Razer Synapse

The mouse is getting shown and I can create macros but as soon as i want to change the aktions of the Buttons the Page turns gray and I cant do anything 

I know it may seem like a small thing however the ability to change the trigger dead zones seems like a much needed feature that has been implemented before in the past. I don’t like using the mouse click triggers but I also need to have fast actuation on the triggers. $30 controllers on Amazon have it so why not this $120 controller? It literally has everything else I want and need except the ability to adjust the LT/RT trigger deadzones, which seems like an easy software update to implement.

My rgb doesn't load at system startup. The Synapse 4 and Chroma software ARE running as per settings to run at system startup, and verified with a quick glance at the processes tab in Windows Task Manager.The rgb only loads..when I open ANY Razer software, be it Synapse or Chroma.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the COMPLETE software suite and endured the resultant fiasco of getting everything set back up rgb and scroll wheel tension wise.  ..what in the name of that warm place where bad people go have they done to synapse 4?I’ve already confirmed its not just me, theres an entire Reddit sub full of angry users over there who’d vouch for me. 

there are no notifications about switching profiles in games, but everything is displayed manually. Has anyone encountered this?

It just doesnt pop out after i upgraded my mac to Tahoe. Is there anyone else who having the same issue?

Hi Support Team,I am a MAC user, and the system runs MacOS 26.1My Hutsman v3 TKL is a German version. When I connect the keyboard to my MAC Mini M4, it can only be used as a “normal” US keyboard. In the MAC OS system setting, the keyboard is not recognized as “Razer Hutman v3 Pro TKL”. In Synapse app, the keyboard is not recognized either.Product SN: PM2433F95600153Thank you in advance. Hello,I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing while trying to install and run Razer Synapse 4 on my Mac running macOS 26.Problem Description: The installation appears to complete, but the application seems unable to recognize the necessary System Notification permission I have granted. This prevents Synapse 4 from functioning or displaying correctly.Steps Taken (Troubleshooting): I have already attempted the following without success: Reinstalled Razer Synapse 4. Closed and reopened the application. Restarted my Mac. Additional Information: I am including a screenshot that illustrates the issue (specifically showing the area where the system notification prompt/status is not being recognized by the app).I would appreciate any guidance or confirmation if this is a known issue being addressed for macOS 26.Thank you for your time and assistance. 

Hey guys. Just received my Viper V3 Hyperspeed. I completely love the mouse. Only thing missing is Synapse for Mac support. Are you guys bringing support for it or will it never be enabled for Synapse on Mac? Kind regards

I don't get Battlefield 6 thx game mode at all 

I apologize if I write wrong or if the section where I write is wrong but I need to know...I would like to know why the RGB immersive mode does not work in Synapse 4 for supported games such as Apex or Overwatch. In Synapse 3, I just had to start the game to have customization of the effects on all my Razer components. Things that don't happen on Synapse 4, why? I'm not talking about custom profiles but about lighting effects created by Razer for games like Apex or Overwatch like an effect on the keyboard when you die or when you load an ultimate on a character,I would like to know if there is anyone who knows how to activate them or if they are not present on synapse 4 thanks to those who will help me

This is the 10000th time I install a new synapse 4 update. I use the provided migration tool to migrate my color profiles from Synapse 3 which works perfectly on my Razor 18 system. However, as always, the migrated profiles simply cannot be loaded into the chroma app, so I have no way of restoring my Synapse 3 color profiles for my Mouse and Keyboard. I am so disappointed with Razor. right now. None of my previous posts have been acknowledged.  Revertin to Synapse 3 once again where everything works perfectly.

Hi, is the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Phantom Green Edition still not supported? https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14809The Razer Synapse for Mac compatibility list shows support for Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K | RZ01-0524, but my Phantom Green version (Model No: RZ01-0524) is not recognized when plugged in.All system permissions are granted, and the mouse works for basic input, but I can’t configure any settings.

I recently just purchased the Wolverine v3 Pro 8K and it’s been my go to controller ever since I switched from the Scuf Envision Pro. However, one thing I miss about the Scuf is the fact that I can map scroll wheel up or down to any button. Is there a chance that you can add mouse buttons to Synapse in the future so I can get scroll wheel back?

I think I've tried every blog post and suggestion, but I still can't see my Razer Cobra Pro mouse in Synapse. The problem is that the mouse doesn't show up in Synapse, but it does light up as a third-party device on Chroma, but I can't change the colors. I've deleted the device from Device Manager hundreds of times, deleted and reinstalled apps hundreds of times, but it still doesn't work. Is there a solution?

