Razer chroma is needed for Frejya Haptic chair but randomly it stop working and the chair doesn’t vibrate properly, there is no bass or it just feel weak, as soon I opened the Chroma menu of the chair it start vibrating again. or Chroma doesnt run at all, many weird bugs that I can’t understand how to fix them anymore also when opening chroma after restart or just closing and opening the profile is always set to CONTROLLED even though the selected profile is Dynamic or Custom, changing any profile selection change the proper profile again.

After over a month of using a paint on one of the buttons of my new Naga V2 pro has peeled off. Previously had Naga Epic chroma, then Naga Pro and there was absolutely no issue with this. I thought that such a small thing can be easily replaced cause the side pads are magnetic and replacement of them take 2 seconds.Yet it wasn’t so clear to Razer support. They asked me to cut the wire of a perfectly working mice, send them a photo of it so their employee can assess if this is approvable and if he does i will get a replacement of a full product. What kind of wastefull madness is this ? Cable is detachable, side pads too. Instead of just sending a new side pad and we’re both happy I’m asked to be cutting cables, sending photos and wasting time/money/CO2. That is a completely new level of madness from a company on who’s products I’ve spend thousands of USD. You used to be a expensive but best in class Razer. Now it’s just expensive.

The SN finder comes back with a negative result. How can I know? I want to buy a second hand mouse and it looks valid but I can’t tell from the Razer website. 

Recently, when using the wireless function of my Nari Ultimates, it prevents youtube from loading videos.  When using the heaphones wired, everything works just fine.  But the moment I switch the audio to Nari Ultimate youtube stops working, immediately.  And nothing short of restarting my PC will get it working again.  I’ve tried unstalling all Razer products and drivers and reinstalling, this does not fix the issue.

Hi I downloaded the system recovery image and did all the work for it in order to reset my blade 17 and everything worked till it got to the system reset part and it's been stuck on copying files 1% for 3 hours now and I can't do anything what should I do?

My razer Viper V3 hyperspeed keeps getting disconnected and then reconnect in a few seconds. This is very hassle for a gamer like me. I tried changing the batteries  and moving the dongle to all usb port in my motherboard but still keeps on happening.

The "continue to shipping method" button doesn't work, so I can't buy products from the Razer store. I can't find a solution to the problem anywhere. I have tried on several different devices and in different browsers it is impossible to click this button and complete the transaction.

I bought a refurbished Razer Viper v3 Pro off Amazon. It comes with no dongle whatsoever. No problem, I order one, and figure that’s what I get for buying refurbished tech. I use the mouse wired until it comes. It arrives, I go to set it up, and nothing. I post on Reddit, and I get a DM saying I can only connect it with its original dongle, which is stupid. It’s already been the 1 month mark for the Amazon order, so I can’t return it. Is there anything I can do? I would appreciate any advice.
