Every time I start my PC, Multiple instances of 7.1 sound set up and THX Sound set up run and I have to set up my Blackshark earphones each time I use my computer. This occurs after uninstalling 7.1 sound and THX sound completely. Every time I start my PC 7.1 sound wants and key, which I have never gotten, and THX sound which I purchased seperately must be affiliated with my headset for it to work. Please help.

I ordered a replacement hyperpolling dongle for my V3 Viper (faker edition) mouse, but something is stopping it from pairing. What I know so far about the issue:In Synapse, the dongle is recognized, but its pairing utility will not discover the Viper 3 mouse (is there some special button combination to put the viper into 2.4 wireless mode perhaps?)In the V3 Viper pairing utility (the standalone program specifically for the V3 Viper), the replacement dongles will not be recognized.Interestingly, my original (non-replacement) dongle for my other identical mouse IS recognized by the pairing utility, but not either of my two replacement dongles…What can i do to fix this?
i just bought a kraken v3 x off amazon and when i try to register it to get my surround sound 7.1 code, it keeps saying invalid, can u help me?

I’ve bought my headset in december 2024. For two months everything was working great when suddenly wireless dongle wasn’t connecting anymore. Windows does not recognise the dongle, I tried many things, different ports, reinstalling synapse. I tried using pairing utility and firmware updater but i couldn’t do anything because in order for the pairing utility to work i need to connect my dongle and it is not recognized. I don’t really know what to do. Does anybody have the same problem? It’s really frustrating that i have to use the headset via usb cable.
Whatever happens, whether it be OBS, a discord call, or just a game trying to use my camera, if my kiyo is in use it will kill all my usbs and then reboot them. The camera HAS to be rebooted for my image to come back. It is very infuriating when I’m gaming as it means I lose all control over keyboards/controllers, and even moreso when streaming since it forces me to reboot the camera.I’ve had multiple parts of my computer replaced because I thought IT was the issue but I now see that the only constant thru all those problems were my camera being on.
This sounds dumb and couldn't find anything about this but, how would I connect this to the PC when its a micro usb to a usb c cable. It says to use the supplied usb cable (which is this, i believe) but how would this connect to the computer.
I got my earphones as a present from my parents on my birthday. It was around 2022 and used them since <aprox 90000 minutes used> i loved them and got them trough many dificult situations. I do not want the repair for free. Around a week ago one of them falled on the floor and stopped compleatly <left one>. Please help me because they are my favorite razer item🔥. Bought a pair in mid to late 2021, used the warranty to fix a charging issue about a year and a half later. Now, for each earpiece, the speakers seem to have shut off or started to fail. The left earbud's speaker has slowly started to get quieter and quieter, and the right earbud's have stopped outputting any audio whatsoever. Is there any way to repair them? I do not want/expect such a service to be free, and I'm willing to pay to get them repaired.
I have tried many times to register my Razer BlackShark Goblin X4 Headphones! But it keeps saying the product name is invalid? And without registering I can not use the Razer synapse software! Just Windows 10 software! Please any help would be appreciated greatly!!
Hello,My Razer headset is under warranty.The USB wireless dongle is NOT lost, but defective.It does not power on or pair.The headset works perfectly in wired mode.I have tested the dongle on multiple PCs.Is it possible to receive a replacement USB dongleunder warranty without sending the full headset?
Hii, I’ve just bought my mic and I’ve set up everything and tried troubleshooting it as well but its not picking up any sound… Is there anything else i could do?
I have a razer deathadder essential and when i play games like valorant i have to up my sens by alot. The normal sens for 1600dpi is around 0.20 but i have to have it at like 0.43 for it to feel some what fast i play on 1000hz polling rate does anyone know why it feels slow? Ive been trying to figure it out for like 8 months

Hello Razer Support Team,I am using a Razer mouse with Synapse installed, and I have assigned different DPI levels to a DPI switch button.Whenever I change the DPI during gameplay, an on-screen notification appears (for example: “DPI set to 400”). This notification shows up in the middle of the screen and interrupts my gameplay, which is very frustrating—especially during intense moments in-game.I have checked all available settings in Razer Synapse, including notifications, overlays, and OSD options, but I could not find any setting to disable this DPI pop-up notification.I do not want to lock my mouse to a single DPI value, as I actively switch between two DPI levels while playing. I only want to disable the on-screen DPI notification, not the DPI switching itself.Could you please let me know if there is a way to turn off this DPI change pop-up, or if this feature can be disabled via Synapse, firmware, or any advanced setting?Thank you for your support.
Hi.My Deathadder V2 Halo Edition mouse’s scroll wheel click button is launching windows 10 taskbar programs like a left click. I’ve checked everything, there’s no setting for a left click, it’s set to default scroll click.Just so happens my brother has the same mouse but not the Halo green version, just the black standard V2.He’s just found out his mouse does the same thing!My other brother has a Razer Basilisk mouse and his scroll click works fine and does not do this?!It’s a BIG problem as I want to set up a macro on a side button for shift and scroll click for Blender hold & pan and if you get too close to the taskbar, all hell breaks loose!This seems like a driver issue, tried on a laptop without Synapse and the mouse actually still does this. Many thanks for any help, looks like a firmware update, can’t see any place to flash older firmware to check it though.

I lost the power supply for my Key Light Chroma while moving apartments. Does anyone know of a suitable aftermarket power supply? It looks like the Key Light Chroma uses a 15V, 3.5A, 52.5W power supply, but I don’t know the end connection size (2mm?) and I can’t find those exact specs on Amazon; the closest specs I’ve found are 15V, 4A, 60W power supply, which I think should work, but I’d like to find an exact replacement if possible.
