There is just a static red light and there is not audio I’ve tried hard resetting and the razer synapse 4 software says its not on but its connected to the computer and when I tried resetting it the light would turn off green then back to the static red.

Hey everyone im trying to find out if I can get my razer nari ultimate headset fixed the batter is starting to die really fast and the device when using a wired connection is getting a bad echo is there any way to get this fixed or do I need to get a new headset ?? 

I bought a Barracuda X ( not 2022 model) before 2022. I thought this model did not support Bluetooth, but it connected to my laptop (Galaxy Book 3 Pro) via Bluetooth. Since I connected it that way, the 2.4 GHz dongle connection on my desktop PC is no longer working. The Barracuda X is detected in my desktop's sound settings, volume mixer, etc., but the headset only flashes a blue light and won't pair. The triple-click on the power button to swap modes is also not working. What is the problem?"

Olá, eu comprei zp com a razer gold, qaundo finalizei o pix e fui verificar, não caiu na minha conta e o dinheiro foi debitado. Sempre coloquei ZP pela razer, mas, desta vez não caiu e está demorando masi do que o esperando até por que é por pix, não deveria demorar tanto assim, tento entrar em contato, mas só fica conectando e não entra com suporte. Me ajudem por favor ! 

How can I adjust pollingrate on my Mac and have the settings saved for PS5? Is it even possible? Used deathadder v3 wired before and could select polling rate by pressing the DPI button.

I recently purchased Razer Blackshark V2X and when using it’s microphone, my friends on discord or other VC applications are hearing their own voices double times… Seems its microphone is catching desktop audio inside microphone… Even after turning mic off from external button, mic stops to capture my voice but they can still hear any in-game character noises from my Desktop audio… I tried using it on my laptop as well, but this same issue is perceiving. I have disabled the 7.1 surround sound software but that didnt worked.. I am having the wired 3.5mm jack variant of V2X. Help me out Razer, Thank you.

My Razer 7.1 Surround Sound is not working properly. Even after selecting "Realtek(R) Audio (Headphones)" as the output device in the Razer app and setting "Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)" as the Windows default playback device, I’m not getting any sound.I've tried reinstalling drivers, disabling other audio apps (such as Nahimic), and matching sample rates, but nothing works.Please advise how I can resolve this issue.

Hello everyone,I’m honestly very disappointed with how Razer has handled my warranty case. My Kraken V3 Pro headset broke due to brittle plastic on the hinge, which is clearly a material defect. The model is no longer available, so under EU Directive 2019/771 and § 439 BGB (Germany), I have the right to receive a functionally equivalent replacement — not a downgrade or refund.Even Razer themselves (via support emails from Suzette and Charisse) have explicitly confirmed that the Kraken V4 Pro is the equivalent replacement model. However, they are refusing to send it unless I pay the price difference — which is not compliant with EU consumer law and violates their own warranty policy.After almost two weeks of back-and-forth, Razer continues to ignore both the legal framework and my request to escalate the case to a warranty manager. For a few days, my laptop was giving errors when turning on and repairing problems I couldn't figure out. Today, October 20, 2025, it happened again and it kept giving an error when resetting. After some suffering, after going to the home screen with the internet already not working, the Wi-Fi simply wouldn't turn on, saying there was no internet connection, and since my 2023 Razer Blade 14 doesn't have an internet cable input, there was nothing I could do.So I thought about restoring the laptop to factory settings. And now, when booting up, it still shows that I have no internet connection. i have the razer wolverine v3 tournament edition 8k pc i have it updated to 1.1.0.0, when i try to use the calibration feature in synapse app it wont go past the first step and doesnt seem to be working. It has worked in the past but recently stopped, which lead me to update the controller to the newest firmware but i still cant seem to get the feature to work.

After updating Windows 11 to 25H2 it was not possible to locate sounds ingame anymore. Every sound, no matter from where, was in the center of my head. I tried to uninstall and reinstall synapse, tried factory-reset the headset. nothing helped.After uninstalling all the windows updates - which i installed on 2025/10/17 - everything is fine again. Is this a known issue? Are there newer/working drivers for windows 25H2 available? I’m on firmware 1.00.13.Thx!Znipo

Yoo, Is there a way to buy the membrane inside the Ornata V2? Some of my keys are starting to not work, arrows dont work, Alt left side doesnt work, and i do maintenance on it every monthI open it up, brush it up to get any dust or crumbs on it, wipe it with soft dry cloth micro fiber and close it up, and the white membrane on inside that “controls” the mapping some of them are getting “burned” duo to RGB always on, it generates heat and they burn apparentlyI dont wanna buy a new keyboard as its out of my budget atm, im unemployed and still trying to figure out stuff, so if theres any replacement parts avaiable i would like to know the price

I brught a pre owned but never opened xbox forza horizon 5 controller and it came with an unopened charging station and arrived today, i plugged it in and put the controller on thinking the light would go white like instructions said, its been 6 hours and the light kept suddenly flashing red every 20 or so minutes, and i would take the controller off and put it back on immediately and it would stop, how do I fix this?
