razer Basilisk v3 mouse for its ergonomic features (helps with some wrist pain) and I’ve been trying to use it for the past 3 months but it’s been difficult without some frustration.  The mouse itself works well but the mouse wheel seems to scroll way too freely and is sensitive to the point that even when I don’t move the mouse wheel and just move my mouse over a document, there will be a slight up and down scroll when not intended.  Is this a hardware fault?

I’m new with the software and I really liked how it fixed one of my favorite game: Helldivers 2. It’s on steam and cortex detected it immediately like some others. Thing is, its showing me another game I play on steam and it seems to have infos about my background from it. The game is Smite 2. But the software asks me to install it even though it already is. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same issue. I have already seen all you posts about troubleshooting. The problem is not on my end. Hello, my beloved Razer fans! I have a Razer Blade 16 (RZ09-0483TEH3-R3E1). I bought it not so long ago, in July 2025. And since that time, every time I play any game, at a random moment, the laptop freezes completely. Only a full reboot saves. I've been putting up with it all the time.  I found somewhere on the forum that it is necessary to download Int9el Arc Control and update something there - it does not help. I play absolutely any game with normal temperatures(I have Razer Laptop Cooling Pad) and downloads, at a random moment the laptop freezes, and the sound goes on.  Can you tell me if anyone has encountered such a problem and successfully solved it? I've already started analyzing Windows error dumps. For example, LiveKernelEvent 141, LiveKernelEvent 144 etc. Thank you for your reply and advice!

Hi everyone,I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset. The left side frequently cuts out, and I have to carefully adjust the volume knob on the right side to get the sound back, usually after a lot of crackling and fiddling.The headset is no longer under warranty, so I’m wondering:Is it worth trying to repair this, or Would it be smarter to start looking for a new headset?Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,Ad

Hello, I'm looking for the sizes of thermal pads for my Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2022, I can't find information anywhere, please help

I’ve tried everything, and from what I gather online everyone has the same problem with this product since Synapse 4 came out. I contacted the warranty department and they tell me its out of warranty even though its obviously a problem on their end, considering everyone with this same product is having the same problem. I have tried with different USB ports (directly in the motherboard) Tried reinstalling the firmware and unninstalling and installing Synapse 4 to no avail. We just want a solution please the headset is one of the best products I’ve had and it worked fine for a year. Now I can only use it while connected by cable which way cheaper headsets already do.  

Hi can anyone confirm if i purchase a controller of razer.com for the uk and say the item has any scratches or any other kind of damage will i be chatged for any type of shipping or am i entitled to.a full refund as i want to buy the raiju v3 but had loads of issues wirh controllers coming damaged or scratched up and had to return them so need to know this info on how it works

There was no activation code in the box, so I registered them online through RazerID and received my activation code in the mail, then I entered it in 7.1 Surround sound WITHOUT ERRORS, but it says that the code is invalid, what should I do?

Hi, I'm having a small problem with my Razer Black Widow V3 Hyper Speed. It won't connect to my device via Bluetooth, wireless, or cable. In addition, the LEDs are flickering completely wrong, which means that when I want to change the LED colors, nothing happens. The manual says I should press a certain key combination, such as Control FN and two. Unfortunately, my keyboard doesn't do what it's supposed to do, but instead does something completely different. Could you help me with this?
