Hello,  Recently, one of the legs for my Razer Enki X chair snapped, and broke off. According to my serial number, this chair is out of warranty. This has forced me to make a community threat instead of being able to go through normal channels to resolve this issue (as per Razer’s own recommendation). I am interested in being sent a new chair base, along with instructions on how to replace it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I think roughly a month ago, I brought my headset with me somewhere, and once I got back home and emptied my bag the dongle was nowhere to be found. I left it by mistake and have been having to use my headset via Bluetooth ever since. How might I be able to get a replacement dongle? I was looking on the website and didn't see any that were listed to work for my headset...

Hey,I am got the Razer Wolveringe V3 Tournement edition from my girlfriend for christmas but recently came across an issue, while playing f1 2025 (not sure, whether this happens on other games too) At seemingly random moments, my input would not be registered for ca. 1 second and the last input is keept active.Like if I was turning left and the bug apprears, I would turn left for the duration with exactly the same intensitiy, before accepting new input again.This creates obvious issues while stearing, breaking or shifting, in case my button press is not recognised at that second. Specs:win 11 razer synaps  is active firmware is up to date windows modus pull rate of 1000 Hz (maximum setting)  

Hello I recently bought a refurbished razer kraken v4 pro headset didn't have the money for a new one it said it was in excellent condition. Well it works and sounds great but it didn't come with the dongle when I contacted the seller they told me they dont have them so I was wandering can I get a razer kraken v4 dongle and pair it with the utility tool to work with my razer kraken v4 pro,  I hope so or I wont be able to fully use the hub with the pro

Looking to start streaming and was wondering if this headset would work with my needs? I plan on using an external capture card to get my PS5 gameplay onto OBS, and an external USB mic to record my own voice. Does anyone know if possible how to connect an external usb mic to the control hub and then to a capture card? My specific capture card has a line in, line out and a mic in input. Thanks

My Razer Surround 7.1 was working fine only to find out after turning off my PC and it happened to logged me out of my Razer Surround 7.1 software. Logged in and it shows the Activation Code page. Copy and Paste the exact same Activation code and was prompt (License code has already been used) PLEASE HELP!

Since I changed to a new computer with Win11, every time I start windows, a message pops up, asking me to chose wether to start RZPower with Admin rights or not.On the old computer Synapse started without that annoying message. How can I get rid of it ?

hello guys i bought Razer BlackShark V2 X on my local store they did give me a headset with box but im not sure if it had a surround sound activation code i remember looking at the papers and at the box too and did not find anything i just bought it like 1 week ago not even please help with a activation code i really want to see how this headset can perform at the moment bass is too loud its a 3.5mm cable option one.i bought headset from “Game zone” which is is located in georgia,tbilisi,rustaveli.i payed 174,68 GEL which is 64.83 USD atm.on the name of the order it says “razer gaming headset blackshark v2 x 3.5mm black (removed PN) (11074)I purchased it via delivery specifically from “WOLT” delivery.random delivery guy picked it up from the store and delivered it to me.If you guys could help would be amazing really.Thank you so much and sorry for my broken english.

Hello,I recently purchased both the Razer Naga V2 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing an issue when trying to charge the mouse using the dock.When I place the mouse on the dock, the charging indicator briefly flashes green a few times, then the regular RGB lighting turns on for a moment. Shortly after, it stops charging. This cycle repeats continuously. In Razer Synapse, I can also see that charging stops and then starts again repeatedly.Both devices are running the latest firmware. I have tested multiple USB ports on my system, and the issue persists even when the PC is powered off. I have also tried reseating the charging puck multiple times to make sure it is properly connected.I plan to test the setup on another computer later today to rule out any system-specific issues. However, this behavior doesn’t seem normal for a charging process, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this.Thank you in advance!

I recently bought the Barracuda headset , when I open synapse the device is still showing as OFF even though the device is already ON. I am able to use them with music , videos , games, etc. Are they compatible with Synapse 4.0 or they don’t need to be modified there?This is my first time using razer headphones , please ignore my ignorance 

This is my second Tartarus as my last one had a multiple key failure. I have had this one for a while and the palm rest has completely worn off. I also want to mention that the second one I received as a replacement for the initial one came with two from pegs of the palm rest on the bottom cracked, so I fear trying to adjust the palm rest will break it. Does razer offer replacement parts for stuff like this??

I have a problem i order a blackshark v2 x last year sept. 1 2025. I did not mind that i did not get a code because it say it already used but now my friend ordered same headset and he get. A activitation code and i though i did mistake but i did the same he did. But still it already used. Why? I bought a brand new. Can you please help me razor? I want that activision for enchance audio experience. Where do i contact you? I have proof.

Hi, I purchased my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 and I can’t find the activation code or it doesn’t work. The code provided in the Synapse app, whenever I try to put it, it says “the code yopu entered doesn’t seem to be valid. Please try again.” What do I do in this case? Buying a $349 headset should provide the activitation key in the box or digitally activate the product after connecting it to the device.

Randomly mid game the mouse disconnects.  I play the game via wired and then take a step away for about an hour.   Upon arriving back at my computer its still showing a 0% charge and wont work via wireless. Ive tried to reset it to factory settings, restart my pc and even uninstall/reinstall synapse.

Já mandei mensagem para o email disponivel e só recebi uma mensagem automatica dizendo para abrir um ticket no proprio site, porém já abri o ticket e falei com o suporte USA e eles me indicaram mandar mensagem para esse emai. Então basicamente tentei todas formas de acionar o suporte do Brasil e não estou tendo sucesso.

My daughter was just gifted a new Kraken Kitty V3 X as she loves to game and needed a proper upgrade. Shes only had the headphones for like 2 weeks and our kitten chewed up the mic on the headset…I’m wondering if anyone knows if the mic can be replaced or if I’m screwed and have to get her a new headset all together
