no clue honestly it’s been about a day since i bought my mouse and attempted to verify my account, im 80% sure the problem is the software, so how do i fix this? 

Hello. I’ve never posted on here before but here goes nothing. I have had my Raptor 27 monitor for about 2 years now. My monitor decided yesterday to not power on at all. I was using my monitor just fine the day before that with 0 issues. From playing games, to using Discord, to streaming I’ve had 0 issues with this monitor. Is there a replaced power adapter that I can purchase from Razer? I’m hoping that it just needs a new one. I unplugged everything, plugged everything back into their respective ports and I even tried a different surge protector for my power adapter. Nothing. No power no nothing. I’m not sure what to do at this point. 

I have a Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller, and I find that the mappable buttons are fragile, especially the M3, M4, M5 and M6 buttons. I am looking for a replacement set of those 4 specifically. The M2 broke too, but I had another broken controller that had that part intact so I swapped it out. The controller works fine otherwise so I'm just trying to replace these parts. This controller specifically is well beyond warranty, however if I'm unable to replace these buttons I have little interest in buying another Razer controller in the future due to how easily these mappable buttons break. Hello. I’ve bought a mouse Viper V3 Pro and been using it for 1 and half month already. I’ve noticed that i never got a chance to see my mouse at 100% and i’ve been doing some tests. I’ve already drained all battery so i can charge without using it so i can see how fast it goes but after like 8 hours, the mouse only goes up to 50%. Does anyone have some solution to this?I done some search about this problem at this forum and i think it affets a lot of people. I really need to understand how to fix it or i’ll need to send to waranty.PS: My firmware version is now at 1.14.0.0

Hi, mid game this brand new razer viper v3 pro keeps disconnecting I have to connect it to the wire then remove it and it works again but this is a pain during gaming any fix or should I return it to the store ? and am I eligible for a replacement ?    I purchased this last week from Jarir Bookstore in Kuwait . Thanks

i need help because i have to replace some of my keyboard keycaps

I have a dell Precision 5530 with windows 11 Pro laptop and I am unable to get the “VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter” connect to my internet.  I have seen many youtube and  google searches and unable to solve the connection issues.  I know my infrustructure works since the Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma replaced my Dell docking station.  I Have put my Dell back and every thing is working again.  When I resetup the Chroma the lan does not work.   I am looking for suggestions to resolve this issue.

Hi everyone!  I am an owner of a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (serial no RZ09-0288). I currently have an issue with my left side speaker grill. The sticker started peeling off recently and despite my best efforts it kept peeling. Now it's peeled 1/3 of the way and from the looks of it a quick repair is not possible. It has also bended in a few places and can't be put back to it's original shape. I was looking on the internet for a replacement speaker grill but was unable to find one. Is there any way i can obtain one? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

Hi all, I’ve been experiencing a weird issue with my Razer Basilisk mouse where the middle-click (wheel-click) doesn’t always register in normal mode. The problem disappears under certain conditions, and I think I’ve isolated what’s going on — maybe others have seen this too, or Razer might fix it.Details / Symptoms:1. Middle-click sometimes fails: pressing scroll-wheel gives no click (no action), even though I hear the click.2. In Turbo mode, middle-click works perfectly (even at low “clicks per second” like 1 cps).3. If I rebind middle-click to another discrete button (not the wheel), it works flawlessly.4. For more than 2 years than I’ve been using my headset, I used to charge it only once in 3 days, and the charge would last very long, but now since a few weeks the battery has been very lowered.First, when I check Synapse and i plug off the charging cable, it instantly goes to 80% battery, and I feel like I can only use my headset in wireless for about a few hours (2 or 3 probably, I need to check)I don’t know if its related but, in 2025, I haven’t been using it much, so it just sit on my desk for a long while, unused.Is there any chance it affected the battery ?

There is a problem with updating the firmware for my headset. I downloaded the updater, turned on the headphones, plugged in the dongle and the updater still never detects the headset. What could be the problem and the possible ways to solve it? Thanks in advance!

When every I try to change the volume on my computer using the media keys in the top right of my keyboard nothing happens and then 5 seconds later the volume will dramatically change either up or down seemingly randomly. I’ve noticed it sometimes feels delayed, like the button presses have been queued in the order I press them. In short, if I tap a volume key it acts like I'm holding it down and wont stop no matter what I do, the amount of time its held down always seems the same as well. And as of me writing this, my mute key has ceased to function correctly as well, doing the same as the volume keys. My change track and start/stop keys are still fine.

I have a Black Widow Elite and the volume jumps up on its own.  I will be going to a video on a website or even in the middle of the game and the volume level jumps from 20 to 80(give or take 15 in either direction).  Nothing is touching the volume wheel, so it's not like I accidentally bumped it and caused it to turn.  This is obviously going on at the software level as nothing is affecting the hardware...unless there is a failure in the hardware causing this...I don't know what the problem is.  I also have another problem...my escape key stopped working.  I found a site where it tests your hardware and you can click on a key and if it is working, the key on the keyboard on the screen lights up.  The ESC key doesn’t light up.  Everything else, besides the volume issue, is working just fine. I have had my keyboard for more than a few years and I absolutely love it. Could this just be my keyboard is dying and I need to replace it?  That is something I am trying to avoid as money is t

I need this controller to be able to use the touchpad function correctly.When i use the touchpad inside nightreign it will just act as a mouse which i dont want. i want to press it and then it will open the map like how it does with the old ps4 controller touchpad. I want to be able to actually use the touchpad function correctly  

When I turn on my headphones, the "Low Battery" message keeps popping up, even though they're 100% charged. This goes on for about 10 minutes and then goes silent. Is there a way to fix this?

Seemingly all at once my Viper V3 Pro has started having both left, right and mouse 4 and 5 button issues.Its sticking down on all of them, but only after I would say 4 hours of use, but sometimes a little sooner.I have the latest firmware, this issue has been happening for around 2 months.