Dear Razer,I have been your customer for at least 15 years, give or take. It started with mice, then keyboards, then headsets. Now I have all of the above-mentioned products and more from you. Until recently, I was also rocking the O11 Dynamic Razer Edition. I have always defended your software, as I NEVER had issues with Synapse 3 and only minor troubles with Synapse 4.To the matter at hand. On my older system, I started to encounter issues with Synapse 4 that I could not resolve. But alas, this system will be sold, and the new owner will have different peripherals. I built a completely new system, installed Windows 11, and proceeded to install all the necessary software. On the freshly built and newly installed system, Synapse 4 failed to recognize my Cobra Pro. The mouse was working, but the software could not detect it. Unplugging the USB-C from the docking station helped, but I do not want to do that every single day. Once the mouse was recognized, I also tried to decouple the Cob

Hi,I’m using the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. When I adjust my microphone settings through Synapse, the sound quality is great and background noise is filtered out. However, these settings are not applying outside of Synapse’s own mic test. In Discord, Windows Sound Control Panel, or any other software, the mic sounds unfiltered and background noise (like keyboard sounds) comes through. It feels like Synapse settings are not being applied at all. I already tried different USB ports, updated drivers, and even reinstalled Synapse, but the issue persists. Things I have already tried: Updating, resetting, and reapplying drivers (currently on the newest available: 2.6.11 Headset / 2.4.1 Dongle) Installing different Synapse versions Uninstalling drivers from Windows and letting them reinstall Testing all kinds of microphone settings inside Synapse Disabling “Audio enhancements” in Windows sound settings for the headset Has anyone else experienced this? Since Razer started Chroma connect on mobile. It would be nice if the rest of my system also synced up. To have control over Chroma Connect to my PC would really expand on this. I would like mobile to PC and PC to PC for Chroma Connect apps. Individual control would be awesome but I would settle for just the apps. What about quick affects too could that work? Just a thought!

bonjour, j’ai fait une ereur j’ai dupliquer 1, 2 mes profils sur ma sourie je voudrait suprimer se qui son en double j’ai réinstalé est remi le logiciel a l’état d’usine rien ne marche. les profiles son bien crée et mis dans un dossier mais ou ? je voudrait effacer les profiles qui son en trop et les profiles sur les jeux que je ne joue plus ou se trouve le dossier des profiles aidé moi svp 

So, when I switched over I set the lighting on the dock and no issues.  I went and sync’d the mouse and instantly it went to the OOTB lighting settings.  I went into the mouse, changed lighting - No changes.  I docked the mouse wondering if there was a sync issue - No change.  I turned off/on, rebooted, resynced, et cetera - Still no luck.  I can’t control the lighting AT ALL via Synapse 4 for the mouse while using the dock.  It’s sad that adding more Razer hardware to my mix broke what worked originally with the USB dongle and or bluetooth.  Current setup of gear managed in my Synapse 4 is as follows: Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHZ Razer Mouse Dock Pro Razer Basilisk V34 Pro 35KHope to see this get resolved in a future release / update of Synapse or mouse firmware/driver.  Thanks! 

Honestly can this get any worse,Synapse 4 is just complete and utterly useless.Initiallt the bugs started out as Synapse4 not starting with windows11.Then it wasn’t picking up the hardware at times as well.Eventually i got it to open with many tries. Now today i thought ok ther may have been an update to Synapse4-Oh there was dated Oct25.DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE. It wiped all of my profiles from my devices and to add insult to injury the cloud sync doesn’t seem to be working either.I am giving them 1 last chance to sort this out,already had the usual runaround,will see what comes of that though,but i’m not hoping for much there. Failing that it’s goodbye Synapse and moving on to another brand.I’ve had enough of htis chaotic shambles of a software.

Noticed that my Razer Hanbo 360 has stopped rendering colours (aRGB pump cap). In Razer Synapse it is displayed, but in my computer it does not light up at all. How long ago it has been missing - I can't say. I noticed it only yesterday. All cables are connected. Maybe it's a software glitch at Razer. Please help anyone who has encountered this

I have a 55 second macro that runs 4 times. It is set to play once. There appears to be no way to stop the macro other than logging out of windows 11.  Can I please have a keybind or any mechanisim to stop a running macro after the current step has been completed.Blackwidow V3 Mini HyperspeedBasilisk V3 X HyperspeedRazer Synapse 4.0.14.2506300654

Razer Basilisk V3 PRO is listed as supported by the Mac Preview software.Most functionality works correctly for customizing mouse buttons.However, remapping Mouse Button 5 to a Modifier key has no effect.Specifically, I am trying to remap Mouse Button 5 → Shift, which shows as remapped in the Razer Synapse for Mac Preview but has no effect, i.e. keys typed while holding down the remapped Mouse Button 5 are not uppercased.Also tried remapping Mouse Button 5 → Ctrl and that had no effect either.

I would really appreciate if the devs of Synapse could add support for the Wolverine V3 Pro/Tournament into the Synapse application. The Razer app for Xbox is fairly barebones and I would much prefer to have that functionality built into Synapse instead of having 2 separate applications. It would be awesome if it were treated as a legitimate PC peripheral so we could assign macros or keyboard shortcuts as well as being able to sync RGB with other Razer Chroma peripherals. The Wolverine V3 Pro is a great controller but it feels like it could be so much more on the PC.
