Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a very strange issue with my Razer Monitor Stand Chroma (RC21-0232), and it appears to have started after a recent Synapse/Chroma update.The important thing is that I have now completely reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch, so this is a completely clean installation with no previous Razer configuration or leftover software.The problemWhen the computer starts, the entire LED strip works perfectly.If I disconnect and reconnect the Monitor Stand while Synapse/Chroma is not running, 100% of the LEDs work correctly.The physical Chroma button also works correctly and cycles through the built-in lighting effects with the entire LED strip illuminated.However, as soon as Razer Synapse/Chroma starts and takes control of the Monitor Stand, part of the LED strip turns off.It is roughly half of the strip, slightly less.The affected section is always the same.For example:Static → affected section is OFF Breathing → affected section is OFF Spectrum Cycling → affected sect

Hardware: Razer DeathAdder V3 (Wired)Software: Razer Synapse 4 (Version 4.0.86)OS: Windows 11Game: Sniper Elite 5 (Steam)​The Issue:I use an 8000Hz polling rate for my desktop, but I need to switch to 1000Hz for Sniper Elite 5 to prevent severe engine stuttering and FPS drops. I set up an auto-profile switch, but it never triggers.​The Cause:Synapse 4 forces the game profile to link strictly to the main executable (sniper5_dx12.exe). However, the game launches through Easy Anti-Cheat, making start_protected_game.exe the actual active window. Synapse 4 overrides any manual attempt to link the profile to the EAC executable, forcing it back to the direct game file. Because Synapse cannot track the game's active state through the EAC wrapper, the profile never switches.​Proof / Troubleshooting done:I completely disabled Easy Anti-Cheat and launched the game directly. Currently using the Huntsman v3 Pro TKL 8K model.Been setting my actuation for the various profiles but I tend to realise the actuation points weren’t hitting (i.e. hitting too soon). Hi, i am unable to disable auto-updates. In the old razer snypase, there was a setting for me to disable this, however, in this new razer synapse 4, I am unable to do so. When I open the settings, there is no option for me to disable auto updates. I have attached a screenshot below  

Any chance this mouse (Naga V3 Pro) will be added to the devices supported by web synapse?A good few people now start using Linux with your hardware and seeing as your synapse software is to much of an virus to work with Linux currently, having more devices configurable through the webUI would fix a lot of issues already. Especially newly released items should generally be compatible in my opinion.

Dear Razer Support Team,I am writing to formally complain about the current software limitations and unresolved issues affecting the Razer Kraken V4 Pro.I purchased this headset expecting a premium product with proper software support and full functionality. However, the experience has been extremely disappointing.The issue is not simply a hardware problem. The headset itself works, but the Razer Synapse software does not provide the same level of functionality and flexibility that users previously had with the Kraken V3 Pro.One of the major issues is the Enhancements functionality. With the V3 Pro, users were able to use multiple enhancements/features together, while the V4 Pro is currently restricted in a way that significantly limits the functionality of the headset.This is especially frustrating because the V4 Pro is supposed to be a newer and more expensive premium product. Customers should not have to pay more money only to receive fewer software capabilities than an older model.

Support Team,I am contacting you regarding a serious issue with my Razer Kraken V3 Pro.The battery percentage shown in Razer Synapse is incorrect and drops extremely quickly. The battery level can decrease by approximately 10% every few minutes, even though the headset is still working normally.I have already tried restarting my PC and restarting Synapse, but the problem continues. After restarting the computer and opening Synapse again, the battery percentage may suddenly return to a much higher level, which strongly suggests that the battery reporting in the software is inaccurate.This makes it impossible to rely on the battery percentage displayed by Synapse and gives the impression that the headset is losing battery much faster than it actually is.Please investigate this as a Synapse/software battery reporting issue and not simply as a hardware battery problem.I would like to know:Is this a known issue with the Kraken V3 Pro? Is Razer currently working on a fix? Is a Synapse update

I’m here simply to advocate for Linux support. I have 3 Razer devices, headphones, keyboard and mouse and they struggle to work with Linux. Us Linux users should not have to settle for third part software like OpenRazer. While I respect their work it should not be on them to have to make these tools. We paid money for our devices, we expect support on Linux. 

Almost 18 months ago I had an issue with devices moving in Chroma Studio. That was fixed with the last update. I was able to verify this on my little system. Many issues still remain and it truly saddens me the condition of this software. I have come a long way in this journey and SignalRGB runs my Razer system best. I tried to advocate for Chroma but it's just been disappointing since Synapse 4. Idk if I can go back to Synapse after this. SignalRGB saved my system! I guess. Thanks for fixing that issue but the damage is done and there were many more bugs created just this year. From 2017 through 2024. RIP Chroma.

