So i bought this Razer cobra online, and it does look pretty authenticI connected it to my laptop and the updated razer synapse recognized the mouseBut as i tried to check online using it’s serial number, it says error occurred  

Hello, I’ve had my laptop since 2021 June and the battery has died. It no longer charges. We tested the wattage on the charger and the charger works perfectly but the battery itself is not charging at all. I tried everything I could and looking at the battery report it’s obvious.  I desperately need to find a replacement battery for my computer and don’t know what to do! It’s a razer blade 14, and my favorite computer ever I would hate to have to part with it if I can’t find a replacement. please help I’m begging!!

Hey Guys! the dongle just stopped working, it wont connect my mouse anymore, I need to connect it via cable. I tried it from different ports too, still no success sadly. Is there a way or a solution for this? Also thanks already for the support! Kind regards!

When I got a new Razer Keyboard and installed it, it immediately took over my desktop image and nothing I seem to do will remove it. When background pic is changed, it lasts about 5 sec then fades and is taken over by the Razer background, very annoying. Please, someone help.

I just bought a new Razer 14 and have found that YouTube videos start in sync between Audio and video, but as they run the video starts to lag the Audio, such that by the end of a 10 minute video it can be 5 seconds out of sync. I’ve noticed if I change between the resolution options (it doesn’t matter which resolution I choose… just a change matters) it will re-sync the Audio and video. I’ve tried updating all drivers, disabling different setting,  it nothing seems to correct it.  Does anyone have any ideas?  

My Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition Controller won't turn on nor is it being recognized after the most recent drivers update. Since I deleted the device from my device manager and then reconnected it, I am unable to revert the drivers to an older version. So the controller is currently not usable for me. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? And what is the fix for this? I cannot imagine that Razor published a software which (according to several Reddit threats) makes a fairly new device completely unusable for several months. Please help.

I am in critical need of help because my keyboard inputs do not work at all, not a single one of them. I am completely locked out of my computer starting with the Windows sign on page. One of the LED lights that supposed to be on at all times signaling the keyboard is unlocked is currently turned off somehow. I have looked through the entire internet, trying to find someone who knows how to enable it again. I even tried factory resetting the keyboard using Escape, Tab, and Space Bar, but that made it even worse so that even if I tried to change my password in my Windows login tab, it doesn't register there either. I need help. I have no access to my computer at all.

Bought the Razer Enki X - Black / Green back in 2021 and now there is an issue where the chair is leaning. I don’t see any cracks or creases but has a sunken in feeling. I was looking for parts so i could upgrade or fix it. would just replacing the base with another work? dose it have to be razer? 

I’m not looking for a free replacement as its out of warranty, but i am looking to buy a replacement. Is this something that is Available i cant seem to find it any where.

Hi Razer Support Team,I need help submitting a warranty claim for a Razer Rogue 17 Backpack V3 that was purchased less than a year ago.  The top zipper broke off, making the bag’s top pocket unusable.  This seems like a manufacturing defect, and the product should still be under warranty.I’ve tried the official warranty portal at mysupport.razer.com, but: The backpack is not listed under Lifestyle Products. The system requires a serial number, but after thoroughly checking the bag (all compartments and seams), we could not locate one. Attempts to use “Other Support” routed me back into loops or unrelated categories. I do have: Proof of purchase (receipt/order #) Photos of the broken zipper Could someone from Razer please advise on how I can proceed with an RMA / warranty claim for this backpack? If there’s a direct contact path for accessories/gear not listed in the portal, I’d really appreciate guidance. Thanks very much

What is the process for receiving a faulty product, from what I can tell I will receive a refund for sending back, but will pay shipping fee to return on the pre-printed labels. Any estimates on the pre-printed shipping costs or better to sort myself. Keyboard has couple of issues and not even able to get a single use out of it. First time ordering from Razer and I am not impressed so far. Not a happy customer! If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be amazing, thanks

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

I bought a Razer Ripsaw X off of eBay about a month ago, and I’m just trying it out now. It keeps feeling hot to the touch and is not showing the green light whenever I plug it in. It says “No Video” on OBS whenever I check. Am I screwed?

Hello,I’m really frustrated with the current situation. I specifically need to use version 5.9.1 of Loupedeck because it’s the only one that still supports the Razer plugins (including Key Light Chroma). However, I can’t properly log in anymore since the old client doesn’t allow Google login or even email login due to outdated authentication.This leaves me stuck: If I update to the latest version (6.x), the Razer plugins don’t work at all. If I stay on 5.9.1, I can’t even sign in, which makes the version unusable. I feel like I’ve lost access to functionality that I originally bought the hardware for, and it’s really disappointing that there’s no official solution. Is there any plan to restore compatibility, or at least provide a way to use 5.9.1 in offline mode so we can keep controlling Razer devices as intended?Thank you for your time, but I hope this issue is taken seriously — it’s frustrating not to have a working path forward.

Hello!I wanted to know what happens when I place an order with my correct address and somehow my order ends up with a different shipping label and sent to a completely different state and FedEx tracking shows it was delivered to that wrong address on the label with no signature and the evidence is on the website with the picture delivered to an address on a different state. Every time i contact support to get an update about it I see a new case opened up in my profile and Im already at 3 tickets trying to solve this like how does that happen? Do I get a replacement or is my only legal option to file claim and disupute with my credit card company with the evidence that I did not receive the package to the correct address? I just want my son to be comfortable while gaming after his chemo sessions and I am STRESSED OUT and tired. Support has been kind of good but the messages seem very generic like "we are working on it" but thats all I get with no information as to how the internal team

Hello ! I am a happy user of a Razer Blade Stealth 13” (2020) | RZ09-03102, I don’t have windows on it. I have installed a linux based distrib and I am quiet happy with it.I would like to update the bios & firmware as proposed by razer. I can do it only on windows, so I am planning to recover windows on the laptop.I have seen that i can use this system recovery stick  https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2044/~/how-to-create-and-use-a-system-recovery-stick-for-the-razer-blade But is not a .iso, it is a .zip and I don’t really know what to do with it.1/ Do I necessarily need a windows already installed to create the USB recovery stick ? If no, what can I do with the .zip ?2/ Is windows adding special files when using the “Create a recovery drive” entry in the Settings ?3/ If yes, can i use any other computer with windows installed on it to create the stick ? Thank you Razer Community !

I got my headphones , specificlly kraken x lite , and i have noticed that the microphone is pretty quiet when i use it in games. And since i decided to give Surround sound app a try in order to try and optimise it. However i need to register my headphone device but i cant do it without a proof of purchase. I was thinkin i either just take a pitcure of the box and headphones , but i doubt thats going to work , or i dont know..Either way , note that i cannot contact the gifter for the proof , due to them not being around anymore.I know the date of purchase if that means anything.
