 Yesterday night during a live show I noticed that the trackpad button was stuck, and that it was heavily bent. Now that I’m back home I’ve removed the battery and I must admit that is kind of scary, it seems about to explode! I use this baby professionally and I’d like to get it in working order as soon as possible, any suggestions where to get a new battery? He comprado recientemente unos auriculares Razer Blackshark v2 pro para PC inalámbricos. Los compré en Amazon España. al intentar registrar el producto no reconoce el numero de serie, (S/N: XX )me dice que pruebe con las letras I, O en sustitución de 1, 0. He fotografiado el número tanto de los auriculares como de la caja y he probado a escribirlo de varias maneras, pero no lo acepta, dice que es erróneo y no puedo registrar mis auriculares.

As stated won’t connect with USB cable to PC at all. Will connect to my cell phone with BT but no audio comes from the speaker. Already have tried different USB cables, hard reset (Power & volume buttons pressed at the same time.) & even different outlets. I have seen its a known issue with these sound bars wondering if anyone has had any luck with no audio.

Hello!I’ve been using my Blackshark V2 for about a year now, absolutely loved it… so far. Now for about a week now i’ve been experiencing lots and lots of random bugs that go from mildly annoying to really really bad. Here’s a small list just from the top of my head: Worst one: Sound randomly goes extremely loud to the point of it actually scaring me. This for example happens when i play various games. Browser tabs in the background even lose sound. Fixed as soon as i tab out. If headset disconnects briefly due to losing connection, as soon as it reconnects sound is really dull and quiet until i cycle through all equalizers again. Sometimes random programs like teamspeak pick up my microphone but mic sound isn’t working even though it works in other programs at the same time. Randomly very very dull sound. Loud crackling when i’m a little further away on my mic, annoying everyone i’m talking to. Mic peaks as soon as my voice a little louder, only fixed by aggressive “voice normalizatio

Not only are the products buggy and overpriced, but the software is just as bad and somehow the customer service is even worse.  Commenting on a forum about this seems to be promoting their mods to close the conversation and push it to individual support (which remains unresponsive) so they're literally silencing the discussion about their poor customer service  and tech support. Just keep buying the products and don't worry about it the actually work or not.  Current public opinion of Razer is no secret and yet they have managed to achieve a staggering level of willful ignorance towards the ongoing issues plaguing this once great brand.  After many years as a devoted Razer customer and several devices, I'm moving on and I suggest we all do as well. Razer has fallen far from what gained them the fame they enjoy. They're not earning it anymore.  Anyone still dealing with Razer, I wish you the very best. You'll need it. I'm moving on in search of a reliable product and company. 

All of a sudden my Razer Blade 15 is lagging horribly on games I’ve played on it in the past with no issues  (Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk).  I’m on Windows 10.  The issue has been happening on and off for a while but now it’s constant.   I don’t even know what information I’m supposed to post here or where to start.   

Hello, I’ve been trying to find a solution for my Razer Naga V2 Pro but it’s getting to the point of me just spending hours and hours trying to fix it. I am unable to use/load any profiles besides my default profile while I have to restart razer synapse over and over again to even get the default one to work “properly”. It keeps getting stuck in an endless loading motion and nothing happens.I can’t even reset it with the “factory reset” option on the top right cogwheel since that option is also constantly stuck loading. My basilisk v3 works perfectly fine and swaps thte profiles within 1-2secs.I’ve restarted my PC multiple times, unplugged, uninstalled synapse, restarted, uninstalled the mouse in device managers, updated the firmware and yada yada yada.I actually start to believe the mouse is defect or does/did anyone else a similar issue. I need help :( 

yesterday I was just watching youtube then out of nowhere there is no audio I went to look at my settings and it no longer shows my head phones and  i did everything to try to make it work again. i went to my laptop to see if its my computer but it wouldn't work so i checked if it would work on my ps5 and it still didnt work and would like some help or something that could help 

I just bought this certified refurbished blackshark v2 pro hyperspeed. It connects to Bluetooth fine. My computer and synapse see the dongle but headset won't connect to dongle. Says device is switched off. And headset just keeps blinking blue

Used my Razer blade 14 this morning and when I came back to it this afternoon, the external monitor wouldn’t display. I just assumed the cable was bad and tried another with no luck. I found that I have gotten the terrible error 43 with my NVIDIA 3080. I tried all of the typical fixes for reinstalling the drivers, rolling them back and things like that. GPU-Z is showing all the expected numbers for the CPU but the GPU has all of the numbers as 0. I’m assuming the GPU is dead. Can anyone confirm or is there another possible fix? 

Hey all, I bought an Iskur V1 secondhand and it won't hold the chair height. Im thinking the cylinder is going out. Is there a place to buy a new one or a replacement that will work?

Hello,I have been using the DeathAdder V3 wired for about two years. Around five months ago, it started disconnecting and reconnecting occasionally. At that time, it was still bearable, but now the issue has become much worse — the mouse disconnects almost every time I move or lift it, making it nearly unusable.Could you please help me resolve this issue?Kind regards,Ennio

I am having an issue in assigning keys, it has the default on what I want but still doesn’t work . I’ve reinstalled synapse 3 and deleted 4 as a lot of you have done so, reading through these threads I haven’t knoticed any response from RAZER staff on the issues at hand. I’m starting to wonder if I have invested in the wrong brand . What is the logo played by gamers and made by gamers ?  They must have blind folks working for the company and developing products with brail for institutions ! Fix you S _ H _ I _  . 

I updated my windows, and all the sudden whenever the cortex game booster turns on or off, my PC encounters an issue and reboots itself. Nothing happens, but its just annoying that I cant use game booster anymore. I tried repairing cortex, reinstalling, everything. Even reset all my Cortex boosts, nothing. It opens all my browsers, glitches out, then reboots. The update that caused this was Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - v5.135 (KB890830). When I updated I did “Update, restart, shutdown” So maybe that caused it? Not sure.

My Basilisk v3 suddenly stopped working. base model basilisk. The mouse worked great before and nothing happened to cause it but suddenly the sensor stopped working. however if i uninstall / end task razer synapse the mouse works again. everything about it. but once the mouse is connected to synapse it all stops working the rgb stays on in the mouse but it doesn’t work.I tried unplugging replugging and the mouse works then i hear a click and then it stops. I’ve tried factory resetting on the synapse app yet nothing changed. I completely uninstalled synapse using revo uninstaller then the mouse worked. then i reinstalled it and the mouse stopped again. Restarting between everything. Any help is appreciated thanks all.

Hi there,The battery of my Razer Blade 15 2020 Advanced died a few days go. It is not swollen (yet) but as I moved in a tropical country a year ago I suspect it could be leaking. I need a replacement battery asap.I tried to submit a ticket several times, but after answering all question of Razer Assist, the chatbot says it created a ticket that does not exists. No ticket in my support page, no confirmation email, nothing. I tried three times, no result.Is there any way to open a ticket anymore ?Cheers,

I’m seeing lots of posts about being unable to update to latest firmware. I’ve had problems updating since v1.7.0. The updater shows the latest version, then as soon as I plug in the dongle the latest version switches to 1.7.0 (currently v2.1.1_rc2). I’ve tried from several different computers, all with Win 11 (Pro) 24H2.Screen shots and log file below.I have also had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity in Linux. I’ve tried a few different dongles, the issue has persisted since firmware version 1.6.x. I’ve updated and tried multiple playback techniques, switching from various playback codecs, drivers, systems (currently wireplumber on Fedora 42).After anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours, the headset just powers off.
