Hello, I was wanting to buy a Razer blade 14 and realized it has a sale that is 13% off, I am an incoming college student and I realize that we get a 5 % off the razer blades so I was wondering if the 5% would be added on to the 13% or since its on sale the 13% is the only thing that would apply?

Hello, I have a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro. The scroll wheel is malfunctioning. Sometimes it scrolls in the opposite direction or does not register any movement at all. I have already updated the firmware and Synapse. I also tested it on multiple devices and browsers, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me with a warranty claim or replacement? Thank you.

Why can i not change my actuation point on my Razer Huntsman Mini 60 Percent keyboard? it doesn’t appear in razer synapse 3 or 4 and it doesn’t show a guide on it either so i’m lost, and in all of the videos it just shows up for them but not for me.

Hello there, I bought my Blackshark V2 Pro back in April and I’ve been using it without any problems until a week ago. For a week now, I’ve been experiencing random “popping” and “crackling” sounds. These issues occur more often while gaming and listening to music. (When playing Cyberpunk 2077, these popping sounds were really frequent.) I have tried restarting my drivers by following the guidelines on Razer’s website and also updated my headset’s firmware yesterday by using the update app but it hasn’t helped sadly. I’d be happy to get some help with this. 

The integrated speakers on my laptop no longer work. Connecting headphones using the audio jack also doesn’t work. I tried using Bluetooth audio and I do get audio but it only plays sound ¼ of a second so audio is start stop. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this issue?

i purchased headphones, registered the product, but the code did not arrive in the mail, I manually requested it again - it also did not arrive.

Hello, I have a pair of Razer Kraken V3 X that I’ve had for about a month. I always unplug and plug them back in when I use them. Yesterday, the microphone was working, but today when I tried to use it, it didn’t work. I haven’t placed them anywhere where the mic or the headphones could have been physically damaged. They still work for listening,it’s just the microphone that doesn’t work.I tried updating the drivers, but it still doesn’t work. Is there any solution?

Just got a basilisk v3 pro 35k in phantom green. The mouse sometimes freezes after pointer jumps/lags momentarily. When it  freezes it even disappears in Synapse.  Using the 2.4hz usb for now. I haven’t tried wired or bluetooth, but this shouldn’t happen anyway. Anyone experiencing things like this?

Hello,I have a pink Razer Barracuda X to which I have lost the type C dongle.I wanted to use it paired via bluetooth, however even though the blue light is blinking I cannot seem to pair it.Connecting a jack cable to it, works, but I would like to use it wirelessly with my phone.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,The battery of my blade 15 has noticeably swollen and warped the bottom case. No appearant damage to the rest of components, but I am already considering replacing the battery. I checked the "solutions" for this at razer support and it would require to send my laptop, which would be very inconvinient. Could it be possible for a replacemet battery to be sent directly to me, instead of having to send the device?Thanks in advance.

Hi. I have recently bought this headset and so far I was overall pleased with it’s performance and all but today, without me changing anything, it went from controling the system volume via the volume knob to controling only the volume of the headset itself. I find this rather unpleasent, especially since i can’t even see at what sound the headphones are at. Is there a way to reverse this change since it somehow wasn’t like that just one day ago or was me being able to control the system volume with it a bug? The issue appeared when i started my pc today and it immedeately was bugged.

So i was trying to add my new phone number after removing my lost old number, I tried to add my new number but I didn't receive a OTP message even though I tried 4-5 times and for that it temporarily locked my acc 

I've entered my gift card number and it's saying its invalid so what's going on I know I didn't just spend $200 for nothing

Ran into an issue with my $25 starbucks gift voucher. Razer send the security code containing 13-digits containing numbers and letters. I notified razer support about an issue because the redemption process will only accept an 8-digit code with only numbers. Razer support past the issue up the line 3 separate times "escalating" to higher ups. Ultimately after over a week I received a final email with the same exact security code and another email notifying my my support ticket has been closed. Razer is fine with you spending thousands of dollars for their products but cant even fulfill their rewards programs after the fact. Very disappointed.

The shopping cart has goods worth more than $150. I received an email about the promo code for the $15 discount. But when I pasted the code, there is an error that said the code cannot be used. Please advise. Thank you.

Whenever I turn on my computer, the Chroma Addressable Controller doesn't turn on my case lights until I adjust brightness. I don’t even have to turn it up or down, the brightness slider just needs to be clicked. I’m using a Chroma studio “advanced effect”This did not happen until I upgraded from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4.
