Hi, I know it's an old model, it is not on the replacement part page to purchase, and the wireless dongles listed say Basilisk V3, so I'm unsure it will work. Is there any way through Razer to purchase a replacement Dongle? Warranty never activated and been too many years. I'm not looking for just a free one, I don't have PoP anymore, I'll purchase it. P/N: RC30- [removed by moderator] I have S/N too, and what's on the mouse, but no other documents.

I recently purchased a Black Shark V2 x headset, but when I tried to add it to my products, it said this code has already been used on another device. What should I do?

Hi, I have latest firmware and Synapse software for my brand new Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-Profile HyperSpeed. I use it in wired mode. When I lock out my windows 11 from desktop using the windows + l key combo, the letter "l" (as in like) keeps spamming my windows login password field. I fix it by flicking the switch on the keyboard from wired to wireless, then back to wired. Or just not running Synapse app.Anyone else have this issue?  

Hello, recently my keyboard died, when I turned on my PC it lit up and was unresponsive. After system reset it seemed completely dead. After few days I tried plugging it in again and it showed up as Razer Bootloader. Did some digging, found the proper Firmware updater, turned off all the apps and I started it up.However, it keeps on looping on Updating Firmware > Verifying Firmware > Processing Firmware Data > Erasing Flash > Updating Firmware again. It’s been going on for about 40 minutes so I’m pretty sure it’s stuck. Anyone’s got any idea where I could go from here or is it over for my keyboard?

I am experiencing a "Secure Boot Violation" error on my Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model. I would like to fix this while keeping Secure Boot enabled, but I am stuck with the following issues:1. The Issue: I get a red warning screen saying "Secure Boot Violation" upon startup.  4. Device Info: Model: Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2021) - RZ09-0367CEC3 Current BIOS: 1.03 Is there a specific BIOS update or a workaround for the 2021 model to update the Secure Boot certificates? How can I restore the factory keys when the option is missing from the BIOS menu?I was able to log onto my computer without secure boot on, but I have no files and it seems to be a fresh windows install.I can’t find anything on your website to update the BIOs.  thanks

Hello, My Razer keyboard (model: BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma V2, serial number: RZ03-02190800-R3M1) is no longer functioning correctly. When I plug it into any PC, it is detected as a USB drive labeled CRP DISABLD, with 0 bytes free of 32KB. I understand this means the keyboard has entered bootloader mode and is waiting for a firmware .bin file to be flashed manually. Could you please provide me with the correct firmware .bin file or an official recovery tool for this model, so I can restore the keyboard? I have already tried using various Razer firmware updater tools, but none of them detect the keyboard in this state. Manual .bin flashing seems to be the only option left. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,  My Blackwidow V2 RZ03-02032300-R3M1 keyboard that was working flawlessly until today, wouldn’t recognize as a keyboard anymore all of a sudden. I figured it could be windows updates, I rolled back, same issue, I tried Synapse 3, Synapse 4, different PC same issue. It is now a disk drive CRP DISABLD and shows with a firmware.bin file inside it. I tried to plug it in with FN key pressed, I tried ESC+CTRL, ESC+CTRL+CAPS. In device manager it shows as NXP LPC1XXX IFLASH USB Device. I tried to run the firmware updater but it just won’t recognize it as anything updatable.I researched the issue and it seems it needs a .bin file for the correct S/N of the device. Can anyone help? Found a “Razer Bootloader” driver but neither windows 10 or 11 allows me to change the current NXP driver to that one…Did anyone else solve this? If so how. It requires a specific .bin file to be solved no? Thanks.

Razer blackshark v2 pro dies the second I unplug it, I ordered a replacement battery and still the same issue. I unplugged the battery after turning it on and the headset stays on so it seems that it doesnt even register the battery. Stays at 80% charge on razer synapse and occasionally shows its charging. Wont turn on without a battery but if you unplug it after its on it doesnt shut it off. Different cables change nothing.

When i start up my razer blade 15 the bios signature verifications is failing. I've seen solutions on other threads but need help with this step. I don't understand what I need to do.  In the Command Prompt window, copy the recovery application to the USB drive using the commands below (assuming the USB drive is set to drive D:).Type each command separately, then press Enter:md D:\EFI\BOOT copy C:\windows\boot\efi\securebootrecovery.efi D:\efi\boot\bootx64.efi 

I´m looking for new usb transceiver for my Kraken V3 Pro as my got lost. On store page i see nothing. Is it still possible to get one or i need to buy new headset? 

Deathadder v4 pro turned off and wont work after troubleshooting and updating etc after device turned off a couple weeks after buying won’t work anymore, no lights on dongle, updates and reinstall, firmware updates following steps on this site.   when mouse is plugged in it blinks red stays red for about 3-5 seconds then flashes off and on for half a second approximately tried to charge, usb high quality wires on separate ports and same problem trying to useit on my spare laptop which just keeps making the windows notification “connected, disconnected, every 1-3 seconds till unplugged

Recently left my dongle someplace. Bought the hyperspeed wireless replacement dongle, since google AI said it would work with the bs v3 pro, but i am having a hard time getting it to connect to the headset via PC. Wanted to connect it and update it. It shows up on the device list as an audiogenericdongle(2024). Is there a way to update the firmware?Please advise. 

Hi, Recently, I turned my PC on to find that I had been signed out of Razer Synapse. I thought this was odd considering in all the years I've been using it, I had never had this happen. When I tried signing back in, all of the password combinations I tried did not work, so I went to reset the password then recieved no email allowing me to reset the password. I am confident this is the correct email as I searched my inboxes and found password reset emails from a couple of years ago (from when I got a new PC) using that email. I had various different configurations set up for this account for both RGB and keybindings, I do not want to use a different account as this would not contain my configurations. My username for the account is: rushspacestation550Please look into this urgently and let me know how we can recover access. Kind regards.

I got a used xbox razer turret keyboard and mouse. And I found out after I got it that its missing the USB dongle. Im trying to find a way to replace it. If I can't ill probably return it. While its in the 14 day window. Anyone know where I can get one. I checked Amazon, Ebay, and I can't find a way to call razer to order one.

My mouse recently stopped working all together. For a couple months it would only woked wireless not wired so i couldnt use it if it was charging which i found strange but I ignored it because i only use it wireless anyways. It randomly stopped working all together now, dongle doesnt work, cable doesnt work, usb pairing doesnt work. I got a message from windows saying that usb wasnt recognized at first but now that doesnt even show up. its as if i am trying to plug a rock into my computer my mouse isnt recognized in any way. I uninstalled and reinstalled synaspe, tried downloading firmware and pairing utility but in both cases my mouse doesnt show up. I should mention that i have a razer keyboard and a viper mini that i am using in the meantime that both work perfectly fine. I know the mouse is fully charged because i initially thought that it just died when it disconneted and when i reconnected it, it was fully charged and worked briefly up until i restarted my pc and now it doesnt wo

My Razor Laptop after turning on is displaying A secure boot violation and has locked me out of any settings I could go into to disable it. I have tried The factory reset it is prompting only for it to boot back up with the same issue.  I don’t understand really what the BIOS is or what’s going on if anyone is able to help please.

Hello.Firmware updater v.1.8.0.0.r1 has been released but: although I updated the woofer, when i take out one battery for the speakers update (searching and connecting speakers ble) , I get the message that something went wrong during the update. Sometimes the processing goes to 7% and then… the fail message appears again.I’m on windows 11, synapse 11. Please help.