How exactly is this helpful???This looks terrible.  Yes I know the keybind requires Synapse, I’m ALREADY IN SYNAPSE. If it ain’t broke… DON’T FIX IT

Hi everyone,I've been experiencing multiple serious issues with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed running Synapse 4 on Windows 11. I've already had the headset replaced once – the problems are identical on the new unit, which confirms this is a software/firmware issue, not a hardware defect. 1. Dongle not recognized on startupWhen I turn on the headset, it is frequently not detected by Synapse or Windows. I have to physically unplug and replug the HyperSpeed dongle to get it recognized. This happens consistently and is reproducible.2. Volume extremely low until a profile is selectedEvery time I power on the headset, audio is barely audible until I manually switch to or re-select a profile in Synapse 4. Only then does the correct volume apply. This happens on every startup.3. Microphone randomly stops workingThe microphone frequently fails to pick up audio. Hello everyone and Razer Dev Team,I am writing to report a severe, easily replicable architectural bug in Razer Synapse 4 that completely paralyzes the Chroma SDK / Chroma Apps integration across the entire system.Important Bug Timeline (Crucial for the Dev Team):I was away from my PC from August 3rd to August 24th. On August 3rd, the Chroma API integration worked flawlessly with all built-in game profiles (including Divinity: Original Sin 2, where lighting responded to every game event perfectly). When I returned on August 24th and Synapse installed the major "Immersive Update" (which rolled out around August 5-6), the entire Chroma Apps layer broke instantly due to the connected Razer Bulbs. The issue is 100% tied to that specific software build change.My Hardware Setup:Peripherals: Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, DeathStalker V2 Pro, Mouse Dock Pro. I am curious, are there plans or any existing workarounds to support the Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard on macOS (latest version, e.g. macOS Sequoia v15.1.1 at time of this writing)? Looking forward to your replies!  

If the Razor Devs see this, I would love to see the Razor Tartarus V2 supported on the Mac as others have also been looking for. I play a lot of World Of Warcraft and games alike which have native mac clients, and I use the Tartarus V2 for skill keybinds. I would love to see  native Razer Mac support for this instead of using third party software.

Hello all, After recently upgrading to Razer Synapse 4, I noticed that the audio quality of my Razer Kraken Ultimate headset has been completely ruined. The audio levels get to an abnormally high level to the point where the audio crackles and cuts out to a really quiet level before quickly raising its own volume and repeating the process. Raising or lowering Windows volume has no effect, the volume stays constant. After some digging, I discovered that the “Device Default Effects” setting in Windows Audio Settings were the culprit. However, by turning the effects off, it completely disables all the features that Synapse offers (I personally use a custom EQ for my headset, turning this off disables the EQ).  I tried going back to Synapse 3 to see if it fixed the issue. The issue was temporarily fixed until I opened a game. My volume became abnormally loud and everything started crackling and cutting out.  Does anyone know what is truly happening or have a fix for this? I’ve been using Razer Synapse on my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed for years with a custom EQ.  Upon moving to Razer Synapse 4, I reapplied my Custom EQ settings and was enjoying it for a couple of months with the same exact quality of sound.  Yesterday, suddenly, the audio sounds completely different.  The equalizer (within synapse 4) is working, and even the custom EQ is exactly the same as it always has been.  I am always connected via USB, and nothing changed from yesterday to today.  (Bluetooth is always disabled on my computer, and still is).   The audio is quieter (~75% quieter), and I can no longer hear certain things in the FPS game I play.  (Like footsteps, or quieter sounds.)  I have never used the ‘enhancements’ tab, but just in case I tried toggling all of the settings and I know for sure none of those have ever been enabled, as it sounds nothing like it used to.   Is there a reason that this may have happened? Hello. I constantly face an issue where "RazerAppEngine Window" process prevents my PC from shutting down normally. Hey, Iam trying to design my Keyboard for the complex Sci-Fi MMO EVE online, there are a LOT of buttons to remember, with a lot of modifier keys, like pressing D is something completely different than pressing Alt+D. So I would like to really design a nice Color-Framework for the game. But Iam struggeling to find solution for lighting up keys in a diffrent color when you hit for example a in-Game modifier key. For example I want to have my Keyboard mostly Blue, but when I press (AND HOLD!) ALT, I would like to get most of the board dark and only light up like A, C and B. Or simply change colors of those Key. Unfortently I only found a solution to change the color of the exact key Iam pressing, not changeing colors of different keys... I assume there must be a way to achieve this, but I couldnt figure it out. Thanks in advance and best wishes! :)

Since switching to Synapse 4 I don’t get the low battery notification displayed anymore. All I get is the voice telling me “low battery” but not the percentage. Is it possibel to either the voice telling me how much is left or display the message on the bottom right of my screen again?
