Hello,I have a first-generation Razer Barracuda X, model RZ04-03800, with the original RC30-0380 USB-C wireless dongle.The dongle suddenly stopped working. It is no longer detected by either my laptop or desktop PC, and the Razer Headset Pairing Utility does not detect it either. I have also noticed that the dongle seems to get warm when connected.I would like to know if Razer can provide or sell me an original replacement RC30-0380 dongle compatible with my headset.I am located in Chile.Thank you.

I am using the Raiju v3 pro. I purchased it around December last year in Japan time, but even though it hasn't been a year yet, the drift is incredibly large. I've tried calibration several times, but there is no sign of it improving at all. Is support assistance possible? 

As the title says, I was chilling, playing on ps4, suddenly, lights off, i was looking at the ps menu saying 2 lines outta 3 on battery, i said cool kept playing, disconnected, i thought that’s weird, i pressed the ps button, nothing, unplugged and replugged into the ps4, nothing, tried resetting with a pin in the back under the paddle button, nothing. Went to the pc, the update software does not recognize it, no lights when plugged in, neither on usb mode or any BT modes, i unplugged it now and don’t know what to do ! Even tried the usb ports on my monitor all ports on my mobo, on my front panel, literally outta ports to try. Any advice is welcome, please help. What should I try from here ??

Hello,I have little hope of finding a replacement, but I thought I would ask. My beloved Razer Atheris mouse has been with me for a very long time, and unfortunately the USB dongle was damaged and I can no longer use the mouse in 2.4 GHz mode. Is there any chance of finding a replacement dongle somewhere? I live in Poland.The mouse is registered on my account in case SN is required.I would really appreciate any help or suggestions, as I would hate to have to replace such a great mouse just because of the damaged receiver.Thank you!

Hi, I have a Razer Nari headset that still works perfectly, but the hinge broke, is there any way to order replacement parts for it?

Headset was working smoothly for 2-3 weeks and then suddenly the dongle was showing a weird green/blue light when i would connect them and suddenly not working anymore. If i want them to work i have to connect the cable directly to them, not working thru the dongle. I was trying to do anything, nothing helps.

Hi Razer team and community,I'm experiencing constant audio crackling and volume instability on my BlackShark V2 Pro whenever THX Spatial Audio is enabled in Synapse 4. The moment I disable THX (switch to Stereo), audio returns to perfect quality immediately. Have been using headsets for 6 months, today noticed that plastic is cracked and about to break on both sides. Should the warranty cover it.Also, RazerId says it’s Razer Kaira X headset though it came in BlackShark V2 X box and Store receipt also says BlackShark V2 X.

MY Razer blade 18 laptop model :- RZ09-0529 HDMI port is tweaking when i plugged it into my PG32UCDP 4K monitor with hdmi i have a high bandwith cable from asus and tried different cable one from my ps5 pro it doesn’t not work it stay for some times and goes black for a second or 2 and comes back normal and happens constantly this laptop has been recently purchased. and the same issue happens with a different 4k TV my monitor is perfectly fine as i run it with my pc and and it runs 4k 240hz but on the laptop it only support 4k 120hz and 2k 240hz

Hello I’ve been wanting to buy the blackshark v3 pro Xbox edition or the 2XKO edition which I’m guessing are the same but I only play on ps5 would I still be able to use it wirelessly on ps5 using the the hyperspeed gen 2 tongle

Whenever I turn on my computer, the Chroma Addressable Controller doesn't turn on my case lights until I adjust brightness. I don’t even have to turn it up or down, the brightness slider just needs to be clicked. I’m using a Chroma studio “advanced effect”This did not happen until I upgraded from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4.

Today I tried connecting the headset to my PC for the first time. I hear sounds just fine, but the mic doesnt pick up any sound. Done all sorts of troubleshooting and settings checking (windows sound, system sound, razer pairing utility, windows troubleshooting, razer mic support video and all mentioned repairs), but the mic still doesnt pick up any sound (all show 0% sound). Headset is almost new and is connected to the PC wih USB dongle.I am completely at a loss, any tips appreciated.

I bought Razer Laptop Cooling Pad | RC21-02300, but it can't load the information from the laptop's cpu and gpu. So smart control is not possible. Of course I plugged in a USB port.

Hello, I’m having the invalid boot signature error I’ve see a few others have with this same model. I tried a Factory reset and the problem still persists, so I disabled secure boot and tried running the command prompt but it cant find the file location. This is where I was following how to do this and  I am stuck on step 7. Any information is helpful thanks.
