Hi Razer Support,I own a Razer Enki X chair (purchased in 2022) and one of the metal legs on the base is partially detached from the weld as per attached picture below.I already checked on your website and my chair is currently out of its limited warranty, and for that reason I would like to know if it is it possible for you guys to provide me the measurements of the base so I can find a replacement for it, or if, alternatively, it is possible to purchase a new base directly from you guys.I appreciate your time and help.
Hello,I recently bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but when I try to register the product on my Razer account, I receive the message saying that the product is already registered.Because of this, I am also unable to activate THX Spatial Audio / 7.1 Surround Sound.I have the proof of purchase and the serial number of the headset.Serial Number: (removed)Could you please help me transfer or validate the registration and provide access to the audio activation?Thank you.
My BlackShark v3 dongle stopped working it only works while plugged in and there is no light on the dongle, even when plugged in it’ll disconnect randomly and I have to unplug and replug, every time I unplug it it says “power off” .I only had this headset for a couple months , the problems happened one day ago so I don’t thinks it’s an update problem. My ps5 detects the headset when plugged into the dongle but the headset doesn’t turn on

I updated Dongle software around 4 to 5 days ago and its work fine till today , now suddenly its not pairing and not shoiwng any light. Seems like its corrupted or firmware issue SN = (removed)
Hi everyone, I have a Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro (RZ01-0533) — a special pro player/esports team unit with a white and black scaly pattern design (not standard retail version). The issue: Every time I run the firmware updater, it reaches 100%, appears to complete successfully, but then loops back to the same screen saying an update is required. The device firmware stays on version 1.00.04 and never reaches 1.20.00. What I have already tried: - Connecting directly to motherboard USB ports (front and rear) - Closing Razer Synapse completely before updating - Trying USB 2.0 ports instead of USB 3.0 - Forcing DFU mode (holding left + right + scroll wheel while connecting) - Re-downloading the latest firmware updater from support.razer.com - Disabling antivirus during the update Additional details: - The mouse has no standard serial number visible (pro unit) - The charging base shows no indicator light - WiFi on the device is non-functional My theory is that this pro/esports unit has a differe
Ive seen lots of people on here with the exact same problem with the same keyboard. I have tried to update the firmware, closing all razer apps, reinstalling keyboard drivers and doing a clean reinstall of razer. i have tried all of these MULTIPLE times with no fix. i CANNOT update my windows either. waste of $300 i havent even had this keyboard for 3 years and have to sell it now because its unuseable. do NOT buy this keyboard the firmware does not work

Brand New Leviathan V2 does not work with Synapse 4 program. Cannot utilize the THX Spatial Sound. The speaker only works in Bluetooth or disabling the Device Default ethics on the audio enhancement properties.

bought from razer.com.hkthey ask me to spend a week 1 day per email respondwhich can be doneor an hour with face to face chat. after cutting the cord for a wireless mouse viper v4 pro. they ask me to send back the defective unit . and they will send backstill not give me the details for the address or whatever . i am out of patience without a mouse to use for a week.i need to wait the mouse send to them and then they send back. this probably cause me another week .is that true they need the defective unit back after cutting the cord?
For the past month I have had to charge my headset every night as if I forget to the next day it will be completely out of battery even when I left it on over half the night before and turn it off over night. It used to last around a week before I had to charge it and slowly over time it got a bit worse but I was still okay with it as I only had to charge it maybe every 2-3 days but recently it has gotten out of hand and it is infuriating the next day when I realise I didn't charge it and now have to wait over an hour for it to charge before I can use it. I have updated my firmware to the latest version and no fix so its obviously an issue with the battery but the annoying thing is that it started getting really bad just after my warranty has ended. I just don't understand how the battery is draining even if I turn it off so I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had any issue like this with their headset
I have had this problem for the past 2 months, where when i open a razer app (any) it stays asking me for permission. I have reinstalled all modules over and over to try fix the issue but nothing worked. I also have did run as administrator on all .exe to see if that fixes the issue but nothing worked. My account on windows is administrator and it still says the same thing. I am frustrated since everytime i log on the apps dont evn open upo by themselves and my macros and razer cortex wont optimise my pc when playing games (they are enabled to open on startup). I have tried everything i found on the internet but nothing works. This problem just started happening randomly because it used to work for the past 3 years. What can i do to fix the issue cause i dont want to switch to other compettitor options like logitech dvices to reduce problems like these

Razer Cortex crashes Steam after closing games. It happens when I end all of my games. I have done clean installs on Steam, all games, and all Razer software. It happens even if Game Boost is on or off. Turn off and on overlays. I think I’ve tried everything to think of to fix the issue. I know it’s a minor inconvenience but it is a inconvenience nonetheless. If anyone had the same and has found a solution for it I would greatly appreciate the help.
My down arrow, numpad 1 2 3, 7 8 9, + enter stopped working. I tried compressed air, reinstalling drivers, resetting by pressing escape caps lock space when plugging it back in, but nothing works. Is there any way to fix this? I bought this keyboard in 2022. The lights behind the keys still work.
